현대 기업 경영환경의 가장 큰 변화는 개개의 기업들이 기업전체의 효율성과 이익의 향상을 위해서 공급망 (Supply Chain)에 대하여 많은 관심을 기울이기 시작했다는 것이다. 여기서 공급망이란 원료의 조달부터, 중간재로의 가공 및 유통, 최종제품의 생산 및 배송까지의 기능을 수행하기 위한 설비와 유통 채널의 네트워크를 말하며, 모든 기업들은 원자재에서 최종소비자의 형태로 공급망에 참여한다, 결국 공급망의 형태는 산업과 기업에 따라서 매우 복잡하고 다양할 수밖에 없는데, 원재료의 수급에서 고객에게 제품을 전달하는 자원과 정보등 일련의 흐름전체를 경쟁력 있는 업무의 흐름으로 관리하려는 관리 시스템이 공급망 관리(SCM :Supply Chain Management )인 것이다. 기업들의 공급망 관리에 대한 관심이 증대하는 반면에 고객 수요패턴의 불확실성이나 급변하는 기업환경 등 여러 외부 입력 값들의 변화에 따라 효율적인 공급망 구성을 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 시뮬레이션을 적용한 공급망 시뮬레이터(SCS : Supply Chain Simulator )에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SCS 의 일종인 Arena Professional Edition과 공급망 관리의 성과를 측정하고 개선분야를 직접적으로 파악할 수 있는 SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model)을 이용하여 제조기업의 효율적인 SCM 의사결정에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

Small and medium sized enterprises' (SMEs) environmental performance and activities have been often of great concern toward sustainability as they have been playing a critically important role in the economic and industrial development. Among many initiatives to engage SMEs into the sustainability framework, Supply Chain Environmental Management (SCEM) of large companies has a great potential to persuade SMEs to adopt environmentally improved activities. This study investigated the relationship between SCEM approaches of large companies and environmental activities of SMEs in the Korean electronics industry. A postal questionnaire survey was used as a data collection method, and factor analysis and regression analysis were applied to analyse the collected data. The empirical findings suggested that SCEM approaches of large companies have positive impacts on environmental activities of SMEs. Among SCEM approaches, the collaborative approach was more effective than the arm's-length approach. Additionally, this study found positive impacts of trans-national SCEM approaches on SMEs' environmental activities.

In the rapid change of business environment, it is crucial that several companies with core competence cooperate together in order to deliver competitive products to the market faster. Thus a lot of companies are participating in supply chains and SCM (Supply Chain Management) become more important. To efficiently manage supply chains, the analysis of data from SCM systems is required. In this paper, we explain how to analyze SCM related data with process mining techniques. After discussing the data requirement for process mining, several process mining techniques for the data analysis are explained. To show the applicability of the techniques, we have performed a case study with a company in South Korea. The case study shows that process mining is useful tool to analyze SCM data. On specifically, an overall process, several performance measures, and social networks can be easily discovered and analyzed with the techniques.

재고 관리 정책은 크게 정기 점검 재고 정책과 연속 점검 재고 정책의 두 가지로 구분할 수 있다. 정기 점검 재고 정책에는 (R, Q), (R, S), (R, s, S) 등의 재고 정책이 있으며, 연속 재고 점검정책에는 (s, Q), (s, S) 등의 재고 정책이 연구되어 왔다. 공급망 관리는 하나의 기업이 아닌 관련된 모든 기업을 대상으로 하는 기법이며, 급변하는 기업 환경에 적극적으로 대응하고자 많은 기업들이 관심을 기울이고 있는 분야이다. 그리고 공급망 관리의 최종 목적은 고객의 만족도를 최대화시키는 것이다. 일반적으로 재고량과 고객의 만족도는 서로 상반되는 양상을 보인다. 따라서 각 기업에게 있어서 적절한 재고 정책의 수립은 매우 중요한 일이다. 그러나 고객 수요 패턴의 불확실성으로 인하여 공급망의 상위 단계로 갈수록 재고 변동폭이 커지는 양상을 보이는 등 적절한 재고 정책을 수립하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 더구나 취급 제품이 여러 개일 때는 공급망 전체의 재고 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 각 기업의 최적 재고 정책을 수립하기란 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 복수 제품에 대하여 수요 패턴이 불확실한 공급망 모델을 가정하여 전체 공급망의 재고 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 각 기업의 재고 정책을 수립하고자 한다. 추계적인 양상을 보이는 수요 패턴에서 동적 계획법을 이용하여 (s, S) 재고 정책의 적합한 재주문점과 목표 재고점을 찾고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 결과를 검증하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

The relationship between suppliers and customers is treated importantly not only in the traditional business-to-business (BtoB) commerce but also in today's Internet environments. On the one hand, most of Internet-based BtoB commerce services like customer-centric e-procurement, supplier-centric e-sales or intermediary-centric e-marketplace focus mainly on the selection of partners according to bidding, auction, etc. This point may result in the problem of overlooking the relationships between suppliers and customers. To overcome this problem in this paper, an intelligent agents-based supply chain operation architecture is proposed and appraised considering the relationship and its adaptation.

본 연구는 급격한 인터넷 환경의 발전으로 인하여 치열한 경쟁 환경 속에서 공급망 관리(SCM)와 고객 관계 관리(CRM)를 적용한 물류관리 시스템과 온라인 판매 시스템을 효과적으로 통합하여 웹2.0(플렉스)기반 시스템으로 구현하여 다른 어플리케이션과의 UI와 성능, 보안성, 실시간처리 및 시스템에 차별화하여 중점을 두고 프로토타입으로 구현해보았다.

As global competition is more intensive, SCM is becoming more and more important in order to achieve competitiveness. It is necessary for firms to understand weak points among the integrated supply chain through supply chain assessment in order to implement SCM successfully and cost-effectively. In this paper, we review previous studies of SCM performance measurements and propose a supply chain assessment framework for shipbuilding industry, which is one of the major ETO industry. Based on 3 supply chain domains which are demand, supply, and product management, we decompose the whole supply chain process into 3 level lower processes and propose capability measurement matric for shipbuilding firms. A case study has been conducted to validate the proposed framework and results are presented at the end.

A empirical study investigating firms' attitudes and behaviors regarding of RFID technology within supply chain is very limited. Thus, this study examines the determinants influencing firms' adoption and performance of RFID within the supply chain. Particularly, this study focus on the impacts of the companies' relationship characteristics, including strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and long-term orientation affection RFID adoption and performance within the supply chain. Furthermore, the study includes environment uncertainty as a moderating effect between relationship characteristics and RFID adoption. The proposed research model was tested using structural equation modeling from 227 employees. Results of this study support the proposed hypotheses. The implication of this study suggest a new theoretical framework explaining RFID adoption and performance with the supply chain.

공급망관리(SCM:Supply Chain Management)는 자신의 비즈니스를 개선하고자 노력하는 대부분의 기업들에게 있어서 핵심 목표가 되고 있다. 공급망최적화(SCO:Supply Chain Optimization)는 이러한 개선 노력의 중심 목표로서 등장했으며, 보다 높은 수준의 고객 만족을 제공하기 위해, 공급망 구성원들이 최상의 업무 수행 사례를 공유하여 공급망 상호작용의 최저 원가와 최고 효율 시스템을 개발하기 위한 조직화 된 노력을 의미한다. 이러한 공급망에서 성과를 내기 위해서는 각 구성 요소들 사이의 조정과 협력이 필요하다. 그러나 기업내부와 기업외부의 환경의 동적인 면으로 인해 이러한 조정에 어려움이 있다. 예를 들면 공급업체로부터 원자재 도착시간의 지연, 생산 설비의 고장, 작업자의 질병, 고객의 주문에 대한 취소 및 변경을 계획의 변화를 유발시킨다. 몇 가지의 경우에는 지엽적으로 다루어 질 수 있지만 대부분의 경우는 공급망의 여러 기능들 사이에서 다루어져야만 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 각 프로세스를 최적화시키기 위해 에이전트를 이용한 e-SCM 프레임워크를 구축하고, 시뮬레이션 기법을 통해 그에 따른 성과를 제시한다.

본 연구는 공급사슬관리하에서 부품 및 원재료 공급기업에서 고객기업인 제조기업의 주문 사항과 공급기업내 생산관련 제약사항을 동시에 고려하여 최적의 생산 체제를 구축할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 수주 및 비용 데이터베이스로부터 주문 및 생산관련 데이터를 SOM 신경망분석을 통해 그룹핑하고 고객기업군별로 특성분석을 통해 이에 맞는 생산체제를 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 공급사슬관리 환경하에서 원재료/부품 공급기업이 고객기업의 주문 요구와 내부 생산상의 제약을 동시에 고려함으로써 SCM 적용 성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다.
