In this paper, we focus on how to calibrate multi-cameras easily and how to efficiently detect quad-copters with small-numbered particles. Each particle is a six dimensional vector that is composed of 3D position and 3D orientation of a quad-copter in the space. Due to curse of dimensionality, that leads to explosive computational costs with a large amount of high-dimensioned particles. To detect efficiently, we need to put more particles in very promising spaces and few particles in other spaces. Though computational cost is lowered by minimizing particles, in order to track a quad-copter with multiple cameras in real-time, multiple images from the cameras should be synchronized and analyzed. Therefore, lots of the computations still need to be done. Because of this, GPGPU(General-Purpose computing on Graphics Processing Units) is implemented for parallel computing. This method has been successfully tested and gives accurate results in practical situations.

Cryptographic algorithm testing is performed to ensure that a specific algorithm implementation is implemented correctly and functions correctly. CMVP(Cryptographic Module Validation Program) of NIST in US is the well-known testing system that validates cryptographic modules to Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS). There is no FIPS-approved stream cipher, and CMVP doesn't involve its validation testing procedure. In this paper we provide validation systems for three currently used light-weight stream ciphers: Bluetooth encryption algorithm E0, 3GPP encryption algorithm A5/3, and RC4 used for WEP and SSL/TLS Protocols. Moreover we describe our validation tools implemented by JAVA programing.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for developing the self-leadership program by identifying the effect of self-leadership on intrinsic motivation among physical therapy students. METHODS: One hundred physical therapy students in E university of Gyeonggido were recruited by convenience sampling from October 4 to 14, 2016. Of them, 89% were chosen and 79% were analyzed after excluding the cases with wrong answers. The survey, using Likert's five scales was conducted with fifteen items of intrinsic motivation (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, .84) and thirty-five items of self-leadership (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, .90). Frequency analysis, correlation analysis regression diagnostics, and multiple regression analysis were done with SPSS 20.0 Statistics program (IBM, Korea). RESULTS: The total score of Self-leadership was 3.61 and of substrategies was 4.05 (Natural reward strategy), 3.38 (Behavior-focus strategy), and 3.43 (Constructive thought pattern strategy), respectively. The score of intrinsic motivation was 3.43. The substrategy of Self-leadership indicated positive correlation with intrinsic motivation. The correlation values in higher order were .75 (Natural reward strategy), .66 (Behavior-focus strategy), and .61 (Constructive thought pattern strategy). The Constructive thought pattern strategy (t=5.18, p=.00) and Natural reward strategy (t=2.10, p=.38), except Behavior-focus strategy were effective on intrinsic motivation, according to the multiple regression analysis. CONCLUSION: Before stepping up to the next level of being a physical therapist, students must go through the educational program to improve the Constructive thought pattern strategy and Natural reward strategy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness that group counselling by transactional analysis influence on personal competence and communication for maladaptive soldier. 8 participants were assigned to an experimental group and pre and post test was performed. Experimental group were given group counselling program by Transactional Analysis(TA) sessions during 4day, which one session offered for 240 minutes' 8 hour a day. To verify the effectiveness of the group counselling Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test was performed. The result revealed that group counselling by transactional analysis positively influence on personal competence(self-efficacy, positive character) for maladaptive soldier. This study has a meaning and great achievements to present the possibility of using this program in practical and clinical field, which significant improvement in personal competence, self-efficacy, positive character.

The purpose of the study is to find out the causal relationship between the job characteristics of tax officials and empowerment and organizational effectiveness. The subjects were the tax officials from regional tax offices and tax offices in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province selected by convenience sampling and 350 questionnaires were analyzed. The study results showed that their job importance and job autonomy had positive effects on empowerment and the higher the empowerment was, the higher organizational effectiveness was, and the higher their job satisfaction was, the higher their organizational commitment was. The results reflected the job characteristics of the administrative tasks of tax organizations. Therefore, the tax officials should be empowered by encouraging their willing participation and creativity and vesting authority and responsibility in them and should be motivated to achieve higher organizational performance through their job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between hand washing practice and hand washing on the health belief model among dental practitioners. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by each 140 dental practitioners in dental clinics, general and university dental hospitals. The data were analyzed statistically with t-test, 1-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient test(${\alpha}=.05$). The hand washing practice showed a quantitative linear relationship(p<0.01) of r=0.285 with the hand washing on health belief. In order to prevent hospital infection of dental practitioners working in dental clinics or general and university dental hospitals, health beliefs about hand washing consisting of perceived susceptibility, perceived seriousness, perceived benefit, perceived barriers, and cues to action in infection control education should be considered.

The Internet had been taken properties which were both a slow speed and low-bandwidth of the first time. It was impossible to transmit large multimedia data because of a Internet properties. After tens of Year Passed, many people began to transmit multimedia data in the Internet which had fast-speed and high-bandwidth. Some people want to team classes to be taught in school through the Internet. And, educators wish to use multimedia data in the educational field. Due to previous reasons, many parts in the educational field had tried to join real-time objects to multimedia objects. But, real-time data didn’t appear easily due to many faults like network errors and system bugs if we want to control data in order to teach and learn classes. Then, this paper separates real-time and unreal-time data and controls these data that aye made a time scheduler to have time information in the extended SMIL-file for deceasing these faults.

There is scant of research regarding the efficiency measurement of the ship management business. This paper aims to analyze the relative efficiency within the Korean Major Ship management corporations, to select the relatively low effective companies, and to suggest the improvement strategies for those. As a research methodology, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) applied to the top 20 corporations among Korean and Foreign Shipping Liners in Korea. To draw out the efficiency of targeted terminals, the number of ship managed is used as an input variables while, the number of crews and the total sales are utilized as an output variables. As a result. Haeyoung Maritime services is the most efficient corporations in Foreign Shipping Liners. Among Korean Shipping Liners, Panstar Shipping, Korea Lines, STX marine and Woolim Shipping are relatively efficient corporations which are scored BCC 1.

Green chemistry is a new scientific field which focuses on the design, manufacture, and use of chemical processes that could prevent pollution and at the same time improve yield efficiency. The few who have written on the emergence of green chemistry have not shed light on the political and economic motivations of green chemistry. As a new study of the emergence of green chemistry, this paper focuses on the relationship among the triple helix of academia, industry, and government which has been critical in the emergence of green chemistry. This paper argues that academia, industry and government created a common ground during the emergence of green chemistry under the common goal of sustainable development since its creation in 1991. Green chemists produced the knowledge to improve the synthetic efficiency to prevent pollution, and the chemical industry used green chemistry research to increase the economic profitability of production system. This specific form of alliance was supported and maintained amid a changing national environmental policy toward pollution prevention and a self-regulatory framework.

A stable game managing system is absolutely needed to accept simultaneous interlacing of many users for on- line game system. The proposed P2P on-line game system in this paper is able to get stable and real-time game managing within limited time stamp utilizing through reorganizing peers according to synchronous time which can be avoid congestion on one region, it is possible to synchronize for game nodes within limited time stamp utilizing. Reorganizing M-tree which leads 10 distribute loads. The system manages each region unit, and it is execute no matter how big game sizes are. Thus to ensure such as the problems of expand server and stabilization or message transmission. Also, prove efficiency of the suggested system through the simulation.
