The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of self-efficiency on the relationship between grit, health perception and health promotion behaviors of nurses and to provide baseline data to improve health promotion. A structured questionnaire survey was carried on 242 nurses at an university hospital in D-city. The strong and positive effects of grit, self-efficiency and health perception on health promotion behaviors were found. Self-effica -cy had a perfect mediating effection the effects of grit on health promotion behavior and a partial mediating effect on the effects of health perception on health promotion behavior. The study results suggest the need for various intervention programs based on multiple factors associated with grit, health perception and self-efficiency in order to enhance health promotion behaviors of nurses.
The purpose of this was to study and analyze smart learning the self directed learning, self efficacy, learning satisfaction about department of radiology in a college. For this study total students 102 in 3 classes were surveyed at the end of semester. The research data was analyzed using SPSS also self directed learning, self learning efficacy, learning satisfaction analyzed t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient results were followings. First, Men is more higher than women in a self learning efficacy, self directed learning, learning satisfaction. Second, in a learning satisfaction smart learning ever heard in a first time group more satisfaction. Third, during the smart learning classes a students appeared a positive response. As a results, learning satisfaction will increase a learning when learners need a ability of self control planning and learning motivation by themselves in voluntarily and actively. Suggest to change a paradigm in a radiology classes so we have to improve a teaching skills this solution recommend is two way communication. In conclusion, smart learning applied for classes of college is meaningful as a new teaching, which can be change gradually learning satisfaction by teaching methods.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the oral health behavior and self-efficacy of adolescents. The subjects in this study were 300 selected students in a girls' high school located in the city of Iksan. A survey was conducted from November 2 to 5, 2014, with questionnaires that covered oral health behavior and self-efficacy, and the answer sheets from 298 respondents were analyzed by a statistical package IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 21.0. The group that got regular dental checkups (3.26) excelled the other group that didn't in self-efficacy (p<0.05), and the group who made use of oral care products and who brushed their teeth four times or more had a better self-efficacy than the other group that didn't. The students who considered themselves to be in better oral health scored higher in self-efficacy, and the groups who had no difficulties in pronunciation (3.66) and mastication (3.32) scored higher (p<0.01, <0.001). Masticatory dysfunction (r=-0.184) and pronunciation disorder (r=-0.200) were negatively correlated with self-efficacy, but oral health status (r=0.243) had a positive correlation with it. Self-efficacy was better when oral health status was better (p<0.001) and when there was no pronunciation disorder (p<0.01). The above-mentioned findings suggested that there was a close relationship between oral health behavior and self-efficacy. Therefore the kind of program that aims at changing youth oral health awareness and oral health behavior should be prepared to improve the self-efficacy of adolescents.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional clarity and subjective well-being in college students, and to test whether self-efficacy had a positive effect on subjective well-being as a mediating effect. The study subjects were students attending a college located in C province, and the final 200 copies recovered were used for analysis. After statistical processing using SPSS 21.0, the collected data were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. When examining the effect of stage 1 emotional clarity on self-efficacy, it was found that emotional clarity was significant on self-efficacy. When examining the effect of stage 2 emotional clarity on subjective well-being, it was found that emotional clarity was significant on subjective well-being. Level 3 emotional clarity and self-efficacy had a significant effect on subjective well-being, and since the influence of emotion clarity decreased compared to level 2, self-efficacy was partially mediated. And when looking at the effect of self-efficacy on subjective well-being, self-efficacy was found to be significant on subjective well-being.

The demand for inclusive education in school settings has been constantly increasing. Yet, within the context of general subject teacher education, rather than special teacher education, preparation for this remains insufficient. This study aims to investigate and analyze the teacher efficacy for inclusive practices of pre-service science teachers with a focus on identifying differences based on respondent variables. In this research, teacher efficacy for inclusive practices is defined as self-belief in the ability to effectively teach students, including students with disabilities, in inclusive educational environments. It encompasses three sub-dimensions: efficacy in using inclusive instruction, efficacy in collaboration, and efficacy in dealing with disruptive behaviors. Utilizing data from 61 pre-service science teachers using 'Teacher' Efficacy for Inclusive Practices' survey tool, this study examines the distribution of teacher efficacy in inclusive practice across sub-dimensions and differences in distribution based on respondent background. The findings indicate that pre-service science teachers show a generally positive state across all three sub-dimensions, with efficacy to use inclusive instructions and efficacy in collaboration being the highest and efficacy in dealing with disruptive behaviors the lowest. he teachers' efficacy for inclusive practices of pre-service science teachers exhibited some tendencies of difference based on gender, experience with volunteering for individuals with disabilities, experience with inclusive education, and the extent of coursework in special education. However, none of these factors showed statistically significant differences.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of mentoring in enhancing the professionalism of low-experience science teachers on their general teaching and science teaching efficacies. The mentoring for low-experience science teachers was conducted on 24 science teachers with less than three years of experience over a nine-month period between April and December, 2016. The questionnaires developed by advanced researches were modified and used to test the teachers' general teaching and science teaching efficacies. As the result of a pre-test, the mean science teaching efficacy score was 3.02 points. In particular, the mean science teaching self-efficacy score was 2.86 points and the mean science teaching outcome expectancy score was higher at 3.17 points. In the domain of science teaching outcome expectancy, the mean for female teachers was higher than that of male teachers, and the mean for middle school teachers was higher than that of high school teachers in every domain. However, this result is not statistically significant. The results of a post-test showed that the mean science teaching efficacy score of mentee teachers increased to 3.08 points over the pre-test. In particular, the mean science teaching self-efficacy score was 3.11 points and the mean science teaching outcome expectancy score was 3.04 points in the post-test. This presents that the mentoring training conducted was effective in improving the science teaching efficacy of mentee teachers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate between communication competence, academic self-efficacy, satisfaction of clinical practice and self-leadership of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting self-leadership. The subjects of the study were 156 third graders who are attending nursing university in G city. Self-leadership has a significant positive correlation with communication competence, academic self-sufficiency, satisfaction of clinical practice. Communication competence, academic self-efficacy, and satisfaction of clinical practice were identified as variables influencing the self-leadership of nursing students. This study show that the factors affecting the self-leadership of nursing students can be helpful in the application of nursing education and programs.

The purposes of this study are to develop the STEAM program grounded on curriculum and to investigate educational effects of the developed program on students' attitude of science and science self-efficacy by application to elementary informal science education environment. In order to develop this program, the literature reviews were conducted and then STEAM education program based on the theme 'light' is developed. The developed program was revised and complemented through preliminary applications and consulting with experts, and applied to 65 students. A single group pre-post paired t-test was conducted through the students' attitude of science and science self-efficacy test. The semi-structure interviews were used to gather focused and additional data. The results of this study were as follows: firstly, STEAM education program was developed with the theme 'light' for elementary students in order to increase their interest related to real life. Secondly, the results indicated that the program was statistically significant on the attitude of science for the group of third and fourth graders. However, the effects of science self-efficacy did not appear a significant result for the third and fourth graders. They expressed one possible reason. The theme of light was not familiar with them because the theme was scheduled to teach in the second semester of the fourth graders. Some of students in this group did have a chance to learn the theme. Thirdly, the program was very effective for the fifth and sixth graders on their attitude of science and science self-efficacy. In conclusion, STEAM education program developed with the theme of light is contributed to elementary students' attitude of science in the informal science education. Students' learning experiences of relevant concepts can influence on students' science self-efficacy. It could be very important factor to consider students' grade level and previous learning experiences when the educational programs develop.

This study quantitatively analyzed the effects of self-efficacy in the workplace on job-stress and work-life balance (WLB) using a structural equation model (SEM) to seek ways to increase the WLB. Because the current government promotes the 52-hour weekly policy, WLB that refers to the balance between work and life that is used throughout society. In addition, self-efficacy, which was used mainly in the home and education system, has expanded its scope of application, and efforts to increase it in the workplace are working as demand for the times. The observation variables to be included in the SEM were collected from a questionnaire of 5,454 adults, and AMOS 21 was used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, self-efficacy in the workplace has a negative correlation with stress, and a higher self-efficacy means a higher WLB. The results of this study did not show that the more workers are passionate about their work in the workplace due to work-oriented thinking and behavior rather than home had a lower WLB. In addition, these results can be used to analyze the WLB policy in the ROK Army.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of self-efficacy of SMEs' organization members on job engagement and job performance, and to analyze the difference between gender and marital status by applying SEM-ANN analysis. To accomplish the study purpose, 285 valid samples were collected from 400 SMEs' organization members and analyzed. In this study, self - efficacy consisted of three sub-dimensions: self-confidence, self-regulation efficacy, and task difficulty preference. As a result of the analysis, self - efficacy such as self-confidence, self-regulation efficacy, and task difficulty preference had a positive direct effect on job engagement. In addition, self-efficacy and self-control efficacy have a positive effect on job performance, but the preference of task difficulty has no significant effect. In addition, job engagement has a positive(+) effect on job performance, and has a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. Also, married males preferred self-regulation efficacy, while females preferred self-regulation and self-control efficacy regardless of marital status. The purpose of this study is to present the framework of self-efficacy-job engagement-job performance of SMEs by measuring the self-efficacy related researches mainly in education and service industries, and is meaningful that companies can help to find the basis of management of organization members by gender and marital status of organization members. In addition, the SEM-ANN analysis process of this study is different in that it explains the nonlinear (nonobservative) relationship that can analyze the influence or the combination of the reference variables in the linear (compensatory) relation using the SEM.
