Building information modeling (BIM)-based construction projects have increased and become more varied, and as such the management of BIM-based facility information is also increasingly important for facility maintenance. Information management, and specifically product data mapping, however, has some problems in the area of manual data entry and does not adequately consider the exchange requirements of facility maintenance. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a method to improve the management of composite object information for BIM-based facility maintenance so that it can handle construction operation building information exchange (COBie) data for a composite object. Therefore, we present a method to map COBie data to related materials of a composite object. This research contributes to increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the required information mapping between a building model and product data using a BIM library through optimal BIM data adoption. Moreover, it allows for the creation and management of specific product data at the design development phase.

The requirements of being archivists and records managers were revised in 2011 and expanded in the scope of their education levels such as having master's or higher degrees in archives and records management, or completion of one year program of archives and records management after having B. A. degree in archival science, history or library and information science with passing of exams recruiting the experts in the field. However, archivists are not much recognized as professionals since there is no definite regulation for being experts in the field. Accordingly, this study aims to put forth the development of their qualification by comparing qualification factors of developed countries for archivists and records managers. Three factors of professional qualification for archivists and records managers are suggested as follows: certification of a standardized curriculum of archival studies, a proposed certification system for the archivists and recognition of working experience and specified duties to the archivists' qualifications as a way to acknowledge career-based expertise.

This study suggests desirable disaster safety education curriculum through analyzing the operational status of the school disaster safety management training course and demand survey of school staff. First, the problem of the disaster safety training course of the school is not connected with the lack of law and system and the school disaster safety job. Second, improvement of law and system and variety of training should be made to acquire professional knowledge. Third, it is necessary to divide curriculum into the following four categories, according to educational needs of public officials ; Educational administration officers course focused on facility safety, maintenance and disaster countermeasure. Educational officials in technical post course addressing approval and permission of school facility projects, seismic reinforcement of school building, etc. Educational supervisors course covering roles and responsibilities of the school safety supervisors in the event of disaster. Teaching staffs course focused on safety instructions for students. Fourth, it is found that lectures and experiential learning methods are the most desirable methods of teaching and learning, and the major ranks are earthquake disaster, fire, gas, typhoon, school road, and electrical safety.

Software documents consist of a number of objects and relationships between them, and structure of documents can be changed frequently. In the existing software version management models, changes in one object may be propagated to other objects unnecessarily. In this paper, we propose an efficient version management model for software objects based on history of operations applied to software objects. Operations applied to objects are recorded in the operation history, and those are used to retrieve versions of a document. Because versions of objects are stored and retrieved using the operation delta, it is not required to compare versions of a document to extract delta during check-in process. In addition, it can manage changes of structure of objects efficiently because it supports not only object creation, deletion, and update operation but also object move operation.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, "validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support" were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.

PCS OAM & P에서 데이터를 정의하는 2가지 표준방법에는 Structure of Management Information(SMI)와 Management Information Base(MIB)가 있는데 MIB란 망설비를 망관리 차원에서 모델링 및 정보화하는 것으로 효율적이고 체계적인 망설비의 정의를 위해 객체지향적 모델링 기법을 이용하여야 한다. MIB를 정의하기 위해서는 정보모델링(Information Modelling)과정이 우선되어야 하는데 이는 관리하고자 하는 시스템의 범위를 규정하는 작업이다. 특히 정보모델링과정은 객체 지향적 설계기법에 의한 inheritance 기법을 사용하는데 여기서는 이에 대한 개요 및 PCS에서의 관리서비스 및 기능을 기술하였으며 이는 아직 표준화단계를 위해 검토중이다.

건협 전북지부는 ‘89년 한해동안 전북도내 각급 학교 햑생 및 교직원 7만여명에 대한 간염검사를 실시했다. 전라북도 교육위원회의 협조와 각 학교 양호교사의 적극적인 움으로 가능했던 이 간염검사는 지난 3월부터 10월까지 실시되었다. 검사기관 동안 간염을 비롯한 각종 질병에 대한 보건교육도 병행하여, 좋은 반응을 불러일으켰던 이 사업은 검사에서 결과통보, 그리고 접종까지 모든 사업의 과정에서 관, 민, 기관의 협조가 원할히 이루어짐으로써 좋은 모범을 보여주고 있다. ’90년도에는 아직 검사를 받지 못한 사람을 중심으로 전개되게 될 이 사업의 과정을 건협 전북지부와 교육위원회 등을 찾아가 들어보았다.

본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 설계에 필요한 인간공학 업무를 원활하게 지원하기 위하여 설계 현안 관리체계(DIMS)를 제안하였다. 설계현안 관리체계에는 설계요건 DB 시스템, 현안추적 시스템, 현안의 중요도 평가 시스템 등이 포함되어 있어서 설계과정을 지원할 수 있다. 또한, CFMS 검토에 응용한 사례를 약술하여 실무적인 활용과정을 설명하였다.

혈당이 조절되지 않음에 따라 좌절하고, 우울하게 되고 합병증에 대한 두려움을 갖게되며 반복되는 입원과 평생동안 조절해야 되는 질병에 대한 부담감, 노동력 상실, 경제적 부담 등은 당뇨환자의 삶의 질에 부정적인 영향을 초래한다. 당뇨 관리의 주체가 노인 환자 자신인 만큼 당뇨교육 역시 필수적이며 지속적인 교육 참여가 중요하다. 삶의 과정 속에서 꾸준한 교육을 통하여 새로운 관리 방법들을 하나씩 배워가며 실천한다면 합병증 발생이 줄어들고 질 좋은 노후 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 것이다.

A Records manager and archivist should have the academic knowledge and working ability due to the working character. Archives and records centers are being changed with developing information technology so that they are requiring a records manager and archivist to have a professional working ability through a variety of practice. However, in recent, the curriculum of Korean archival graduate schools focuses on a theoretical field and neglects to apply a theory to a working field. Therefore, in this paper, the writer compares some elements to improve the working ability shown in the curriculum of Korean and American archival graduate programs, and suggests the method to cultivate a theoretical knowledge as well as working ability. The cultivating ways the writer suggests are as follows: To improve the working ability in a practical field of the curriculum of archival graduate school in Korea, the writer suggests -- 1. increasing the grades of major field and college courses, and changing the practice subject to an obligatory subject, and 2. developing an internship program for a full practice with company, government, and college, and 3. operating a continuous training program that an records manager engaging in records center and archives can acquire a new knowledge and technology and apply the professionalism to a working field.
