관광산업은 지역발전전략에서 최우선과제로 꼽히고 있다. 전주시의 경우 한옥마을이 크게 성공했지만 최근 한옥마을 위기설 등 많은 관광객의 방문에 따른 부작용이 심각하다. 따라서 지역관광산업의 활성화를 지속하기 위해서는 새로운 관광콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하다.이를 위한 방법론으로 먼저 최근 문화관광트렌드와 문화관광수요의 변화요인을 살펴보고 이러한 변화요인으로부터 전주시 문화관광콘텐츠 기획을 위한 검토요인들을 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 검토요인에 따라 새로운 문화관광콘텐츠를 기획하기 위해서는 어떤 전략이 필요한지를 제안하였다.

최근 국내 최초 운하로 건설되고 있는 경인아라뱃길은 인공적인 수변 관광자원으로서 새로운 관광 패러다임을 가져올 장소로서 부각되고 있다. 본 기고문은 경인아라뱃길의 관광 경쟁력을 증진시키기 위한 기초 자료로 향후 경인아라뱃길의 관광 문화의 가치 창출은 물론 경인아라뱃길만의 관광자원을 발굴하여 관광 경쟁력을 증진시키기 위한 수변 관광 상품 개발 및 비즈니스 가치 창출과 향후 관광 극대화를 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 준비하였다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and maximize the value of Dokdo as a marine educational tourism destination. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the identification of Dokdo as a unique territory of Korea rather than a disputed territory by further activating Dokdo tourism. The revitalization of Dokdo tourism was reviewed and analyzed from the viewpoint that it is possible when Dokdo is recognized as a destination for marine educational tourism. As a result of reviewing various research papers, periodicals, and government documents published in Korea and abroad, it is necessary to emphasize on-site education such as patriotism, anti-Japanese consciousness, and historical awareness in order to maximize value as a marine educational destination of Dokdo. Points out that it is possible to differentiate from other tourist destinations. Second, it pointed out that Dokdo preserves and develops to maximize the resource value of various tourism resources it possesses. Third, it pointed out to develop specialized tourism resources that can be linked with Dokdo tourism. Fourth, it pointed out that Dokdo will maximize its development potential as a marine educational tourism destination. Fifth, it is pointed out that there is a need to improve the educational program related to Dokdo. Finally, I pointed out that I would like to develop a variety of marine educational tourism contents and tourism programs linked with Ulleungdo.

Transition from mass tourism to post tourism is closely related with developing various types of cultural tourism. This study attempts to construct a conceptual framework of the development of cultural tourism through identifying the existing development stages of cultural tourism sites from birth to full development. This study clarifies that there exists an organic system among tourism, cultural activities and the production of cultural artifacts. It also found that development of cultural tourism sites goes through the following three stages: positioning and building place image, hard branding, and constructing local system. This study analyzes several key elements for respective of stages, which proved helpful in understanding the development mechanism of cultural tourism sites. It also tries to analyze tourism from an integrated, geographical perspective. The analysis gives us an understanding to the relations between tourism and various aspects of regional society and economy, thus contributing to the development of a system that will lead to active interchanges among those factors. Most of the theoretical background of this study: place identity, place image, activity space, local system and network are based on the concepts and ideas of human geography.

기존 가시권 분석에 있어서는 주거지 개발, 도로, 송전선 설치 등에 따른 시각적 영향을 분석하는 연구가 많이 이뤄졌다. 이들은 개발에 따른 시각적 영향을 분석하고 부정적 영향을 최소화시킴을 목표로 하고 있다. 경관이 안공요소의 침입을 수용할 수 있는 정도를 고려하여 각 경관의 수용능력에 따른 개발을 유도함으로써 시각적 환경의 질을 높이고자 하는 것이다. 또한 도심지의 개발로 인하여 중요 문화ㆍ관광자원의 훼손으로 오랫동안 잘 보존되어야할 관광자원에 대한 시각적 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 많은 문화ㆍ관광자원을 보유하고 있는 경주시 지역에 대하여 가시권역을 시각화하고 분석하여 보았다. 우선 경주시 지역에 대한 1:25,000 수치지형도 9장을 중첩하여 Arcview 프로그램을 이용하여 등고선만을 추출하였으며, 추출된 등고선도를 가지고 DEM을 생성한 후 Arc/GIS의 Workstation Arc/Info를 이용하여 가시권역을 나타내어 보았다. 이렇게 나타난 가시권역과 문화ㆍ관광지역과의 중첩을 통하여 가시지역의 범위를 분석하여 본 결과 관측점에서의 가시범위가 약 70%정도로 나타났다.

최근 관광산업은 AI, 빅데이터, IoT, 증강현실 등 4 차 산업혁명 관련 기술이 활용을 활용하여 관광산업 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 개인 맞춤형 서비스가 다수 개발되고 있으나, 낙후된 지역사회 관광지에는 아직까지 테마로드 같은 콘텐츠 개발이 미비한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 QR 코드, 블루투스, 비콘 등의 기술을 기반으로 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 위치 기반 서비스 알고리즘을 개발하고자 하며 이를 통해 침체된 구도시의 관광객 유치와 관람객들이 재미있게 활용할 수 있는 테마로드 콘텐츠를 제공하고자 한다.

With increase of people's leisure time for marine facilities it is expected to increase the demand for marine tourism. It is necessary for lighthouse to meet the demand for marine tourism. Now, the lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience the marine culture. This research suggests how to use the facilities of the lighthouse as marine tourism resources by reviewing the cases of domestic lighthouses.

In spite of the element that tourism contents are importance for tourism activation attract attention that I took the culture sightseeing contents development strategy that utilized Ginseng. A basic course of contents development is the element which is well-being to be able to let you increase health and high value-added article development. A development strategy must be accompanied with a story in representative well-being and must develop the contents that can be full of character of multipurpose not a story for an article and in consideration of a last article form and develop feasible contents. Lastly, direct profit and participation must be guaranteed by local inhabitants.

This study develops an agent-based simulation model to evaluate tourist information systems under ubiquitous environment. In this study, individual tourist's activity chaining behavior is formulated as a utility maximization problem. The underlying assumption of the model is that tourists increase their activities within their time and budget constraints to maximize their utilities. The model seeks individual's optimal tour schedule by solving Prize-Collecting Multiple-Day Traveling Salesman Problem(PC MD TSP). The simulation-based evaluation framework allows investigating individual utility gains by their information type and the total expenditure at each tour attractions. The real-time tour activity scheduling system enables tourists to optimize their tour activities by minimizing their time loss and maximizing their opportunity to use high utility facilities.

The purpose of this study was a methodological research to develop an instrument to assess the medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist. A primary instrument with 63 questions was developed based on literature review. A group of experts revised individual questions and removed 9 irrelevant questions. This secondary instrument, then, was distriuted from Jury 1, 2012 to October 20, 2012. It was tested with 589 members of foreign tourist. After factor analysis on the final 42 questions, 7 factors were identified; quality of medical service, correspondance, tourism connection, sympathy, convenience, believability, and economical efficiency. The total variance explained was 60.9%. This instrument was statistically reliable and valid to measure medical tourism satisfaction of foreign tourist.
