A Study on logistics Performance Index andSupply Chain Tracking Data during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Covid-19 팬데믹시기 물류성과지수와 공급망 추적 데이터에 대한 고찰)

  • The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on global logistics and supply chains, leading to major discrepancies in logistics performance across countries worldwide. Through an examination of logistics performance index and supply chain tracking data, this study aimed to identify the changes in global supply chains and logistics environments during the pandemic. The analysis of the logistics performance index showed that overall, countries around the world, especially developed nations, showed improvements in metrics such as customs and border management efficiency, the quality of trade and transport infrastructure, capability and quality of logistics services, and cargo tracking abilities. However, the competitive pricing feasibility of international transportation and the on-time delivery frequency of goods saw a decline due to the pandemic's effects. The supply chain tracking data revealed that ports in Asian countries demonstrated high processing efficiency. In contrast, the U.S. and European countries took comparatively more time. Particularly for air cargo, parcels, and express shipments, the U.S. showed relatively longer processing times, leading to logistical delays. In conclusion, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Asian countries maintained relatively high efficiency in their logistics and trade environments. Conversely, the U.S. and some European countries showed delays and decreased efficiency in various metrics. In the future, efforts should be made to address delays and congestion, namely, the deceleration of logistics processes.

Hybrid Genetic Algorithm Approach using Closed-Loop Supply Chain Model (폐쇄루프 공급망 모델을 이용한 혼합형유전알고리즘 접근법)

  • This paper is to evaluate the performance of a proposed hybrid genetic algorithm (pro-HGA) approach using closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) model. The proposed CLSC model is a integrated supply chain network model both with forward logistics and reverse logistics. In the proposed CLSC model, the reuse, resale and waste disposal using the returned products are taken into consideration. For implementing the proposed CLSC model, two conventional approaches and the pro-HGA are used in numerical experiment and their performances are compared with each other using various measures of performance. The experimental results show that the pro-HGA approach is more efficient in locating optimal solution than the other competing approaches.

  • External environment of enterprises are rapidly changing brought about mainly by global competition, cost and profitability pressures, and emerging new technology. In particular, frequent change of customer requirements is a tough challenge to manufacturing company. To cope with these challenges, a production planning and scheduling (PP&S) function might be established to provide accountability for both customer service and operational efficiency. PP&S deals with short-term decision making in the production process of whole supply chain. The task of PP&S is to seek a balance between customer orders and limited resources. At present, many PP&S software solutions have been utilized in many enterprises to generate a realistic production plan and schedule efficiently. The aim of this paper is to analyze the PP&S functionalities and its system architecture from the perspective of SCM (Supply Chain Management), and propose the PP&S solution classification framework to facilitate the comparison among various solutions.

  • 글로벌 물류 환경하에 항공화물포워더는 신속한 배송, 실시간 위치 추적 및 상태관리 등의 복잡 다양해지고 있는 고객의 물류서비스 요구에 대응하기 위해 항공화물포워더들은 '포워더정보시스템(Forwarder Information System, FIS)'을 도입하고 있으나, 기존 포워더 정보시스템들은 단순 내부업무 관리 기능만을 지원하여 화물 수출입 관련 주체들의 정보공유 및 협업 등의 상호연계가 취약한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 포워더 및 관련 주체 대상 설문조사를 통하여 공급리드타임이 짧으며, 여러 관련주체들의 신속한 정보공유가 필수적인 특성을 지닌 포워더를 중심으로 한 항공물류 공급망을 분석하고, 공급망 관점에서 포워더정보시스템의 문제점 개선을 위해 현행 항공화물포워더의 업무와 포워더정보시스템를 분석하고, 개선방안 제시하고자 한다.

  • RFID를 활용하여 기업 공급망의 효율성을 향상하고자 하는 기업들이 늘고 있지만, 이들이 적용할 만한 가이드라인이 부재한 실정이다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 물류/유통산업의 RFID 기반 u-Business 전략계획 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론의 기본 절차를 따라 '도입전략 수립-현행체계 분석-목표체계 수립-통합 이행계획 수립'의 단계(Phase)를 기반으로 하여, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 적용을 위해 기술도입 타당성 분석, 공급망 분석, 목표기업 벤치마킹, Pilot테스트, u-Business 전략계획 평가에 관하여 특화되었다. 제시된 방법론은 기존의 정보화 전략계획 방법론과의 비교를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구는 공급사슬관리하에서 부품 및 원재료 공급기업에서 고객기업인 제조기업의 주문 사항과 공급기업내 생산관련 제약사항을 동시에 고려하여 최적의 생산 체제를 구축할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 수주 및 비용 데이터베이스로부터 주문 및 생산관련 데이터를 SOM 신경망분석을 통해 그룹핑하고 고객기업군별로 특성분석을 통해 이에 맞는 생산체제를 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 공급사슬관리 환경하에서 원재료/부품 공급기업이 고객기업의 주문 요구와 내부 생산상의 제약을 동시에 고려함으로써 SCM 적용 성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다.

  • 한국인터넷진흥원에서는 2020년 사이버 공격에 대한 7대 전망을 일상 속 보안 취약점, 공공기관·기업 대상 랜섬웨어, 가상동화 거래소를 통한 해킹 사고, 문자 메시지·이메일을 통한 악성코드 감염, 지능형 표적 공격, 소프트웨어 공급망 공격, 융합 서비스 보안 위협으로 제시하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 신규 사이버위협에 대한 동향 분석을 통하여 기관의 정보보안을 위해 대응할 수 있는 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

  • The trade dispute between China and the U.S. began before Corona and is easing at this time by bringing new changes to the pendemic, and the development of the Chinese manufacturing industry has increased interdependence between the U.S. and China. However, the overall global trade should be less than before pendemic, and Korea's response strategy should be made serious at this time.However, new changes are taking place again these days. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Shanghai, China, new changes are expected to occur in China's industrial chain. As the Chinese government strictly creates quarantine figures for COVID-19, many factories and companies among industries are forced to close for a while. As economic globalization and division of labor continue to deepen, multinationals choose suppliers and industrial chains within the world to form a global supply chain structure to pursue cost minimization and profit maximization. China is an indispensable part. Whether it is China, the U.S. or Korea, it can be a risk and an opportunity now.

Development of AHP-based Aviation Logistics MPE Company's Production Management Job Training (AHP 기반 항공물류 소부장 전문기업의 생산관리 직무교육 개발 방안)

  • In this study, AHP-based production management job training was developed for MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry. The AHP model was designed with upper and lower classes. Purchase management competency, material management competency, process management competency, and SCM competency were selected as factors of the upper class of production management job training. Lower class evaluation factors were selected for each upper class. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative importance of the upper class evaluation factors was found in the order of SCM competency (0.322), process management competency (0.314), material management competency (0.201), and purchase management competency (0.163). Among the upper classes, it was analyzed that the importance of SCM competency and process management competency was high. The final priority of evaluation factors for the development of the production management curriculum of MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry was analyzed as follows. First, supply chain performance management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, was analyzed as the top priority factor, and the priorities of evaluation factors were derived such as facility preservation management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain production operation, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, process quality management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain transportation management, and supply chain supply plan, which are the lower layers of SCM competency

Supply Network Analysis of Second and Third Outsourcing Firms with E-Invoice at Automobile Parts Industry: Focused to Brake Manufacturing Firms (자동차 부품산업의 전자세금계산서 기반 2차·3차 공급망 분석: 브레이크 업계를 중심으로)

  • Supply network of automobile part is addressed with the e-invoices generated at real time. Automobile is composed of 8 modules. Firms which produce these modules are defined as the first outsourcing firm. Brake is the part of power control module and so, brake manufacturing firm is called the second outsourcing firm. In this paper, the third supply networks of brake manufacturing firms is analyzed with e-invoices and social network method. At the node-level, the third outsourcing firms are classified into 3 categories, interator, allocator and hub with respect to their role at the ego-network of each brake manufacturing firm. At the network level, A2, one of 3 brake manufacturing firms have more outsourcing firms and bigger centrality than the other brake manufacturing firms. Intre-firms trade patterns are, also, analyzed by using the degree of trade dedication with respect to the modes of business. It is shown that trade pattern of retail, commodity brokerage firm, rubber and plastic manufacturing firm are hierarchical trade because their degree of trade dedication is almost near to 1.
