The purpose of this research is to investigate Korean popular attitudes and social perceptions of 'sharing economy' terminology at the current moment from a creative or socio-economic point of view. In Korea, this study discovers and interprets the objective and tangible annual changes and patterns of sociocultural collective intelligence that have taken place over the last five years by applying text mining in the big data analysis approach. By crawling and Googling, this study collected a significant amount of time series web meta-data with regard to the theme of the sharing economy on the world wide web from 2010 to 2014. Consequently, huge amounts of raw data concerning sharing economy are processed into the value-added meaningful 'word clouding' form of graphs or figures by using the function of word clouding with R programming. Till now, the lack of accumulated data or collective intelligence about sharing economy notwithstanding, it is worth nothing that this study carried out preliminary research on conducting a time-series big data analysis from the perspective of knowledge management and processing. Thus, the results of this study can be utilized as fundamental data to help understand the academic and industrial aspects of future sharing economy-related markets or consumer behavior.

철원군은 군사문화유적지와 더불어 과거 태봉국의 도읍지로서 한 시대를 풍미했던 역사문화유산이 살아 숨 쉬고 있는 우리역사의 장이다. 또한 청정지역의 이미지는 생태 관광지로서의 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 에코뮤지엄(ecomuseum)의 개념을 토대로 철원군의 지역문화자원을 활용하는 방안을 제시하려고 한다. 연구의 이론적 바탕이 될 에코뮤지엄은 기존의 박물관처럼 한정된 공간 내에 수집품을 모아놓고 관람객을 끌어들이는 것이 아니라 지역 전체를 하나의 박물관으로 구성하는 새로운 형태의 박물관이다. 따라서 지역의 문화유산, 생태 환경, 관광자원을 포함한 포괄적인 유,무형의 자원이 모두 에코뮤지엄의 요소가 될 수 있으며, 관람객은 주변 환경과 일체가 되어 직, 간접적인 체험을 공유한다. 지역 주민은 적극적인 역할을 수행함으로써 지속적으로 지역의 개발과 보존에 주체적으로 참여하게 된다. 이러한 관점에서, 지역의 다양한 문화자원을 바탕으로 한 에코뮤지엄은 철원군의 지속가능한 경제 활성화에도 기여하게 될 것이다.

본 연구는 스타트업을 포함 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원의 직무만족과 소명의식을 높이기 위한 방안으로 GWP 조직문화의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. GWP 조직문화는 구성원들이 자신이 근무하는 조직과 업무, 동료에 대해 애착을 갖고 자부심을 갖도록 조직 차원에서 이를 독려하는 문화적 풍토를 말한다. 이를 토대로 구성원은 일터영성(Workplace Spirituality)을 지각하고 더 나아가 직무만족과 소명의식을 느낄 수 있다. 일터영성에 관한 개념은 다양한 학문적 논의가 진행되고 있는데 중요한 점은 구성원들이 자신의 업무에서 의미를 추구하는 소명의식과 일터, 즉 조직에서 목적과 일의 의미를 타 구성원과 함께 공유하는 개념으로 요약할 수 있다. 그러므로 중소벤처기업에서 GWP 조직문화 조성을 노력한다면 구성원에게 자신의 업무와 동료에 대한 인식 그리고 일터 현장에 대한 의미와 소중함을 더욱 인식하게 하여 임직원의 일터영성을 일깨울 수 있을 것이다.

코로나 19로 인하여 많은 사람의 일상생활 활동량이 감소하였다. 이로 인하여 여행업계는 큰 타격을 입었다. 한국관광공사에서 실시한 '코로나19 국민 국내여행 영향조사' 응답자들에 따르면, 연간 여행횟수는 평균 6회였으나 코로나 확산이 본격화된 후, 평균 1.8회인 70% 가량 급감한 것으로 나타났다. 마찬가지로 문화체육관광부에서 실시한 '국민생활체육조사'에 따르면, 최근 5년간 증가 추세였던 생활체육 참여율이, 코로나 19의 영향으로 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 직접 지도 위에 여행 및 운동 경로를 그릴 수 있도록 도와주고 그것을 다른 사용자와 공유하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 여행 및 운동 경로 공유 시스템을 통해 사용자들의 여행이나 운동 욕구를 증진 시키고 코로나 19로 인해, 감소한 활동량을 증가시킬 것으로 기대된다.

This is a qualitative research study in which three families focused on scientific culture and conducted the process of forming a family fandom using ethnography. The ultimate goal of science education is the "cultivation of scientifically literate persons.", The researcher examines families who regularly participate in informal science educational programs, such as those offered by the National Marine Biodiversity Institute of Korea, to understand the cultural ans sociological significance of these activities as part of their daily routines. This study analyzes and summarizes the experiences of three families in different home environments as to the completion of the family fandom through the process of self-sustaining cultural practice formation through family education activities, and science activities. This study found that the process tword completion is more meaningful than the completion itself, in the context of science, culture, family and fandom. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) The process of forming a family fandom began with the individual purpose of each family member. 2) The process of fandom formation was created in an organic relationship through the interaction between parents and children, and the self-sustaining cultural practice strengthened the bond and expanded the consensus on scientific culture. 3) Parents and children together share scientific culture, and unique culture in the form of sharing in their own cultural life as becoming scientifically literate people. The self-sustaining cultural practice of selecting and enjoying these scientific activities is not simple consumption of popular culture, but the role of parents as cultural designers. This has conducted experiential consumption as "refined (or sophisticated) cultural consumers," and family leisure activities as meaning production of family members so it has social and cultural implications that can be developed into a scientific culture.

Environmental degradation and economic bipolarization have become major issues as the aftermath of the globalizing capitalism. Commons have received attention as an alternative to capitalistic use of resources. The most representative is the neo-institutionalist approach where Elinor Ostrom's study summarizes fundamental principles of common resource management. Maria Mies also insists that co-relationship in a community is the most essential to manage common resource successful. In a similar vein, this study attempts to prove that common resource management can create solutions to socioeconomic problems and ways to prevent resource scarcities in the future. Jeju-Haenyeo community is chosen as a successful case to be examined based on the fundamental principles of commons and community. Qualitative surveys have preceded for Jeju-Haenyeo to elaborate and extend the aspects of common resource use and management. This study can bring a positive influence on understanding the Jeju-Haenyeo community and other common resources management institutions.

Despite the economic downturn, the amount of clothing being discarded is increasing due to the fast fashion. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion sharing service development to settle the rational consumption culture along with the abandoned clothes problem. Shared fashion rental service has attracted as a solution to environmental problems not only when clothes are incinerated but also in manufacturing process, but there is a lack of precedent research. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it has developed two development plans based on the results of analysis of service case based on three factors by Rachel Botsman. First, active community development. Second, it is the creation of goods through activation of the shared economy. In this study, there are limitations that can't be proved through actual application, so more research is needed through empirical studies on actual users in the future.

Information center represents an important source which seems very well suited for knowledge management investigation. Information center is knowledge intensive and the use of advanced technology may transform the knowledge of business processes for delivering an unique capabilities in an organization. To exam knowledge management, organization culture, importance of knowledge, and support of information technology were identified as potential predictors of knowledge management support in information center. Three hypotheses have been tested with 43 database management specialist surveys. This study presents that the level of information sharing and knowledge exchange is significantly influenced by the extent support of information technology.

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the factors(organization managerial factors, relational factors and personal factors) that affect the knowledge sharing intention of records management specialists. A total of 126 responses were used for the final analysis and the findings of this study are as follows: First, managers' interests and supports had a significant positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention, but evaluation and compensation system had a negative effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention. Second, job stress was found to have a significant positive effect on the intention of knowledge sharing(tacit, explicit). It is required to form an organizational culture where records management specialists can freely participate in knowledge sharing activities with the interest and support of managers. In addition, the process of continuously improving the causes of one of the causes of job stress, such as awareness improvement and deprivation, should be carried out through records management training for all employees. This study is meaningful in that it provides policy implications for promoting knowledge sharing as a solution to the managerial problems faced by records management specialists by utilizing the current staffing structure.
