In this paper, we propose an DAP system for dose evaluation of medical and industrial X-ray generator. Based on the DAP measurement technique using the Ion-Chamber, the proposed system can clearly measure the exposure radiation dose generated by the diagnostic X-ray apparatus. The hardware part of the DAP measures the amount of charge in the air that is captured by an X-ray. The high-speed processing algorithm part for cumulative radiation dose measurement through microcurrent measures the amount of charge captured by X-ray at a low implementation cost (power) with no input loss. The wired/wireless transmission/reception protocol part synchronized with the operation of the X-ray generator improves communication speed. The PC-based control program part for interlocking and aging measures the amount of X-ray generated in real time and enables measurement graphs and numerical value monitoring through PC GUI. As a result of evaluating the performance of the proposed system in an accredited testing laboratory, the measured values using DAP increased linearly in each energy band (30, 60, 100, 150 kV). In addition, since the standard deviation of the measured value at the point of 4 division was ${\pm}1.25%$, it was confirmed that the DAP showed uniform measurements regardless of location. It was confirmed that the normal operation was not less than ${\pm}4.2%$ of the international standard.

This study was intended to investigate predictability among variables having an effect on problem solving skill and achievement in collaborative learning by utilizing SNS at university. To this end, 61 first-year students majoring in early childhood education at I community university in the national capital region were surveyed. And on the basis of the collected data, a multiple regression analysis was carried out. The results of carrying out the analysis are as follows. First, it was shown that self-efficacy, peer learning and help seeking had a significant effect on problem solving skill, and explained 70 of variability in problem solving skill. Second, it was shown that peek learning, help seeking and problem solving skill significantly predicted achievement, and explained 72% of the variability in achievement. Third, problem solving skill partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and achievement. The above-mentioned results imply that learning motivation should be increased so that learners have self-efficacy in order to improve college students' academic achievement in collaborative learning by utilizing SNS at university, and a class environment making it possible to actively provide peer learning and help seeking should be designed and a specific scheme enabling the enhancement of the problem solving skill should be considered.

This study is a descriptive research study to examine influence of major satisfaction and career maturity on the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. This study surveyed 410 nursing and public health university students from 3 schools of G-city from September 26 to October 31, 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The study results showed a significant difference in major satisfaction (F=9.856, p<.001) and career maturity (F=6.005, p=.001) according to major choice motives. The student GPAs were also found to be significantly different from career maturity (F=2.755, p=.042) and job-seeking stress (F=3.503, p=.016). In addition, the TOEIC score was significantly different from major satisfaction (F=4.514, p=.004). Job-seeking stress was positively correlated with major satisfaction (r=-.314, p<.001) and career maturity (r=-.514, p<.001). The factors affecting job-seeking stress were in the order of major satisfaction (${\beta}=-.125$, p=.007) and career maturity (${\beta}=-.459$, p<.001). Based on the results, two proposals are recommended in order to reduce the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. It is necessary to prepare major guidance programs suitable to the characteristics of each department from the lower grades and to provide the students with career guidance accordingly.

The purpose of the study was to explore nurse image, major satisfaction, and professional self-concept and to identify the effects of these factors on professional self-concept of nursing students. A total of 132 nursing students who were attending A university were surveyed. Questionnaires were given to nursing students, and data were collected between 1 June 2017 and 30 June 2017. As a result, the factors, in terms of general characteristics, influencing professional self-concept were economic level (F=4.94, p=.009), reason for major selection (F=3.13, p=.011), and past grades (F=4.27, p=.016). The professional self-concept was correlated with nurse image (r=.22, p<.012) and major satisfaction (r=.20, p<.019). Regression analysis showed that nurse image and major satisfaction were statistically significant in predicting professional self-concept. Therefore, elevation of nursing students' professional self-concept will have a positive effect on nurse image and major satisfaction before and after clinical practice.
This study was performed to analyze the characterization of plasma hormonal levels during pregnancy in the Hanwoo recipients pregnant by artificial insemination (AI) or somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos. The synchronized recipients pregnant by SCNT embryos produced by Hanwoo fetal fibroblast cells (n=8) and by AI (control, n=5) were used. The plasma hormonal levels were measured by RIA (P4 and E2) and ELISA (cortisol), respectively. In control, the increase of E2 and the decrease of P4 were occurred immediately before the initiation of parturition. The expression pattern of plasma P4 was similar in both groups from 50 to 10 days before parturition, however, it did not decrease even at the expected date of labor in the SCNT recipients. The plasma cortisol was expressed a lower level during pregnancy in the SCNT recipients. But, the cortisol was increased in the cow aborted around 100 days of pregnancy (n=1). Based on these results, it can be postulated that the failure of the hormonal changes immediately before parturition in the SCNT recipients may be one of the most important reasons for a delayed parturition in clone calving.
Purpose - The quality of customer service has been importantly considered as a way of retaining current customers. Recent development of service industry which based on Information & Communication Technology allows firms to utilize different employees for their businesses. Although it is regarded as important to consider emotional labor of employees working for customers in ICT service industry, little was known the role of emotional dissonance. Thus, current paper focused on emotional labor and tried to identify the factors which influence on employees' intrinsic motivation for married women working in call centers. This study highlighted the influence of the emotional dissonance on the employees' intrinsic motivation, and the moderating influences of work-family conflict on the relationship between emotional dissonance and intrinsic motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - The research samples were gathered from seven call centers of Korean financial institutions located in South Korea. The model of emotional dissonance was developed, which emphasizes the influence of emotional dissonance as a predictor on intrinsic motivation, and then the other model was also introduced to explain how employees' intrinsic motivation were aggravated by work-family conflict. To examine these research models, samples were collected from 468 married women working in call centers of Korean financial institutions located in Seoul. A total of 468 samples were used in the analysis after deleting data of missing value. SPSS 22.0 were utilized for data analysis. Results - The results of current study showed that emotional dissonance is negatively related to intrinsic motivation, and there are significant differences in work-family conflict. Those results generally support the proposed hypotheses. Conclusions - These results suggest that the relationship of intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center for customers' service were influenced by emotional dissonance, which outcomes were interacted not by face-to-face contact with their customers, but by emotional contacts. Managerially, these findings suggest the one who emphasize the quality of customer's service of call center need to introduce the programs for minimizing both of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict. These findings also suggest that the service quality via intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center is hard to be accomplished without considering the factors of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict.
Tipping takes significant part in hospitality industry, especially in hotels and restaurants. According to the recent studies, over US$26.4B were given to the service personnel in the restaurant industry from the customers as tips in 2003 in the US alone. As a result of these developments, tipping has been a legitimate area of academic inquiry in many foreign countries but here in Korea this custom has not drawn much attention due to service charge being placed by the government since 1979. The purpose of this study is to analyse the perception and attitude of tip recipients and compare it with the results of previous studies carried out by Shamir and Parrett. Statistical analyses were carried out to compare the differences of perception between tip recipients and non recipients on the staff role conflict, job satisfaction, pay satisfaction and attitude toward the guests. It is suggested from the finding that the current service charge system needs to be taken into consideration for possible revision or alteration as the management environment and customer needs in the hospitality industry in Korea are changing at an enormous pace. As this study focused on the perception of employees, further study on the perception of customers to tipping is highly recommended.
The realistic counseling services of the science gifted high schools have been investigated in order to figure out the degree of student's satisfaction. For this purposes, questionnaires regarding the current status of school counseling were administered to 311 science gifted high school students. Data were analysed according to sex and grade level. The research results are as follows. First, gifted students received counseling 1~3times per year and for 30~60 minutes each time. Second, there were significant differences in the motivation of counseling among different grade level students; 1st grade students were counseled more voluntarily than the 2nd and 3rd grade students. Third, there were significant differences in the counseling issues among different grade level students. First grade students were mainly counseled with the issues of school achievement, but 2nd and 3rd grade students were counseled regarding career planning issues. Fourth, in terms of the effects of school counseling, most students perceived "average". Fifth, Students had high counseling needs for career planning. Finally, there were significant differences in the satisfaction of career counseling programs between boys and girls. as well as among different grade levels. Based on the results, students' voluntary involvement and confidence are needed to facilitate school counseling activity. Also, various career counseling programs, especially for the gifted girls, are needed.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between positive psychological capital, professor support, and the career preparation behavior of college students, and to identify the factors influencing the career preparation behavior. The convenience sampling method was used on 180 students from August 30 to October 30, 2020, Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and multiple regression. The research results showed that there were significant differences in positive psychological capital and professor support according to gender, majors, and economic levels. There were significant differences in career preparation behavior according to gender (t=3.52, p<.001), major (F=10.85, p<.001), and career decision (t=4.98, p<.001). There were significant differences in career preparation behavior according to gender, majors, and career decisions. Positive psychological capital (r=.45, p<.001) and professor support (r=.40, p<.001) showed a positive correlation with career preparation behavior. Factors influencing career preparation behavior were majors, career decisions, positive psychological capital, and the explanatory power of these factors was 32.5%. Therefore, effective career and counseling guidance should be planned to increase positive psychological capital according to the major. It is necessary to provide opportunities for exploration of various career options to enable students to select suitable careers or jobs and to set goals, and provide an environment with positive motivation.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with character of nursing students using ecological theory. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 296 nursing students. Collected data from self report questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. The Results of this study were as follows. A total of 2 models were examined according to individual, microsystem in ecological system theory. In the first model including individual factors, positive emotion, communication ability were significant factors explain character of nursing students. In the second model adding micro system factors family strength and major satisfaction found to be significant factors. The prediction factors of nursing student' character were communication ability (${\beta}=.431$, p<.001), major satisfaction (${\beta}=.310$, p<.001) and family strength (${\beta}=.176$, p<.001). The explanation power was 55.6%. These results showed that factors affecting character of nursing students are communication ability, major satisfaction, and family strength. Therefore, we suggest to develop various character education programs considering these factors.
