국제 무역항과 어패류 공동어시장 등이 관광지와 어울려 국제적인 명성을 가지고 있는 해양도시 부산은 낙동강과 바다가 만나는 도심 속에서 수상관광을 하기에 매우 좋은 자연환경과 지리적 조건을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 해양 인프라를 기반으로 친수 네크워크 개념을 도입한다면 40여개의 무인도서와 더불어 육상 해변 해상 해중공간을 입체적으로 연계해주는 바다뱃길을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 부산 영도를 중심으로 해상관광에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 그에 따라 해상관광에 대한 법률 및 항로 개정, 부산 북항-남항에 대한 여건변화가 지난 몇 년에 걸쳐서 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 영도에서 이뤄지는 해상관광의 현황을 분석하고 해양도시에 적용할 수 있는 도시형 해상관광 네트워크 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

ICT의 발전과 관광분야로의 확산은 정보 활용 제약의 완화를 가져왔으며, 관광객은 언제 어디서나 관광정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 특히 모바일 디바이스의 보급은 관광정보 전달수단으로서 모바일 애플리케이션의 중요성을 부각시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 관광정보 애플리케이션 분석을 통해 그 유용성을 검증하고 콘텐츠 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 모바일 관광정보 애플리케이션은 제한적으로 이용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미래의 관광정보 인프라는 통합된 관광정보를 제공하여 관광객의 피로도를 낮추는 한편, 정보제공자와 수용자 간 상호작용이 가능한 플랫폼 형태로 구축되어야 할 것이다.

It is a matter of fact that Susan, doesn't have enough systematic history and culture, has face on very difficult situation. A competitive and fashionable tourist theme park need to be constructed to develop their historical theme park, and to make own culture which is related to Busan' tradition. The subject of this study is to suggest the basic knowledge about number of customer to be estimated When cultural theme park is built up. The questionaries to customer is consist of the propensity of leasure, the use of similar facility, the type of theme park, and inclination of visitation to foreign and domestic tourist.

This study is a comparative study of the factors to affect Korean and Chinese tourism satisfaction in Incheon Chinatown. Namely, by showing the tourism satisfaction of Korean and Chinese to examine which factors affecting tourism satisfaction each of both. As a result, first, tourism infrastructure affected the tourism satisfaction of two countries tourists. Second, human service affected Korean tourism satisfaction but not to Chinese. Third, information service affected Chinese tourism satisfaction but not to Korean. so that, we can find the differences between the factors to affect Korean and Chinese tourism satisfaction and expect to provide suggestions to the relevant industry professionals.

중국은 최근 급속히 진행되는 도시화와 소득 증대 철도 도로 항공 등 교통 인프라 개선에 따라 중국 여행업이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 중국 사회과학원이 최근 발표한 <2011년 중국 관광 그린북>에 따르면 중국 여행객 수는 연평균 11.7% 증가하여 21억 명을 돌파했고, 관광 수입도 연평균 18.9% 증가해 1조 2,600억 위안에 달하고 있다. 세계경제포럼에서 발표한 세계 관광국 경쟁력 순위에서 중국은 2007년 71위에서 2010년에 39위로 성장하였고, UN 세계관광기구의 보고서에 따르면 중국은 세계 4대 해외관광시장이자 아시아 최대 해외관광 자원국이 되었다. 그리고 미국 보스턴컨설팅그룹이 발표한 보고서에 따르면 2013년 중국은 일본을 제치고 '세계 2 대 관광시장'으로 부상하여 세계 관광시장의 8%를 점유하고, 2020년에는 세계시장 점유율이 14%에 달할 것으로 전망하고 있다(대한상공회의소, 2011). 이러한 중국의 여행지 중에서 중국의 전문여행서적에서 추천하고 있는 중국외 관광명소 중 20대 명승지에 속하는 광서 계림, 호남 장가계, 안휘 황산, 절강 항주, 북경, 내몽고 호화 호특, 백두산 등을 배낭여행을 떠나 구석구석 살펴보았다.

Tourism is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world, and is a major industry in many developed and developing countries. It is an increasingly important source of income, employment and wealth in many countries. However, its rapid expansion has also had detrimental environmental and socio-cultural impacts over many regions. Like tourism, the rapid growth in cruise tourism has also put greater pressures on environmental and cultural resources in cruise-ship ports of call. Through this paper, we would like to argue that more emphasis should be given to minimize national and international environmental impacts originated from cruise tourism with preparing infrastructures for sustainable tourism.

부산북항을 국내에서는 체류형 해양관광과 동남해안 관광벨트 중심의 해양관광 거점으로, 또한, 국제적으로는 해륙교통의 요충지 여건을 활용하여 교통인프라를 구축하여 유라시아 관광의 전초기지로 하기위한 친환경 워터프런트 및 시민참여형 항만재개발사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항 재개발지구의 친수공간 배치계획에 따라 반영된 마리나 시설을 대상으로 국제해양관광의 거점조성 개발컨셉에 부합하는 마리나시설 개발을 정립하기 위하여 국내 및 해외 선진국의 마리나시설 개발사례에 대하여 국가별, 시설별로 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이는 추후 국내 마리나 개발시 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 아울러, 부산북항 마리나항만의 효율적인 개발과 운영의 활성화를 위한 법적인 절차, 정부의 지원정책, 개발방향, 사업시행방안, 관리운영방안 등에 대한 구체적인 검토를 통하여 향후 국내 마리나 개발과 운영시 사례로 활용하고자 한다.
