The Relationship among Different Types of Intra-team Conflict and Their Effects on Commitment in R&D Teams (연구개발 팀에서 팀 내 갈등 간의 관계와 갈등이 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Teams play an indispensable role in helping an organization achieve its goal. Since constant interaction among team members is the cornerstone of team competitiveness, it is necessary for the team members to commit themselves to shared goals-team commitment, a type of positive, emotional attitude of team members. Constant interactions among team members, however, inevitably breed a byproduct called conflict. Though intra-team conflict has both positive and negative effects on team performance, little research has been done to clarify the roles that relationship, task and process conflicts play in team commitment. This research is an empirical investigation of the relationship among the three types of conflicts - relationship, task and process conflicts - based on data collected from 232 R&D teams of 13 Korean companies. The analysis suggests that, while relationship conflict has a negative impact on team commitment, task and process conflicts have no significant impact on team commitment. As for the relationships among those three types of conflict, process conflict has positively influenced task, and relationship conflicts and task conflict also has had a positive impact on relationship conflict. Based on these results, this study has presented its implications and directions for future research.

  • 인적 자원관리는 경영과정의 한 부분으로서 환경과 경영전략 그리고 조직구조와 밀접한 관계속에서 조직체의 목적 달성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 연구기관에서 인적자원은 가장 중요한 경영요소이며, "우수한 인력을 채용하여 능력에 맞는 수준 높은 대우를 함으로써 우수한 결과를 얻도록 하는 것"이 가장 기본적인 활동이다. 인적자원의 관리는 훌륭한 리더쉽에 의하여 실천되지만, 우선적으로 리더쉽을 수행할수 있는 제도적 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 즉 인적자원 시스템을 형성하는 것은 효과적인 조직 성과를 달성하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것이며, R'||'&'||'D 인적자원 관리 시스템은 연구목표 달성과 관련하여 개개인이 효과적으로 연구생산성을 제고할수 있도록 지원하여 주는 시스템이다. 조직성과에 영향을 주는 변수는 여러 가지가 있지만, 제도적 장치로 고려될 수 있는 것은 과업 및 조직의 설계, 인적자원 채용 및 배치 전환, 보상, 경력관리, 교육훈련, 능력 평가이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 인적자원의 성과를 높이기 위한 주요 변수(인적자원관리의 서브 과제)를 세계 주요 연구기관의 하나인 Battelle연구소를 대상으로 분석하고, 국내 R'||'&'||'D 인적자원관리 발전방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Based on a sample of corporations which have used E-mail at least three years, we found (1) no difference in the usage of E-mail depending on task analyzability, and (2) the usage of E-mail in the high analyzability group correlated more strongerly than in the low analyzability group with performance. A future study would be researched on the usage between computer-based communication media with other variables such as social influence.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of improve the organizational performance and survival with the changes of the circumstances or in pursuit of improving the organizational effectiveness through the learning organization, the organizational culture was inspected with the condition precedent of the learning organization. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, the learning organization has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the learning organization improve the official satisfaction. Second, in the organizational culture of the learning organization, developmental and rational culture has positive effect on the learning organization, but hierarchical and group culture has no effect. on the learning organization. Therefore, to establish the learning organization through the organizational learning, all managers realize the importance of developmental and rational culture because the organizational effectiveness is significant when the organization change is new.

  • The purpose of research is to explore the direction of building a collaborative supply chain, which may enhance the competitiveness of firms and their project-based supply chain. Large-scale plants or large-scale buildings construction is referred to as a EPC project. To identify a collaboration mechanism in the project-based supply chain, the empirical research was conducted on the interrelationship between the absorption capacity of firms participating in the EPC project, the incentive norms, the goal congruence with supply chain, and the ability of respond to changes of the task of supply chain. PLS-SEM was used as an analysis method to verify the research model. It is expected that the results will help inform the need for SCM, the importance of the incentive norms and the goal congruence in the supply chain of EPC project.

  • 수자원은 인간을 포함한 모든 생물이 생존을 위한 필수적 자원으로 확보 및 관리가 매우 중요하다. 우리나라의 유역조사 사업은 1960년대 경제개발계획의 하나로 시작되어 댐 개발사업 등과 같은 수자원 개발을 위한 사전조사의 관점으로 진행되었다. 이후 2000년부터는 지속 가능한 개발·보전 및 계획·조사체계 정비 등에 목적을 두고 단위유역별로 시행되었으며, 2007년 이후부터는 전국유역을 대상으로 매년 정기적으로 수행되고 있다. 하천유역조사 사업의 목적은 유역조사를 체계적이기 지속해서 수행함으로써 수자원장기종합계획 및 하천유역종합치수계획 등 수자원 정책의 수립에 필요한 일관성 있고 신뢰성 있는 기초정보를 제공이다. 한국수자원조사기술원은 '유역조사 지침'을 근거로 13개 항목에 대한 현장조사를 수행하고 있다. 한국수자원조사기술원은 하천유역조사 과업을 수자원 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 물관리 분야의 지속 가능한 발전이 이루어질 수 있도록 진행할 것이다. 세부적으로 조사인력의 전문성을 극대화하고 최신식 조사장비 및 분석기법을 도입하여 유역조사 성과에 대한 주기적인 검토 및 고찰을 수행하여 유역조사 결과의 고도화를 진행할 것이다. 이와 같은 과업을 추진하여 수자원 관리 측면에서 직면하고 있는 현안에 대한 해결책을 모색하는데 기여하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Entrepreneurship and Self-Efficacy on Knowledge Management: Focusing on Female CEO (기업가정신과 자기효능감이 지식경영성과에 미치는 영향연구: 여성CEO 중심으로)

  • Businesses have to survive and thrive in both domestic and international environments. In order to resolve these problems, new alternatives have been presented. These include the importance of women's resources and entrepreneurship of female CEOs. The sensibility, delicacy, creativity as well as the intuitive power of female CEOs, actively enables them to cope with the ever-changing environment. Because of the rapidly changing circumstances, the above mentions women's attributes are highlighted thus, causing women's roles in society to shift from their traditional tendencies to finding careers and their own identities. Due to this change in social roles, social interest and the values of female CEOs are being reevaluated. Accordingly, the conceptual consideration of female entrepreneurship (innovation, enterprise, risk sensitivity) as well as the factors to be considered for the entrepreneurship of female CEOs in order to promote knowledge management performance was derived in this research. The deducted implication of this research is that generally, the enterprise and risk sensitivity of entrepreneurship affect the knowledge management performance of female CEOs. It is therefore proved that in the case of female CEOs, entrepreneurship and self-efficacy are linked, allowing them to achieve the desired outcome for a specific task performance. Female CEOs are capable of company management through the mediating process of their enterprise, risk sensitivity, and self-efficacy and with faith in their knowledge management, will be able to achieve high performance. Therefore, using strengths and nature peculiar to women, women's economic activities derived from knowledge management based on entrepreneurship will not only help overcome the long-term economy crisis but also lead to high economic growth and development. This will be a dynamic force for the nation's new growth with financial means. The comparative study of existing results will also contribute in suggesting the direction of policies that will enable the success of female CEOs in entrepreneurship.

Do Diverse Physical Contexts Matter in Mobile Internet Use\ulcorner (모바일 인터넷 사용 성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 신체적 정황 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Mobile Internet can be used anytime and anyplace thanks to the portability of mobile phones and wireless connectivity to the Internet. Therefore Mobile Internet users can be in various contexts compared with Wire Internet users in stationary contexts. In this research out of various context attributes, we selected physical context attributes of hands feet and eyes and studied how these affect the performance of Internet use and user\\` satisfaction. For this research we made control1ed experiments in performing the given task in each attribute and measured the task accuracy and the subjective satisfaction. The experiments indicated that each attribute doesn\\`t affect the accuracy and satisfaction when it is given individually but when two of more context attributes are given simultaneously in context of disturbance of eyes and motion of legs the accuracy and satisfaction declines. This suggests that the subjects need more attention for the physical context of two or more factors than one factor because of the attention capacity limit. As the result, the attention capacity for the task shrinks.
