The effect of the shared leadership on the job satisfaction: Difference between principals and teachers of child care center (공유리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 어린이집 원장과 교사 간 차이)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the effect of shared leadership on job satisfaction of principals and teachers of child care centers, and to find the differences of perception between principals and teachers. For this purpose, 120 child care centers in one province was collected through random sampling, and then 93 principals and 101 teachers participated in survey. By SPSS 21.0 version, hierarchical analysis, descriptive statistics and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that principals and teachers all perceived that the shared leadership effects on the job satisfaction. Based on these results, some practical implications for principals and teachers of child care centers to improve the shared leadership and the job satisfaction were suggested.

Impact of Shared Leadership on Team Work Engagement: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Team Positive Psychological Capital and the Moderating Role of Task Characteristics (공유리더십이 팀직무열의에 미치는 영향: 팀긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 직무특성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine, at the team level, the relationship between shared leadership and team work engagement and team psychological capital which have rarely been introduced into academic leadership research in Korea. This study tested the impact of shared leadership on team work engagement and the mediating role of team psychological capital between the two variables. And also, this study tested moderating role of task characteristics between shared leadership and team psychological capital. A total of 421 employees of 100 teams in 16 companies in South Korea participated in this study. The SPSS 23.0 statistical program was used in this study to analyze and statistically process the collected survey data. The result showed that high level of shared leadership positively influence team work engagement and team PsyCap works as mediator in the relationship between shared leadership and team work engagement. This results means that shared leadership is a crucial factor to facilitate team's psychological capital toward team's work engagement. However, Task characteristics had no moderating effect between shared leadership and team PsyCap. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of the study results have been discussed along with limitations and future direction of the study.

  • In this study, we examine the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behaviors of the members, and try to understand what moderate effect trust in these relationships. To do this, we set up research models and hypotheses that shared leadership will influence innovative behavior through literature review. We also added the moderating effect of Trust on the relationship between these variables. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for corporate member in Daegu and Kyungbuk area. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to test hypotheses. As a result, Shared leadership has a significant effect on innovation behavior. In particular, trust among members has been shown to regulate the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behavior. The results of this study will be applied to the strategic human resources management of major organizations.

The Effects of Metacognition on Learning Flow of Team-Based Learning in Nursing Students: Mediating Effects of Shared Leadership (간호대학생의 팀기반학습에서 메타인지가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 공유리더십의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of metacognition on learning flow of Team-Based Learning(TBL) in nursing students and verify the mediating effects of shared leadership on the relationships between metacognition and learnig flow. Data were collected via survey from 98 nursing students to participate in TBL for 6weeks, in June 2017. The results were as follows: There was a significant correlation with metacognition, shared leadership and learning flow. Metacognition had a positive effect on learning flow. Shared leadership had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between metacognition and learning flow. Conclusively, this results indicate a need to develop programs that effectively promote the shared leadership and maximize metacogniton Team-Based Learning(TBL) in nursing students.

군자리더십측정을 위한 문항개발연구

  • 리더의 리더십이 팀 또는 조직의 효과성에 기여하기 위해서는 리더의 영향력을 구성원들이 수용하고 목표달성을 위해 노력하도록 구성원들을 동기부여시켜야 한다. 그런데, 리더의 영향력을 수용하고 추종하는데 구성원들간에 공유되어 있는 리더에 대한 표상에 리더가 일치하여야 한다. 이상적 리더에 대한 공유된 표상에는 그 사회문화에서 지배적인 가치규범이 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 가치의 역할이 중요하다는 인식에 착안하여 한국인의 사고와 행동방식에 지대한 영향을 미쳐온 전통적인 유교적 가치에서 가정하고 있는 이상적인 인간상으로서의 군자를 현대 경영조직상황하에서 리더십의 관점에서 살펴볼 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 사서(四書)-논어, 맹자, 중용, 대학에서 제시된 군자의 성격 또는 행동적 특징들을 내용분석하여 리더십 구조를 정의내리고 이를 측정할 수 있는 설문문장을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 군자리더십은 자기계발(思學), 인간존중(忠恕), 예절중시(禮), 공정함(義), 사람 관리의 5개 요인구조를 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 추후 연구에서는 개발된 설문문항의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고, 본 연구에서 개발한 군자리더십이 실제 경영조직에서 경영자의 리더십효과성을 잘 설명해주는 변별력 있는 개념인지 검증하는 노력이 필요하다. 이는 서양의 보편적으로 효과적인 리더십 유형, 예를 들면, 변혁적 리더십 유형과 같은 경쟁모형의 도입을 통해 보다 더욱 생동감 있는 측정이 가능할 것이다. 아울러 유교적 가치와 현대적 가치로 대변되는 합리성에 기반한 서구의 가치가 군자리더십과 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는 지 살펴 볼 필요가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management of a company and the knowledge-sharing and innovative behaviors of the members of the organization in order to present a strategy that can be used to strengthen the innovative behaviors of the members. Also, by examining the moderating effect of the awareness of organizational support among the members. The findings of this study were as follows; First, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant, positive impact on the innovative behaviors of the members of the organization. Second, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant positive impact on the knowledge sharing among the members. Third, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant positive impact on innovative behaviors. Fourth, in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the innovative behaviors of the members, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant mediating effect. Fifth, the awareness of organizational support had a moderating effect in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the sharing of knowledge among the members.

Influence of Shared Leadership Perceived by Cooks on Self-efficacy, Collective Efficacy, and Job Performance: Focusing on Hotel Culinary Department (공유 리더십에 대한 조리사 인식이 자기효능감, 집단효능감과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 호텔조리부서 대상)

  • This study assumed that chef's shared leadership perceived by chefs in hotel culinary department affects self-efficacy, group efficacy, and job performance. Based on this, the causal relationship between each variable was analyzed through leadership sharing. And based on the results, we tried to suggest a manpower management plan suitable for the hotel culinary department and provide basic data. The subjects of this study were chefs working in 8 luxury hotels in Seoul and Busan. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed. For analysis, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical packages were used. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on self-efficacy and job performance improvement of hotel cooks. On the other hand, it was found that the chef's shared leadership did not affect job performance through collective efficacy and collective efficacy. In conclusion, it was suggested that a differentiated and efficient manpower management plan is needed to enhance job performance by enhancing shared leadership and self-efficacy for cooks, where collaboration and division of labor are important, and individual ability is important due to the nature of their work.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of shared leadership, authenticity leadership, and self - leadership on the recognition of organizational effectiveness of university librarians, which is an alternative concept of existing leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine whether leadership styles have more influence on recognition of organizational effectiveness, and whether there is a moderating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between leadership and organizational effectiveness. A total of 140 questionnaires were collected from 275 librarians of 55 university librarians working in the university libraries nationwide. The effect of alternative leadership, which is an independent variable, on organizational effectiveness was partially derived, and self - leadership had the greatest effect on job satisfaction, and control effect of emotional intelligence The results of this study are as follows. Although this study does not claim new concepts and facts in the field of leadership and organizational validity, it can be said that it contributes to introducing the theoretical relation to new concepts of alternative leadership which has not been relatively studied in the field of linguistic informatics.

  • 최근 조직 내 정보시스템이 제공하는 지식과 정보에 대한 공유와 교환이 더 이상 성공적이라고 판단되지 않음에 따라 그 대안으로써 가상공동체(Virtual Community)가 주목받고 있다. 그러나, 가상공동체에서 살아있는 지식과 정보의 공유를 위해서는 공동체 안의 구성원인 리더와 구성원(팔로워) 들의 상호작용을 통한 몰입이 매우 중요하다는 인식이 확산되었다. 그러나, 이러한 몰입에 영향을 주는 리더-구성원 간의 영향관계는 충분히 연구된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구는 가상공동체에서 리더의 리더십 스타일과 팔로워의 특성 그리고 이들 간의 동기와 신뢰가 가상공동체의 몰입에 미치는 인과관계에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. '지각된 리더의 배려'로 측정된 '서번트 리더십'과 '지각된 리더의 조직지향'을 통해 측정된 '변혁적 리더십'이 구성원의 팔로워십과 동기, 리더와 조직에 대한 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 460명의 가상공동체 구성원을 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 서번트 리더십과 구성원의 팔로워십 특성이 구성원의 몰입에 있어서 중요한 역할을 수행함을 알 수 있었다.

  • This study examined the relationship between the type of organizational culture and organizational commitment, job satisfaction as well as the moderate effects of shared leadership on the relationship among the organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction at a world leading steel company 'P'. The results showed that the consensus culture and rational culture positively affect the organizational commitment, and that the developmental culture, consensus culture and rational culture positively affected the job satisfaction. The results also revealed the meaningful moderate effects of the shared leadership on the relationship between the development culture, consensus culture and job satisfaction. The suggestions were made accordingly to propose the directions to improve the organizational performance of the company that is in global competition.
