본 고에서는 지식정보사회의 투자대상인 인간의 지식을 함양시키는 대학과, 특별히 대학구성원의 지식과 정보를 서비스하는 기관인 대학도서관에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존의 선행연구들을 통해 지식공유 영향요인을 추출한 후 지식관리시스템을 사용하고 있는 대학도서관의 도서관 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 어떠한 요인들이 실질적으로 지식공유에 영향을 미치는지, 또한 지식관리시스템이 사용자에게 만족을 주는지 알아본 후, 이를 통하여 대학도서관에서 지식관리시스템을 사용하는데 효율적인 방안들이 무엇인지에 대해 연구하였다.

In case of the Sea Areas Utilization Consultation about fishery harbor facilities there has been problems excepting a mooring facility and having the same scope of business subject with harbor, while those scale are different. In this study, we analyzed the 17 cases of the statements for Sea Areas Utilization Consultation according to the development projects of fishery harbors for 2013-2014 and suggested the improvement way to go. First, it is needed to reassess the scope of business subject about fishery harbor because the environmental effects about the development projects for the fishery harbor are not considered separately by facilities, development project for the fishery harbor. Therefore, the reassessment about them are needed surely. Second, the adjustment of the range about fishery harbor facilities on the Sea Area Utilization Consultation is needed because in case of most small fishery ports, the sizes of those facilities are less than the boundary area ($50,000m^2$). Last, consultation subjects shall be more clear in order to protect confusions-related with applying for the Consultation on Utilization of Sea Areas. A new rule for clarifying consultation on business subjects is needed in order to reduce the unclarity and the confusions from being occurred by difference between 'occupancy or use permit of public waters' and 'exclusion of application' and business subjects according to the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act and the Marine Environment Management Act, respectively.

에어비앤비, 우버택시 등과 같이 공유경제 패러다임을 반영한 새로운 차원의 서비스 비즈니스의 확산은 IT기술을 기반으로 하는 스마트 네트워크 보급에 다른 제품의 서비스화가 일반화되었기 때문이다. 공유경제라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 제품 공유와 관련된 서비스 시스템의 디자인 응용을 연구하는 것은 갈수록 중요해지고 있으며, 공유경제를 기반으로 하는 서비스 디자인이 스마트 네트워크와 융합을 통해 자원 활용을 높이고 낭비를 줄이며, 사용자의 다양한 생활 체험과 가치 있는 수요를 보장해줄 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스 디자인에 관한 문헌 정리와 디자인 실무를 통해 고찰한 서비스 디자인 개념을 바탕으로, 부산을 방문하는 외국인 고객을 대상으로, 예측하기 힘든 특수한 날씨환경에서 우산 사용에 대한 사용자의 니즈와 수요를 조사하고 분석하여, 보다 개선되고 창의적인 "공유우산 서비스 디자인 모형"을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서비스 디자인 방법과 원칙에 따라 우산을 공유하는 서비스 시스템의 목표고객, 접점을 분석한 후, 외국인 관광객을 위한 서비스 시스템의 서비스 청사진을 만들고 우산공유 시스템 구축과 실무적용을 위한 서비스 전략을 제시할 계획이다.

The purpose of this study is to deliver both market-practical and civil-centric political implication for sharing economy by investigating the nature of consumer-adoption for car-sharing service. With the global interest and market proliferation of the sharing economy, various service models for sharing idle resources have also been released in Korea. Particularly, in case of car sharing service, public - private partnership projects are spreading rapidly in various local governments including Seoul, along with the growing demand for alternative transportation system centering on the urban area. This study conducted an empirical study on the process of accepting the car sharing service by analyzing the data collected from users of the car sharing service "Sharing Car(Nanum Car)" of Seoul Metropolitan Government. A survey was conducted on 281 users in their twenties who are in the age of main use among the experienced users of the "Sharing Car(NaNum)" residing in Seoul. The result of analysis on the relationship between these users' perceived value and intention to use the vehicle sharing service would provide implications for establishing consumer(citizen)-centeric policies as well as market implications.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the importance of shared leadership of leaders by analyzing the influence of learning orientation and unlearning on the recognition of leader's shared leadership and employees'. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the employees who work as knowledge workers in the domestic SMEs. A total of 387 questionnaires were collected using SPSS 24.0 statistical package. The results of this study were that the relationships between a leader's shared leadership and innovation behavior, shared leadership and learning orientation, and learning orientation and innovation behavior were positive. In addition, learning orientation mediated in the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behavior, and unlearning reinforced the relationship between shared leadership and learning orientation. The implication of this study is that the employees themselves need continuous reinforcement activities for active unlearning and learning orientation in order to improve the innovation behavior of the employees. In addition, the shared leadership of leaders in employees and organization is more important.

For effective information sharing, data provenance semantics need to be managed effectively. Based on a scheme to represent data provenance semantics, we propose a model to calculate information sharing costs. Information sharing costs are derived from probabilities of type I and type II errors that occur in organizational information sharing, costs related to these errors, and information sharing distances between organizational units which are determined by information sharing workflows. We apply the model to various types of information sharing workflows including departmental information systems, hierarchical information systems, a hub and a stand-alone system. The calculated information sharing costs show that the hub with data standardization is best in information sharing; however without standardization its information sharing cost deteriorates to that of a departmental information system. And, any information sharing workflow is better than a stand-alone system. It is proved that the model is useful in analyzing effectiveness of information sharing workflows and their characteristics.

그 동안 많은 역학연구를 통해서 금속가공유(metalworking fluid, MWFs) 노출과 여러 조직에서 암 발생 위험과의 관계를 밝혔지만, 금속가공유 종류(비수용성, 수용성, 합성, 준합성)별로 구분된 위험은 아직 완전하게 규명되지 않았다. 역학조사에서 금속가공유 노출을 대체할 수 있는 인자(surrogate)로서 정성적(qualitative), 명목적(ordinal) 혹은 준정량적인(semi-quantitative) 변수들(금속가공유에 대한 노출 유무, 노출 정도: 높음, 낮음 등, 직업 유무, 근무기간 등)을 이용하여 금속가공유 노출을 평가하였다. 이러한 노출평가방법은 기본적으로 금속가공유 노출 강도(intensity)가 고려되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 노출 분류 오류(misclassification)도 항상 존재할 수 있어 금속가공유 노출은 물론이고 종류별 위험을 밝히기 어렵다. 일부 역학연구에서 금속가공유 종류별 누적 노출양(cumulative exposure level)과 암위험과의 관계를 밝혔다. 이러한 연구결과들은 모두 금속가공유 종류별로 과거노출을 추정할 수 있는 자료(정량적인 노출평가자료, 과거직업력, 취급했던 금속가공유 종류 등)가 잘 기록되어 있는 1개의 대규모 자동차공장에서 나온 것들이다. 따라서 금속가공유에 대한 노출자료가 부족하고 사용특성에 대한 기록이 없거나 부족한 일반 인구나 산업을 대상으로 한 역학연구에서는 금속가공유의 종류별 위험을 밝히는것은 불가능하다. 금속가공유 종류별로 과거 노출에 대한 확률(probability)을 추정하는데 일반적으로 활용할 수 있는 노출확률 메트릭스를 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

최근 지식 정보화 사회로의 이행이 급속도로 진행됨에 따라 과거에 비해 대학에서는 강의와 여구 활동에 대한 정보요구의 증가가 계속되고 있으며, 또한 대학의 연구나 교과목들이 점차 학제적 성격을 띄게 됨으로써 동료와의 지식공유에 대한 중요성이 날로 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학 내에서의 강의안 공유에 초점을 두고 강의안 공유를 활성화 할 수 있는 요인들을 규명하고 이들 사이의 영향관계를 실증분석을 통해 밝혀 내고자 하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 평가와 보상, IT인프라기반의 의사소통채널, 인지성, 신뢰도, 개방적인 의사소통, 협력도를 대학 내 강의안 공유에 대한 영향요인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구모형의 검증은 모 대학을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사에서 얻어진 71개의 설문지 데이터를 중심으로 가설검증이 수행되었다. 연구결과 구조적 요인인 평가와 보상, 그리고 관계적 요인에서의 인지성만이 대학의 강의안 공유에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

사물인터넷(Internet of Things)의 도래와 함께, 무선공유기(wireless access point)들의 보안이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 연구진은 대부분의 무선공유기들이 제공하는 웹 기반 관리 인터페이스들에 웹 어플리케이션 취약점(web application vulnerability)들이 존재할 수 있다는 점을 착안, 국내 주요 무선공유기들에 대한 웹 어플리케이션 취약점 점검을 수행하였으며, 악용이 가능한 여러 취약점들이 존재함을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 연구진이 무선공유기 대상 웹 어플리케이션 취약점 점검에 보조적으로 사용하기 위하여 개발한 3종의 모바일 앱(mobile app)들을 설명한다.

지식기반사회에서 조직의 경쟁력은 그 조직이 소유한 지식에서 형성되기 때문에 오늘날 지식관리의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 지식관리에서 중요한 과정 중 하나는 지식공유이다. 조직원 사이에 지식공유가 활성화되면 조직이 당면한 문제를 처리하는 능력이 향상하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 평가, 보상이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이를 통해서 조직이 당면한 문제에 대한 해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 여러 가지 민간기업의 조직원들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 모아진 자료를 공 분산 구조분석으로 해석하여 평가, 보상, 지식공유, 문제해결능력간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이에 대한 규명은 민간기업의 지식관리에 있어 이들 변수에 대한 중요성 및 효과적인 관리를 할 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.
