This study aims to understand the community sense and need for community programs for large scale cooperative rental housing residents, and to set the direction of the construction plan. To this end, a survey was conducted on visitors and contractors of the model house in Westaybyeolnae. As a result of the analysis, the most visitors to the model house were in their 20s and 30s, while the number of contractors in their 30s was the most. Most of the model house visitors currently do not participate in community activities, but the contractors wanted to interact with neighbors about once a week. The contractors had high demands for sports facilities and child-rearing facilities, and the most demanded for living cooperatives and child care services. However, the range of neighbors required by age, the degree of meeting, common facilities and programs required were different.

Welfare desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. The desire for comprehensive service on culture, medical, mental and information level has appeared. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish an integrated community mixed-support facility, a space of accepting administration, welfare, leisure, culture and informatization request in a small local community in the future. The community mixed-support facility is a meeting place of local resident for information change, various basic service and ultimately for activation of community in order to contribute to regeneration and activation of existing urban core. Thus, this study figured out general status of community mixed-support facility and physical mixed type and analyzed spatial characteristics. Current community mixed-support facility has insufficient program and space to participate in by local residents and to accommodate mixed function. The future planned community mixed-support facility must secure multiple opportunities for various types of life by returning time and cost to user through the introduction of creative mixed concept. While reflecting unique local characteristics, and considering diversity of users, it needs to make mixed facility to cope with social changes. This study is limited in that the study reached a conclusion by survey and analysis only. However, it is expected that the result can be used as basic research data for the planning of community mixed-support facility to cope with living conditions of local residents or realistic requirements.

The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

This study is phenomenological qualitative research about lived experience of recovering alcoholic homeless who had completed Therapeutic Community program. The meaning which is revealed through this study is as in the followed. First, Moving to recovering space. In Therapeutic Community, they have a turning point for new life and new connection with people who watch him carefully. Second, Physical recovery. They are no more lying down on the street. Analogy of Standing can be viewed as being most active in recovery. Third, Positioning on time flow. The recovering of time is represented by accepting past and present as well as looking ahead into the future. Fourth, Settling into network of a relation. They tried to reconnect with society by network of a relation. Their social place is located in a network, not a position. From this present study, the social work implications for the alcoholic homeless are deducted.
