Study on Voice Interconnection Method of Heterogeneous Radio based on All-IP (All-IP 기반의 이종 재난통신 무전기 음성 연동 방법 연구)

  • Heterogeneous radios are used in disaster management agencies for a variety of reasons though the radio must have the same radio frequency and protocol for voice communication. For this reason, the variety of heterogeneous radio voice connection methods have been studied but these are simple analog voice line cross connection or partial networked based on digitalization. In this paper, we suggest the method of voice packet transmission method based on All-IP per radio through IP network using SIP/RTP for scalability and openness and developed a prototype of the proposed method was verified.

  • Several multi-user online applications which are operated by the existing fixed terminals(PC) are being changed into online application based on multi-platform operated by the several PC, PDA and mobile phones to perform concurrent works recently. The contents of current online application based multi-platform are, however, very unsophisticated because the applications don't consider the simultaneous accesses of shared data by multi-user and also the asymmetry of computing power and network bandwidth among each client. This paper proposed the methods of consistency control based on multi-platform, update propagation protocols among diverse clients, object management techniques which take the characteristics of mobile clients into account. We also implemented a chatting application based on multi-platform and it showed the proposed methods perform well.

  • X.500 Directory is an application level protocol in the Open Systems Interconnection(OSI) 7 layer's reference model adopted by the international Standards Organization (ISO). It manages effectively needed information for the communication service, and is a service to support the functions that the user can approach conveniently. Tourist information is distribution on several locations. The access of distributed information is similar to X.500 directory service. Therefore, we design of Tourist Information System(TIS) and directory schema using X.500 directory services. To define tourist information, we also propose Directory Information Tree(DIT) of locality architecture and several new object classes, such as museum, mountain, sea, hotel, etc.

  • The Service had a purpose to be heard through the Smart Phone APP and Smart TV Broadcasting Contents to Foreigner's Language in The Asia Culture Center. This Paper explained how to realize foreigner with Beacon's Signal and IoT gateway provided the voice service with selected his language using AllJoyn Protocol Interface function. IoT Service Platform received the Registration of foreigner's identifier, there sent messages to all devices, which were all IoT gateways, IoT gateway could connect to foreigner's Smart Phone App and heard the Broadcasting contents. If a foreigner went out of Beacon's management distance, the voice App service were released.

  • This study is BIT(: Bus Information Terminal) features that take advantage of KEPCO eIoT(: energy Internet of Thing) platform, and it's Network configuration is composed of display terminal device, gateway, platform, and the service server. The key features are parts for processing protocol data between the gateway and the device using LoRa(: Long Range) technology, Intelligent applications and SIP(: Session Initiation Protocol) data handling connected to the Taxi reservation system. And the resource tree provided BIT for the service, which commonly used in the application server and the device.

  • The development of the security solutions that can provide a variety of security services is needed urgently. For development of the security solutions, analysis of international standard security technology is the key. In this paper, international organizations' standardization(ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27, ITU-T SG-17, IETF Security Area, etc.) and the current trend of the standard security technology are mainly analyzed. The core of the latest security technology(Application Bridging, DNS-based Authentication, HTTP Authentication, IP Security, Javascript Security, Authentication Technology Next Generation, Managed Incident, Web Authorization Protocol, Security Automation, Transport Layer Security, etc.) is analyzed focusing on 18 working groups of the IETF.

  • In this paper, I raise an issue regarding the relationships between the Election problem and the Consensus problem in asynchronous systems with unreliable failure detectors. First, I describe our system model, and then define Leader Election. After then, I show that the Election problem is harder to resolve than the Consensus problem. Each correct process eventually gets into the state in which it considers only one process to be a leader. Therefore a Perfect Failure Detector is the weakest failure detector which is sufficient to solve the Election. In order to show that the Election problem is harder to resolve than the Consensus problem, I utilize the Reduction protocol in this paper.

  • This research is about the Implementation of Remote Machine Health Monitoring System using Internet. This research will help users in the un-installed office to save a lot of cost and time from checking and managing machines' condition installed in the factory. We have made an experiment and developed the application program and the monitoring terminal which can monitor the machine's condition. This research will contribute to the development of internet and remote instrumentation engineering in the future. Finally the performance of the proposed system was evaluated through experiments, it showed the good performance and the possibility of commercialization.

  • 색채선별기는 양질의 곡물 유통을 위해 불량곡물, 이물질을 선별하는 시스템이다. 기존의 색채 선별기는 PC기반 제어시스템으로서 비교적 고가이고 부피가 크며 현장 환경에서 기계적 충격이나 먼지등에 취약하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 운영체제가 탑재된 임베디드 제어기 기반의 색채선별기를 제안한다. 색채선별기는 기본적으로 곡물의 유입량 및 속도를 조절해 주는 피터부, 곡물의 영상을 받아 이미지를 처리해 주는 카메라부, 카메라부에서 받은 정보를 이용해 양품과 불량품을 분리해 주는 이젝터부로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 지능형 색채선별기용 ARM 프로세서 기반 임베디드 제어기의 하드웨어 구성, 피더부, 카메라부, 이젝터부 간의 통신프로토콜을 이용한 총괄관리 제어와 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 소개한다.
