The objective of this study was to develop a sensitive method for the identification and determination of nitrovin in fishery products by using a solid-phase extraction (SPE), as performed with a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with a mixture of acetonitrile and water, and were then defatted with acetonitrile saturated hexane, after which further clean-up was accomplished with SPE on the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) cartridges. The analytes were subsequently ionized in the positive mode of an electrospray ionization (ESI), and where thereby detected in a process of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The linearity (expressed as correlation coefficients) of the matrix calibration curves was > 0.985. The limit of the quantification for the nitrovin was measured at 0.001 mg/kg. The accuracy (expressed as average recovery) was noted between 72.1 and 122%. The precision (expressed as coefficient variation) was noted from 2.9 to 16.9%. According to the CODEX CAC/GL-71 guideline accuracy, precision, linearity, and limit of detection were determined in three matrices (which were flatfish, eel and shrimp). The proposed method was suitable for analyzing the associated nitrovin residues. This application and result can also be a factor to contribute to the non-detection drugs management in fishery products.

Recently, high-speed internet subscribers have grown continuously, and reached up to 10 millions. But existing network management that is responsible only for user access is confronted with many difficulties, since user access network(xDSL, Cable, B-WILL, and so on) has diversified and value added wired/wireless contents service has developed. In this paper propose the Agent based Inter Networking platform as object-oriented hierarchical system that can provide various service such as access QoS(Quality of Service), customized application service and security service according to user on demand. This system has divided into two parts(user agent and agent management system & local and central management systems). Management system periodically receive status information such as bandwidth, download speed, delay, current service, and so on, and process them, then build a policy based on processed information. According to personal user profile that is generated by this policy, the customized service can be provided for users. And This system adopt the object-oriented modeling in case that system migration and integration, and implement a system that is robust and stable for security through hierarchical server system.
As the appearance of very high speed telecommunication network, volume of network, is enlarged and complicated, management of the various network equipments and hosting systems become more complicated and significant. Recently, there have been various researches on network management system that is capable of managing and operating the network environment based on SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). SNMP has many advantages, which is easy to implement and has a simple structure. However, as the network structure has become more complicated, it has caused a number of problems like the increase of network load and limit of the network management scope in terms of the network expansion and efficiency. Especially, it needs expensive cost and time for developing a network because many network developers are almost depended manually for developing it till now. In this paper, we propose a framework for network management program that automates the generation of information for network management. The Proposed framework is able to automatically generate a network management program by using information related with equipments which were provided along with the network equipments and SNMP library Thus, we ill make not only the SNMP network structure expansion become easier but also errors maintaining and development time of the network management program were dramatically reduced by using generated network program through our proposed framework.
Colistin is a last resort antimicrobial agent against multi-drug resistant Gram-negative bacteria. This study was conducted to develop an analytical method to determine colistin in fish and shrimp. The analytes were confirmed and quantified via liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The sample was extracted with acidified 5% methanol (containing 0.5% formic acid). Then, solid phase extraction (SPE) was used for cleanup. Matrix-matched calibration curves were linear over the calibration ranges (0.05-1.2 mg/kg) for all the analytes into blank sample with $r^2$ > 0.99. All the values fulfilled the criteria requested by the Codex guidelines. Average recoveries ranged from 85.9% to 107.9%. The repeatability of measurements, expressed as the coefficient of variation (CV, %), was less than 15%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.02 mg/kg, and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.05 mg/kg. This improved method showed higher accuracy and acceptable sensitivity to meet the CAC guideline requirements and is applicable for the analysis of residual colistin (A+B) in fish and shrimp.
The aim of this study was to develop an analytical method for the quantification of diazepam residues in fishery products, using liquid and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS). The sample utilized in the study was extracted from the fish sample (crucian carp) using 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile. For the utilization of the purification process, the dispersive solid phase extraction (dSPE) was used for LC-MS/MS, dSPE and SPE was used for GC-MS/MS, respectively. To be sure, the standard calibration curves showed a good linearity as the noted correlation coefficients, $r^2$ was > 0.99. The average recoveries for accuracy ranged in 99.8~124% for the samples which were fortified at three different levels (0.001, 0.002 and 0.010 mg/kg). The correlation coefficient for the precision effect was measured at a range of 4.01~11.8%. The limit of detection (LOD) for the diazepam analysis was 0.0004 mg/kg, and the limit of the quantification (LOQ) was 0.001 mg/kg. The proposed analytical method was characterized with a high accuracy and acceptable sensitivity to meet the established Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC/GL71-2009) guideline requirements. We therefore established the optimal analysis method for the determination of diazepam in the fishery products using LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS. It would be applicable to analyze the diazepam residues in fishery products in further studies on this subject.

In this study, the quality safety limit period of seven types of bakery bread was analyzed, and their use-by date was calculated. For evaluating product quality, storage conditions were set as 5, 15, 25, and 35℃ for 50 days, and moisture, microorganisms, sensory characteristics, and dominant bacteria were examined. The quality and safety standards followed the Korea Food Code and Korean industrial standards (KS). The results showed that all products stored at 5℃ satisfied the standard for bacterial count for day 50, but the sensory quality was below the standard level. Samples stored at 15℃ showed high variability from 3-39 days. At 25℃, a quality safety limit period of 2-20 days was set, and one sample was found to have the same shelf life. Bread stored at 35 ℃ had the shortest quality safety limit period. Considering a safety factor of 0.87, a use-by date period of 1.7-13.1 days was calculated. Therefore, setting the use-by date according to the product type is necessary, even for the same product category. Among the bread products sold in bakeries, those managed as room temperature products (1-35℃) can be distributed and stored in a temperature range of up to 35℃. Overall, this study demonstrates the importance of setting a quality retention period based on the product characteristics and carefully considering the safety factor.

In this study, a quantitative analysis method was developed using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the content of ceramide NP in lotion, cream, and cleanser formulations in cosmetics. The analysis was performed using a C18 column, and the mobile phase was set at a ratio of 70 : 30 for acetonitrile and methanol, the flow rate was set to 0.8 mL/min, and the column temperature was set to 20 ℃. The method was verified by analyzing specificity, linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantitation, accuracy, and precision in accordance with the ICH guidelines. As a result of validating the method, the linearity of the calibration curve was excellent (R2 = 0.99984). The accuracy of the lotion, cream, and cleanser formulations was confirmed with a recovery rate ranging from 95.11% to 100.48%. The precision analysis showed a low relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 0.26%. The limit of detection was 0.902 ㎍/mL, and the limit of quantitation was 2.733 ㎍/mL. Through this quantitative analysis method of ceramide NP applied in cosmetics, it is expected to assist in the quality control of products by enabling measurement even when it is difficult to separate the main peak due to the influence of interfering substances.

As(III) and As(V) were analyzed in bamboo salts by hydride generation ICP-AES. In order to quantify the total amount of As in bamboo salts, $AsH_3$ was producted by reacting with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid and $NaBH_4$, which was then analyzed by hydride generation ICP-AES. As(V) was quantified simultaneously after selectively quantifying As(III). As(III) was quantified by determining the total amount of As and then correcting for the amount of As(III). To improve the reliability of the analysis we repeated the experiment several times to check the detection limit, quantification limit, and measurements of our testing methods. According to the result of our quantification analysis of As existing in bamboo salt, the range of total As content was 0.05 mg/kg~0.2 mg/kg and As(V) was over 90% of the total As.

In this study, an ascending capability experiment was performed with largemouth bass and bluegill, which are exotic fish species inhabiting (the freshwaters) in Korea. The experiment was performed by dividing the subject fish into four groups according to their size and at four flow rates for each group. The number of fish passing through a reference line was analyzed by recording videos, and their swimming and ascending capabilities were observed by the naked eye. The number of fish passing through the reference line did not include those returning downstream within five minutes due to the high flow rate. The flow rate used for the analysis was the mean of the flow rate values measured at the left bank, the right bank, and in the middle of the stream. The results showed that the number of exotic fish migrating upstream decreased as the flow rate increased, regardless of the species and size of the fish. The comparison between the fish species showed that the ascending capability of bass was higher than that of bluegill, but the difference was not significant when considering the difference in the size of the fish. In addition, the upper limit flow velocity allowing the ascending of the exotic fish species was 1.11 m/s, when considering the fish returning to the downstream after the upstream migration and experimental error. The results of the experiment may be used as fundamental data for the blocking of fish and the management of exotic fish species by means of a high flow rate current. Further experiments, verification, and monitoring may need to be conducted continuously to determine whether the fish are able to pass through the reference line at a high flow rate, when they attain a high or cruising velocity. Additionally, the reaction of the fish species should be investigated by considering the response to external forces as well as pressure differences due to the flow rate.

The Ship Safety Act prescribes matters necessary for the maintenance of seaworthiness and safe navigation of ships. In this regard, Article 10 of this Act requires shipowner to undergo occasional survey if he/she wants to temporarily change intends to modify the details entered in a ship survey certificate. Such measures are in accordance with the maintenance of the state of the ship after the ship inspection under Article 15 of this Act, and this Act includes "harbor construction work ship" under Article 39 Paragraph (1) of the Harbor Act. However, although the harbor construction work ship originally showed the same operating system as the barge, it was not applied to the Ship Safety Act and was registered and surveyed under the Construction Machinery Management Act. Then "Seokjeong No. 36" sinking accident in Ulsan on December 14, 2012, led to the amendment of the Harbor Act in 2016, and considering the fact that it was added to the Ship Safety Act and applied, there is a realistic limit to applying all the regulations stipulated in the Ship Safety Act to the harbor construction work ship. Accordingly, this study discusses the work characteristics through concept, registration, work area, survey regulations, application case of temporary alteration etc. of harbor construction work ships and controversial issues related to the scope of application of the Ship Safety Act of actual harbor construction work ships, and also the appropriate scope of "temporary alteration" among temporary inspections prescribed in Article 10 of the Ship Safety Act in consideration of the legislative purpose of incorporating harbor construction work ships into the survey subject to the Ship Safety Act in accordance with the revision of the Harbor Act.
