This study investigates the predictive model of the adolescents' computer entertainment behavior using neural network with the KYPS data (3449 in the junior high school; 1725 boys and 1724 girls). This study compares the results of neural network(model 1) to the logistic regression model and neural network(model 2) with the exact same variables used in logistic regression. The results reveal that the prediction of neural network model 1 is the highest among three models and with gender, computer use time, family income, the number of close friends, the number of misdeed friends, individual study time, self-control, private education time, leisure time, self-belief, stress, adaptation to school, and study related worries, the neural network model 1 predicts the computer entertainment behavior more efficiently. These results suggest that the neural network could be used for diagnosing and adjusting the adolescents' computer entertainment behavior.

This study qualitatively examined the lives of non-tenured, secondary school teachers who are preparing for the teachers' exam. Semi-structured, face-to-face interviews were conducted with ten teachers and the data were analyzed using the consensual qualitative research method. Most of the participants had chosen a contract-based teaching position, believing that it would meet their financial needs, provide them with the satisfaction of being a teacher and, more importantly, afford practical help with their exam preparation. In practice, however, they suffered from low self-esteem and identity confusion due to discrimination by the school administrators. Ironically, this unfair treatment strengthened the participants' commitment to studying for the exam, in order to acquire a stable and secure position in school. However, they experienced a lot of study-related stress, including a lack of study hours, heavy study load, multiple life roles, physical exhaustion, the difficulties caused by the vague exam guide, and anxiety due to previous failure in the exam. Based on the findings of this study, directions for future research are suggested.

This research aims to gain a better understanding of college students' thoughts on what factors make them happy and contribute to enhancing their happiness. We focused on the relationship between their self-assessed happiness and various factors affecting happiness, such as their socio-economic status, relationships with others, future orientation, and daily activities. Survey data were collected from October, 2014 to December, 2014 at a South Korean University. The final total number of respondents was 474 from 500 distributed questionnaires, after excluding 26 responses with missing values and unanswered items. The response was comprised of 247 male students, and 227 female students, and of 268 freshmen, 145 sophomores, 35 juniors, and 26 senior students. Factors that were statistically significant were gender, year, average cost of leisure, appearance satisfaction, conversation hour with parents, having girlfriend/boyfriend, sexual experience, number of friends, satisfaction with major, Grade Point Average (GPA), studying hours, time for self-improvement, reading hours, use of smart phone hours, number of daily meals, exercise hour, schedule management and future goal setting. This research was conducted utilizing only data from one university and so it may not be appropriate to generalize the results. Moreover, some of the variables are not in line with previous studies on happiness. Some other mediating variables may exist. Therefore, following research should be conducted.

전국 시 도회는 지난 3월부터 4월까지 개최된 총회를 통해 제9대 시 도회장을 새롭게 구성하고 각 지역에서 기계설비건설업계 및 협회 발전을 위해 활발한 활동을 벌이고 있다. 이에 본지는 전국 시 도회장으로부터 사업계획을 듣는 코너를 마련했다. 이번 호에는 본회 부회장이며 전국시 도회장협의회 회장을 맡고 있는 백종윤 서울시회 회장으로부터 서울시회의 사업계획을 들었다. 국내는 물론 해외공사가 많은 윤창기공(주) 운영과 협회 일을 병행하느라 하루 24시간도 모자라 늘 바쁘게 뛰고 있는 백종윤 회장은 공부하는 협회, 친구같은 협회, 회원사를 행복하게 해주는 협회를 만들기 위해 부드러운 리더십으로 서울시회를 이끌고 있다.

수업시간을 이용하지 않고 인터넷을 이용하여 조사와 학생 스스로 학습할 기회와 자료를 제공하여 개념을 이해할 모델을 만들어 본다. 함수의 합성과 극한에 대한 이해도를 1차로 조사한 결과는 정답율이 7.5%에 불과하여 같은 설문지에 대해 각자 공부하고 대답하도록 2차 조사를 하고, 함수의 합성과 합성함수의 극한에 대해 개념의 이해를 도우려고 그래프를 이용한 자료를 수집하여 확실하고 쉽게 이해할 기회를 제공하며 새로운 교수-학습 방법을 개발한다.

고교시절 딱딱한 자연과학분야가 싫어 수업시간에 소설책만 읽었던 나는 대학 때 영문학을 공부하여 문학활동을 하면서 우연히 과학잡지와 인연을 맺었다. 그후 나는 무미건조하고 난해한 과학원고를 다듬어 다시 쓰는 일을 계속했다. 그무렵 나는 우리나라 과학기술수준을 높이려면 우선 젊은 세대들이 과학에 흥미를 갖도록 하고 그러려면 전문지식을 알기 쉽고 재미있게 소개하는 전문가와 매체가 있어야겠다고 생각해 SF작가 클럽 등을 결성, 동호인들과 활동을 했는데 지금은 큰 보람을 느낀다.

영어 교육용 소프트웨어는 다양한 기법을 적용하여 개발, 활용되고 있으며 영어 능력을 중요시하는 현재의 시대상을 반영하듯 학교, 학원, 직장 외에 개인 PC를 이용해 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 쉽고, 재미있게 영어 공부를 돕는데 목적이 두고 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영어 교육의 중요성을 높게 판단하여 영어 단어를 중점적으로 학습하는데 목표를 둔 시스템을 구현하였다. 즉, TTS를 활용하여 음성적 교육 방식을 적용하였으며 영어 단어 학습 과정과 문제 풀이 과정으로 분류하여 영어 공부에 대한 흥미를 유발시키는 시스템을 설계하였으며 개인 계정을 통한 학습 과정 진도를 저장 및 관리하는 시스템 환경을 구현하였다.

For completion of 5-days per week system, elementary mathematics curriculum is expended to twice a month. According to the enrichment of Jae-Ryang and After School Activity, educational environment is being changed. These changes require preparations to minimize school hours. Therefore, it is needed to make better the quality, quantity and the techniques of mathematics instruction. In this study, after teaching the level 5-Na and 6-Na, the result of assessment in section An assesment of 'Review Problem' is used to analyze passing of each question. As categorizing them into each domains, this article gives help to elementary school teachers to judge learner difficulties level of domains through analyzing the quality of instructor.

도형의 합동은 도형의 대칭이나 도형그리기를 배우는 데에 기본이 되며, 도형의 성질을 이해하고 모양을 그리는 능력을 기르게 할 수 있다. 도형의 합동을 공부해야 일상 생활에서 필요로 하는 디자인이나 아름다운 예술 작품에 대한 소양을 가질 수 있다. 하지만 합동 학습을 할 때에 개념을 형성하는데 드는 시간보다 종이를 자르고 도형의 본을 뜨는 행동과 같은 구체적 조작 시간이 많이 소요되기 때문에 학생들 간의 상호작용은 물론 교사와 학생들과의 상호작용 시간도 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들에게 학습효과를 높일 수 있도록 상호작용 이론을 합동학습에 적용하여 학습자들이 합동의 개념을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였고 동시에 동시적 비동시적 의사소통이 가능한 웹상에서 실시하는 합동학습 코스웨어를 개발하고 적용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the purpose of visiting coffee shop affect the customer's ethics and customer's revisit intention. A total of 247 effective questionnaires for empirical data analyses were obtained from the university students who had the experiences of visiting coffee shops. Trough the literature review it was suggested that three factors of visiting purpose encompassed studying(working), leisure time, coffee & snack. To test the proposed hypotheses, exploratory factor analyses and multiple regression analyses were conducted. The results showed that two factors, studying(working) and coffee & snack, of visiting purpose influenced customer's ethics significantly. Among three factors, leisure time and coffee & snack were found to affect customer's revisit intention significantly. Based on the results, the meaningful implications and limitations were discussed.
