Consumer's Perception to Service Relationship Efforts and Mediating Role of Relationship Quality to Relationship Performance in Retailing Stores (소매점의 서비스 관계노력 지각과 관계성과에 따른 관계품질의 매개역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that customers perceive as important relationship investment in the relationship efforts provided by retailers for customer relationship purposes and to explain the mediating role of relationship quality such as trust, relationship commitment in the relationship perceived relationship investment and relationship performance. For this study, 270 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Financial efforts and structural efforts have affected perceived relationship investment. Perceived relationship investment affected trust and relationship commitment but not loyalty. Trust influenced relationship commitment and loyalty whereas relationship commitment did not affect loyalty. Therefore, it is important for retail marketing managers to provide tangible rewards and special benefits at all times in order to recognize that they are doing the best service efforts for customer relations. In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with them, the service marketing strategies should be promoted to enhance the relationship quality by raising the level of trust.

  • 산업용전동기는 신뢰성을 바탕으로 설계 및 제작되어 상용전압에 대한 기기의 신뢰성은 충분히 검증되어 있지만 스위칭 소자에 의해 주어지는 펄스상의 전압에 대하여는 신뢰성을 확보하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인버터용 전동기의 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 각종 변수(케이블의 길이, 단자전압, 습도, 온도, 스위칭 주파수 등)들을 검토하고 각 변수들 간의 상관관계를 실험을 통하여 분석하고 이를 통하여 전동기의 신뢰성을 예측할 수 있는 자료를 확보하여 인버터용 전동기의 신뢰성을 제고하고자 한다.

  • B2C 전자상거래는 2가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 첫 번째 측면은 인터넷, 웹 기술, 통신 기술 등 정보기술을 사용하는 점이고, 다근 측면은 온라인 마케팅 채널을 사용한다는 점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IT 측면을 설명하기 위하여 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 사용하였고, 거래가 온라인으로 이루어짐에 따라 거래상의 신뢰(trust)가 더욱 중요해지고 있으므로 이 신뢰 개념을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 McKnight et al.(2002) 및 McKnight & Chervany(2002) 등이 언급한 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)의 4개 선행변수인 구조 확신, 상황 정상, 인간성에서의 믿음, 신뢰 자세와 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)과의 관계를 살펴보았고, 신뢰 신념과 TAM 모델의 제 요인과의 관계를 살펴보았다.

인터넷 상점에 대한 여성고객의 신뢰와 서비스 품질$\cdot$고객 충성도 간의 관계

  • 온라인 쇼핑에 있어서 여성 고객의 서비스 품질 인식과 신뢰 문제는 중요한 이슈이다. 본 연구는 신뢰를 선의, 성실성, 능력의 관점에서, 그리고 서비스 품질을 유형성, 신빙성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성의 관점에서 다차원적으로 접근하여 연구 가설과 모형을 설정하고 그 원인-결과 관계를 실증적으로 분석한다. 분석 결과, 확신성과 공감성 차원의 서비스 품질이 선의/성실성 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 능력 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것은 5개 서비스 품질 차원 중 오직 확신성뿐인 것으로 드러났다. 또한 고객 충성도에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 것은 확신성 차원의 서비스 품질과 능력 차원의 신뢰이라는 것이 확인되었다. 여성 고객이 인터넷 상점에 대해 충성도를 갖게 되는 이유가 그 인터넷 상점의 선의/성실성 때문이기보다는 능력 때문이라는 점은 온라인 기업들에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 더욱이 온라인 기업들은 서비스 품질, 구체적으로는 여성 고객의 확신성 인식을 제고하면 이것이 자사의 능력을 고객에게 입증하는 방법이 될 수 있고, 결과적으로 여성 고객의 재구매 의사나 우호적인 구전을 이끌어 낼 수 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다는 점을 주목할 필요가 있다.

The Mediating Effect of Trust and Customer-Company Identification(CCID) on the relationship between Service Quality, CSR and Behavioral Intention in Insurance Company (보험회사의 서비스 품질, 사회적 책임활동과 고객행동의도 간의 관계에서의 신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시의 매개효과)

  • This research examines empirically the causal relationship among service quality, CSR, trust, customer-company identification(=CCID), customer's behavioral intention as well as the mediating effect of trust and CCID on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention in insurance industry. With this background, this study conducted a statistical analysis based on survey data collected from insurance customers. The result of this empirical study is as follows. First, insurance company's CSR activity has a positive impact on customer's trust and customer-company Identification( =CCID). Second, both customer's trust and CCID have positive and significant effect on customer's behavioral intention. Third, we also find that both trust and CCID has a mediating effect on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention. This research shows that CSR activity of insurance company can enhance both customer's trust and CCID, in turn, when CSR activity and service quality is mediated by customer's trust and customer-company identification, it could be linked to customer's behavioral intention such as repurchasing, positive WOM(=word of mouth). This study is likely to contribute to CSR and service marketing research of insurance company.

  • In recent studies, there has been much interest in knowledge sharing between the company and customer. Yet, there is little empirical work on the impact of the factors on CRM performances. The purpose of this study is empirically analyzing the effects of organizational factors of knowledge management, CRM system factors, and trust on CRM performances. The findings indicate that 3 factors (knowledge-oriented organizational culture/characteristic, technical systems, trust) are significantly related to CRM performances. However, the relationships between other factors (knowledge-oriented leadership, knowledge-oriented strategy, education & reward) and CRM performances are not significant.

  • The purpose of current research is to develop insight regarding the relationship between trust in leader and followers' goal orientation. In this study relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation are explored. Hypotheses about how the trust in leader affect self-efficacy and goal orientation are developed. The sample consists of 389 workers in a firm who are chosen through the judgement sampling method. Findings are reported from the empirical research that partially support the hypothesized relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation. Trust in leader have a significant impact on goal orientation, and it is moderated by self-efficacy. The results suggest that leaders need to make an effort for trust building to have positive goal orientations. The findings of this study have theoretical and managerial implications for leadership, trust, and goal orientation research.

  • Reliability analysis of a mechanical system has been developed in order to consider the uncertainties in the product design that may occur from the tolerance of design variables, uncertainties of noise, environmental factors, and material properties. In most of the previous studies, the reliability was calculated independently for each performance of the system. However, the conventional methods cannot consider the correlation between the performances of the system that may lead to a difference between the reliability of the entire system and the reliability of the individual performance. In this paper, the joint probability density function (PDF) of the performances is modeled using a copula which takes into account the correlation between performances of the system. The system reliability is proposed as the integral of joint PDF of performances and is compared with the individual reliability of each performance by mathematical examples and two-bar truss example.

Influence of Church Conflict on Church Commitment: Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Trust (교회 갈등이 교회 헌신도에 미치는 영향: 대인신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study aims to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal trust on the effect of church conflict on church commitment. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 218 christian adults. First, it was revealed that church conflict had a significant negative correlation with interpersonal trust. Second, church conflict had a significant negative correlation with church commitment. Third, the cognitive-based trust of church members showed a significant mediating effect on the effect of christian conflict on church commitment. Fourth, pastor's emotion-based trust had a significant mediating effect on the effect of christian conflict on church commitment. Based on these findings, we discussed the importance of trust based on pastor's sentiment and trust based on the recognition of fellow church members to manage church conflicts.
