A Study on the Motive and Evaluation of the Job for a Special Private Security Tasks (특수경비원의 직업선택동기와 직업평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study is focused on the relation in the motive and the evaluation for the job in a special private security field. The supplement of the outstanding human resources is one of most important matter to improve the private security industry. For it the applicant's motive and evaluation of whose quality should be screened to recruit proper and oustanding human resources into the industry. For the study the follow elements would be considered. First, What is the real motive to apply the job and how prospect on the job the applicant will be taken. Second, what is different point of view to the job between male and female. Third, what relationship is in achieving the job performance between the temporary motive and the planed motive. Forth, what effects are on the job satisfaction and the planed motive for the job. With the above elements the survey was taken based on each sex for the study and the results are out as below. a) Male is in higher than female in taking with unplaned job motive and for job satisfaction is much higher in 1-20 age range. b) In general, the expectation on the job is much higher than the current job status, the male are in the expextation on the job and the female are in the the current job status. c) The job satisfaction is on positive effect to the planed taken job but the unplaned taken job is on negative. From the Research the most concerning element on the recruiting new employee is applicant's positive attitude on the job he/she will be taken.

의사의 자질과 태도가 의료서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들을 규명해 보고 그 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 의료소비자가 인지하는 의료서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 구성요소 가운데 의사, 간호사 등 의료인력 요소와 시설, 대기시간, 행정절차 등 비의료적 구성요소를 중심으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 규명해 보았다. 본 연구에서 사용된 실증적 자료는 서울에 거주하는 사람으로 조사시점인 2007년 10월을 기점으로 지난 3개월 내에 의료서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해 수집되었고, 최종 543사례가 분석에 활용되었다. 의료서비스에 대한 만족도와 요인들간의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 의료서비스의 질과 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 의료 인력의 자질과 태도와의 연관성에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 관련 요인으로는 의료인력 구성요소로서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 "의사실력", "의사의 자상한 설명과 친절", "의사의 믿음직함", 그리고 "의사가 환자의 얘기를 귀담아 들어줌"이라는 의사의 자질과 태도가 가장 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 의료서비스의 질과 만족도연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도 정보로 활용하므로 의료서비스 공급자와 의료기관 종사자들의 책임의식 고취와 고객중심적 의료서비스 문화 정착에 도움이 되고 소비자들에게 좀 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 의료공급자들에게 동기를 부여해 준다는 점에서도 의의가 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 4차산업혁명으로 산업계에 전반적으로 확산하고 있는 디지털트랜스포메이션과 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 경기 불황의 여파로 대응 역량이 제한적일 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 어려움이 갈수록 심화하고 있다. 중소기업은 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 경영혁신과 함께 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 성장과 조직구성원의 역량 향상은 국가 경제에 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 조직구성원의 자발적인 참여와 동기부여를 통해 직무만족도를 높이고 조직성과를 창출하려는 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업의 조직문화와 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족도와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 잡 크래프팅의 매개 역할 여부를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직문화와 자기효능감이 중소기업의 잡 크래프팅을 활성화하고, 활성화된 잡 크래프팅이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 중소기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위해 자기주도적으로 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 잡 크래프팅을 매개변수로, 그리고 조직구성원의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 직무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • 최근 유량 측정을 위해 사용되는 ADCP를 통해 부가적으로 측정되는 초음파산란도 자료를 활용하여 부유사농도를 측정하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. 이에 국내에서는 국가하천에 설치되어 있는 자동유량관측소의 초음파산란도를 활용하여 연속적인 부유사농도를 측정하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. 이를 통해 10분 단위로 연속적인 유사량 자료를 생산할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 현재 유사량 측정결과의 제공을 위해 사용되는 유량-유사량 관계곡선의 산포로 인한 신뢰도 문제를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나, 이미 설치된 자동유량관측소의 H-ADCP 원시데이터를 활용하여 다지점에서 부유사농도를 측정에 대한 분석을 수행하기 위해서는 초음파산란도의 보정, 관계식 개발, 관계식 적용을 통한 유사량 측정 결과의 분석을 위한 소프트웨어 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초음파산란도 자료를 이용하여 부유사농도를 분석할 수 있는 소프트웨어 개발하고자 하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 Microsoft Visual Studio를 이용하여 C# 언어를 사용하여 개발하였으며, ComponentOne 라이브러리를 활용하여 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 구현하였다. 소프트웨어의 구성은 H-ADCP 원시자료와 실측 부유사농도 자료와의 시간동기화를 통해 동일시간에서 측정된 자료를 획득, 초음파산란도의 보정과 지표로 활용할 초음파산란도의 측정영역 분석, 초음파산란도-부유사농도와의 다중 회귀를 통한 관계식 개발 및 통계 분석결과 도출, 관계식을 활용한 부유사농도 계산을 수행할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 소프트웨어를 통해 추후에 시범적용 예정인 자동유량관측소의 초음파산란도를 활용 부유사농도 측정 방법에 대한 분석 효율성을 향상시키고, 지속적인 개선을 통해서 실제 실무에서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL), recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in 1998, is an XML-based declarative language to synchronize and present multimedia documents. SMIL can create new multimedia data integrating various types of multimedia objects which exist separately such as text, video, graphics and audio. It can support synchronization of multimedia data which are limited in current HTML-based Web technology. For its popularity, it is required to develop a multimedia server guaranteeing Quality of Service (QoS), authoring tool and player. For developing a SMIL authoring tool and player, the technologies are essentially required to read and analyze a SMIL document and to play synchronized various types of media objects in a timeline. In this paper, we describe a design and implementation of an event processor which supports SMIL 2.0 timing model. Moreover, we also develop a SMIL 2.0 player using the proposed event processor. This will facilitate the play of SMIL contents, so that it can contribute to the prosperity of SMIL technology It is possible to reuse in various language profiles defined in the SMIL standard. This player is expected to be utilized in other standard integrating SMIL such as XHTML+SMIL and SMIL Animation.

Cognitive Ability and Personality as Predictors of Academic Performance: Science Gifted Students (과학영재의 인지특성 및 성격변인이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the present study is to investigate the factors which affect academic achievements among gifted students' intellectual and personality characteristics. For this purposes, 125 science gifted students' learning ability test and NEO personality test data were collected and analyzed along with the school achievement scores. According to the results of this study, there are significant relationships between academic achievements and conscientiousness, executive function, and learning motivation. Based on the achievement level, there are positive correlation between academic achievement and conscientiousness in a high academic achievement group. For the middle academic achievement group, there are positive relationship with executive function and learning motivation attention but negative relationship with extraversion. For the low achievement group, concentration was the only factor highly correlated with academic achievement. For the high academic achievement group, conscientiousness is a significant predictors of academic achievement; for middle academic achievement group, executive function and learning motivation were the significant predictors; for low academic achievement group, concentration was the significant predictors of academic achievement. Results were discussed in terms of practical value of enhancing gifted students' academic achievement.

An Exploratory Study on Social Media Users' Ambivalent Attitudes (소셜 미디어 이용자의 양가성 태도에 관한 연구)

  • Social media which includes Facebook enable users to construct relationships and networks as well as sharing of information. By enlisting Facebook users as proxy, this paper attempted to analyze the different emotional states experienced by social media users, specifically to gauge what effect their usage motivation and usage pattern had on the ambivalence level of the users. The quantitative survey result revealed that usage duration or the time of day when Facebook was accessed had no relevant impact on one's ambivalence level. However, there was a direct correlation between frequency of Facebook usage and the ambivalence level. The more the user logged onto Facebook the more suppressed his or her expression became due to fear of giving negative impressions to others and also receiving their negative feedbacks, which then subsequently added to the user's ambivalence. People's main reasons for using Facebook were identified as "chatting," "communicating," "maintaining relationships," "relationship building," "networking," and "finding information about friends," but only "maintaining relationships," "communicating," and "networking" had observable effect on ambivalence. There were no noticeable differences among genders with regards to ambivalence and usage levels, but there was a marked difference based on the user's age. For example, people in their forties showed higher levels of ambivalence than those in their twenties. This may be attributed to anxiety they face as they use Facebook primarily to expand their networks and to maintain relationships. As such, it is surmised that their fatigue level from using social media will only increase. Meanwhile, Korean Facebook user's emotional manifestation tended to skew toward relation-involved ambivalence rather than the self-defensive type. This relation-involved ambivalence might be something that can actually help prevent damage to relationships by limiting excessive emotional expressions. In other words, such ambivalence by Facebook users may be a positive element in a user's social media interaction.

  • Induced longitudinal voltage and induced noise voltage are used in the analysis on the power induction phenomenon and it is well known that these are in the subordinate relationship. But sometimes. there is a confusing situation that these voltages have not exact subordinate relationship in the actual measurement fields. So. we have analyze the correlation between induced longitudinal voltage and induced noise voltage by using tile actual measured data in the fields of 30 urban areas and 30 rural areas.

  • The purpose of this study is to first define self-confidence (self-efficacy) and evaluate importance of creativity of designers, then investigate correlation between the two values. While creativity is a crucial element of design process, for novelty is an essential element of a great design, many believe that self-confidence is one of the major sources of creativity. An experiment consisted of questionnaires and creativity tests have suggested that there is no clear relationship between the two values. Nonetheless, the two values are still driving forces of one's motivation, which could ultimately lead to a designer's success.

  • This research is on the relationship among organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior focused on the moderating effect of transformational leadership. The objective of this research is to conduct positive verification of organizational communication impacting on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, to perform positive verification on moderating effect of transformational leadership. The variables are downward communication, upward communication, unofficial communication, organizational citizenship behavior including participatory actions, altruistic behavior, mindful behaviors, and transformational leadership. It was verified on survey of 232 peoples. The verification and analysis results will be provided to impact of organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior, the downward communication impacts all elements of citizens' behaviors, and upward communication impacts of participatory actions. On the other hand, the unofficial communication did not impact at all. Moreover the results of moderating effect of transformational leadership. The transformational leadership act as moderator in downward, upward communications. but did not act as a moderator on the unofficial communication. The research suggests to use transformational leaderships to commanders and leaderships at military organizations to put efforts on active communication in order to manage unit more effectively and efficiently and to make members of organization to voluntarily. It is assessed that this paper will serve as a reference to whoever in military reform group or organization working for military developments working for creating elite forces.
