A study on the structural relationship between image, attachment, long-term orientation and behavioral intention as a tourism product of local traditional food (지역전통음식의 관광상품으로서 이미지, 애착이 장기지향성 및 행동의도간 구조적 관계)

  • This study presented the analysis results and implications by identifying the structural relationship between the image of food tourism products, the long-term orientation of attachment, and the behavioral intention. The convenience sampling method of the non-probability sampling method was used, and the survey was conducted non-face-to-face due to COVID-19. This study was conducted for customers who live in Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do and have experienced local traditional food. As for the survey method, the main researcher's acquaintances and related experts were consulted and utilized to select the survey subjects, and the survey was conducted by sending/returning them by mail or e-mail. Statistical processing was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 statistical packages. As a result of the verification, the relationship between the image and attachment of food tourism, the relationship between the long-term orientation in the attachment of traditional food, and the behavioral intention in the attachment of traditional food are significant. A significant positive (+) relationship was formed in the relationship of hypothesis setting according to the research purpose of the relationship.

Effects of Service Employee's Personality on OCB and Customer Orientation in Foodservice Business (외식기업 서비스종사원의 성격요인이 조직시민행동과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper investigated the effects of employee's personality on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and customer orientation in service business. Based on the literature search about personality, OCB and customer orientation, this study conducted a survey to total 207 service employees who engage in food service business. The findings of the research are as follows. First, service employee's personality consists of neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence. Second, service employee's OCB is affected by intelligence, agreeableness, conscientiousness and extroversion of a service employee. Third, service employee's extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence positively affect service employee's customer orientation, and service employee's neuroticism negatively affect service employee's customer orientation. Fourth, service employee's customer orientation is affected by employee's OCB. The findings of this research shows that service employee's personality affects OCB and customer orientation.

  • The purpose of this study was to find spectator's value cognition and expected-benefit factors on professional baseball sportstar. Purposeful Sampling method was used to select among fan club leaders and people who had watched baseball games over ten years 8 informants who watched more than 4 times in 6 baseball games in 2011 Lotte Card Professional Baseball League. Data collection relies on focus group interviews and in-depth interviews. Text analysis was attempted to adopt the A-R-C needs theory proposed by Thomson(2006) for spectator's value cognition and the metaphors for consuming by Holt(1995) for expected-benefit factors. The research summary is as follow: Spectator's value cognition on professional baseball sportstar were an object of entertainment-oriented value, a major figure for social relationship-oriented and an object of identical. Spectator's expected-benefit factors on professional baseball sports tar were confirmation of values and heroic orientation. Meanwhile, spectator who had entertainment-oriented value cognition on professional baseball sportstar expect heroic orientation, who recognize professional baseball sportstar a major figure for social relationship-oriented and an object of identical pursue confirmation of values.

  • The popularity of communities on the Internet has captured the attention of marketing professionals and more consumers are involved in online activities of fashion brands. The primary purpose of this research was to explain the process of how online interactivity influence members' relational market behavior. Subjects of this study were male and female members of online communities of fashion brands. Online survey data were obtained from 416 respondents. Empirical findings of this study were suggestive of two types of interaction in fashion online communities: community-customer interaction and customer-customer interaction. Fashion online community customers' relational market behavior (word of mouth and repurchase intention) was significantly influenced by both types of interactivity. The influence of interactivity on relational behavior was stronger for word of mouth intention than for repurchase intention. This study highlights the importance of interactivity in cyberspace as well as relational market behavior and contributes to e-relationship marketing strategies of fashion brands.

Impact of Negative Feedback-seeking Behavior on Innovative Behavior: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Learning Goal Orientation Moderated by Coaching Leadership (부정피드백추구행동이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 코칭리더십에 의해 조절된 학습목표지향성의 매개효과 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to derive theoretical and practical implications in situations where innovation of the business is desperate in the face of the emergence of agile organizations and digital transformation. To do so, we tried to verify the correlation between negative feedback-seeking behavior and innovative behavior and whether the learning goal orientation of these two variables has a moderated mediating effect by coaching leadership. It analyzed the collected questionnaire from 381 members working in domestic companies; SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, and Process Macro 3.0 were used. The analysis result showed that the negative feedback seeking behavior had a positive effect on the learning goal orientation, and the leader's coaching leadership found to have a moderating effect between the negative feedback seeking behavior and the learning goal orientation. Learning goal orientation has been found to have a moderated mediating effect between negative feedback seeking behavior and innovative behavior. This study is significant in the sense that it reveals the process of how members seeking negative feedback in the organization could be led to innovative behavior and shows the necessity of organizational support for coaching leadership for the vitalization of innovative behavior.

The Impact of Spiritual Commitment, Social Support and Self-esteem on Deviant Behavior of Middle-aged Man (중년기 남성의 영성지향도, 사회적 지지, 자아존중감이 일탈행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of spiritual commitment, social support and self-esteem for the deviant behaviors of middle-aged men from 40 to 59 years old. Further, this study seeks for providing basic data for designing social welfare service programs to intervene and prevent such deviant behaviors The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: The relationship among variables are as follows. First, spiritual commitment could directly affect the mid-life deviant behavior, and could cause influence indirectly through the self-esteem. Second, social support could not directly affect the mid-life deviant behavior, but could cause negative influence indirectly through the self-esteem. The significant is that this study triggered off interest in deviant behavior of middle-aged men. Especially, this study realized to us interest in spiritual commitment which has been not interested in the social work. This implicated that social support and self-esteem might effect to be deviant behavior of middle-aged men as well as deviant behavior of youth.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Self-leadership and Job Attitude (셀프리더십과 직무태도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. Specifically, hypotheses were established and a research model was established that behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy among these variables. In order to analyze this, 239 copies of survey data were collected from general domestic companies and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The mediating analysis was conducted in the manner proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986). As a result, among the sub-factors of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, but constructive thought pattern strategies had no causal relationship with organizational commitment. In addition, in the relationship between these variables, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, in the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction, only the natural reward strategies among the sub-factors of self-leadership showed a significant positive (+) effect, and behavior-focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies showed no causal relationship. Among these variables, self-efficacy was found to show partial mediation. Details and implications of the analysis results were dealt with in the conclusions and discussions of the study.

The Structural Relationship among Learning Goal Orientation, Creativity, Working Smart, Working Hard, and Work Performance of Salespersons (영업사원의 학습목표지향성, 창의성, 업무방법, 업무강도, 업무성과의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to specify a structural relationship among learning goal orientation(LGO), creativity, working smart, working hard, and work performance of salespersons, verify the direct and indirect effect of variables, and examine impacts of the five factors at the same time. Also, this carried out the study to understand the relationship between the salesperson's creativity and work performance. This study targeted for salespersons who were working in various industries and total 588 were participated via on-line. According to the study, the result is as follows. First of all, There are direct effects among LGO, creativity, working smart, and work performance. However, working hard didn't have any direct effect with any other variables. Creativity and working smart have indirect effects on the relationship between LGO and job performance. In addition, the mediating effect of the model with creativity was higher than that of the model without creativity. Therefore, creativity is an individual competency that should be continuously developed to improve the work performance of a salesperson.

A Study on the Effects of Digital Platform Capabilities and Customer Orientation of Financial Institutions on Service Innovation Behavior (금융기관의 디지털플랫폼역량과 고객지향성이 서비스혁신행동에 미치는 영향연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between the digital platform capabilities of financial institutions and the impact of customer orientation on service innovation behavior through exploitation/exploration. A survey was conducted on employees of financial institutions to verify the research model, and the final 280 copies of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 2.0. As a major research result, First, digital platform competency has a positive effect on exploitation and exploration. Second, customer orientation has a positive effect on exploitation, but not on exploration. Third, both exploitation and exploration have a positive impact on service innovation behavior. Through this research, this study shed new light on the relationship between digital platform capability and customer orientation that affects service innovation behavior of financial institutions, and expanded the scope of research through empirical research. Future research will require research attempts on various variables and research samples.
