Recently, construction industry shows active expansion in overseas construction market. But the active work limited in construction work, on the other hand, design-drawing work is evaluated shortage of competitive power. So this study aim to improve the competitive of 'domestic design-drawing work'thorough objective evaluation. Objective evaluation is consist of 'design attribution'. Design attribution is based on the execution drawing and complement by existing reasearch, expert interview. And then, list up the 'design attribution' evaluation list to carry out a survey targeting hands-on worker. Survey is consist of 'Likert 5-point scale, FMEA method'. As a result, construction company and design company show different opinions in both relative position evaluation and importance evaluation.

This study analyzed bibliographic attributes related to the selection and use of reading materials based on data on books borrowed or purchased together in order to understand the properties of reading materials that have complex user needs from various perspectives. As a result of creating co-occurrence matrices of bibliographic attribute terms by dividing them into 26 sub-attribute units related to KDC main class, target reader, and user age, and performing network analyses, the details and prominent mediating role of bibliographic attributes of reading materials were identified. The results of this study will be helpful in designing facets of reading information systems, including library OPAC, in the future.

The major purpose of this study was to analyze the observance of attributes influencing on park visitors' experiences. The Importance-Performance technique has been commonly used to evaluate the importance of various recreation programs and management. In this study, the Importance-Performance technique was adopted to present a new approach called Observance-Influence Analysis. During the summer of 1996, 550 Worak-san National Park visitors were surveyed. The results of this study indicated that physical and biological attributes such as clear water, clean air, and beautiful valley, etc. were highly observed by visitors and those also highly influenced on visitors' experiences. Based on the respondents' rating to the attributes, action grid was formulated to suggest management actions. As mentioned before, attributes such as clear water, clean air, and beautiful valley were recognized as attributes needed concentrate efforts. Attributes related to forests such as diverse plants and trees, well maintained forests, etc. were also suggested as potential concerned attributes. However attributes related to services did not influenced highly on the visitors' experiences.

The time to market and productivity of embedded system needs a quality measurement process management of embedded software. But, defect management without preemptive analysis or prediction is not useful for quality measurement process management. This subject is focused on the defect that is one of the most important attributes of software measure in the process. Defining of defect attribute and quality measurement process management is according to understanding of embedded sw characteristics and defect data. So, this study contributes to propose the good method of the quantitative based on defect management in the test phase of sw lifecycle.

This study analyzes appropriate government policy frameworks for promoting IPTV industry by studying the way of adoption and diffusion of IPTV services. Until recently, most researches on government policies for technology adoption have focused on the personal context. This research adopts two theories, i.e., innovation characteristics theory for personal context and implementation process theory for organizational context. It also hypothesizes that the innovation characteristics more influence on the behavioral intention for usage new media in the level of personal innovativeness is high. Moreover, in the level of expectancy for diffusion policy is high, the implementation of IPTV services more influences on the behavioral intention. The results by statistical analysis, it is found that the higher the level of personal innovativeness is, and the higher the level of expectancy for diffusion policy is, the more behavioral intention will be influenced by the characteristics of innovation and implementation of IPTV service. Thus it is important for government agencies to find the way to facilitate personal innovativeness as well as expectancy for diffusion policy.

The present study aims to evaluate the self-determined motivational features of smartphone addiction management apps. This study analyzed whether smartphone addiction management apps have features to support adolescent users' basic needs, that is, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. 26 apps were analyzed. Among them, 8 apps were parental management apps installed on a parent's phone and a child's phone, and 18 apps were self-management apps installed on a child's phone. According to a content analysis, only 3 of 26 apps addressed all three basic needs. Overall, the functions to support users' competence and relatedness were rarely found. Particularly, parental management apps had a high level of controlingness. The results suggest that the addiction management apps have limitations in stimulating adolescent users' self-determined motivation to manage their phone use.

This study investigates the effect of cultural service attributes and cultural consumption propensity on the cultural services satisfaction. Data was analyzed with factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, cross tabulation analysis, regression analysis with SPSS ver. 18.0. The results were summarized as follows. The importance of cultural service attributes according to the type of cultural consumption patterns varied. And the cultural service attributes has positive influence on cultural services satisfaction in performance and exhibit. The result of this study can be used as a basic data for cultural service satisfaction by helping the understanding of increasing consumer satisfaction.

최근 삼차원 가상 공간 객체를 편리하게 제작하기 위해서 가상 공긴 객체 저작도구들이 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 저작 도구를 이용하여 만들어진 삼차원 가상 공간 객체는 기계, 화학, 건축, 교육, 상업 등의 다양한 분야에서 그 응용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 저작도구에서는 삼차원 공간 객체를 순차 접근 방식을 사용한 파일 저장 시스템을 사용하기 때문에 객체의 삽입, 삭제, 갱신 및 탐색에 비효율적인 면이 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 고정 길이 속성을 가지는 객체의 관리에는 효율적이나 가변 길이 속성을 가지는 공간 기체의 관리에는 효율적이지 못하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 널리 사용되어지고 있는 관계형 데이타베이스 관리 시스템 중의 하나인 MySQL의 저장시스템을 변경하여 가변길이 속성을 가지는 삼차원 공간 객체의 저장과 관리에 효율적인 저장 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 그리고 확장된 $B^+$-트리를 사용하여 삼차원 객체의 빠른 검색을 지원한다.

Now, there are some problems to manage underground facilities in domestic. Specially, in the case of KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation), it is so difficult to manage electronic line more stably and detailedly because the geographic information and attribute information being built is not easy to be updated in the field. KEPCO officials who are accompanying management and supervision in earthwork do not have sufficient knowledge and information about GIS but they grasp the information of geography and property which coincide with the field. Therefore they have to refer their business analysis contents sufficiently for more efficient lines management in the KEPCO, but it is problem that the existing information of electronic lines management system is not. In this study, we constructed power transmission and power distribution underground facility management system for the user to manage and maintain underground facilities more easily and safely using the information of geography and property about power transmission and power distribution underground facility which have been built by KEPCO.

The purpose of this study is to survey the current awareness of local officials and to give a proposal that can establish the meaningful directions for the forest landscape policy. The data for this study was collected with questionnaires. Total 232 questionnaires were launched and valid 105 questionnaires were used for analysis. As a result of these data analysis, we found out that their awareness of the importance of forest landscape was high and they thought forest landscape plan was needed. However supply of the information and data such as guidelines to improve forest landscape condition was not enough. Through the IPA method, we had 15 properties of forest landscape policy were settled. It show us what needs to be kept up the good work, what needs to be concentrated here, what the low priority are, or what the possible overkill are. We finally suggest that direction of forest landscape management should be established based on above investigation.
