Big Data is strictly positioning one of method to deal with problems faced with mankind, not an icon of revolution in future anymore. Application of Big Data and protection of personal information have contradictoriness. When we weight more to usage of Big Data, someone's privacy is necessarily invaded. otherwise, we care more about keeping safe of individual information, only low-level of research using Big Data can be used to accomplish public purpose. In this study, we propose a method to anonymize Big Data collected in order to investigate the problems of personal information infringement and utilize Big Data and protect personal. This will solve the problem of personal information infringement as well as utilizing Big Data.

도로 정보 시스템은 현재 경찰서 등의 국가 공공 기관 등에서 사용중이며 점차적으로 수도국이나 전기, 전화 등의 사회 공익 단체에서도 사용되어질 전망이다. 본 논문은 도로 정보 시스템의 기본 데이터와 시스템을 이용하여 도로관리에 필수적인 도로 단면도를 생성하기 위한 도로 단면도의 전체적인 디스플레이 구성과 관로나 맨홀 등 지하 매설물의 표현 방법, 각 매설물이 갖고 있는 수치 표현 방법, 각 매설물을 화면에 표현하기 위한 심볼화 작업을 통한 단면도 생성 방법을 제시한다. 또한 매설물의 속성 데이타 표현 방법을 포함하여 도로 단면도 생성에 의한 기대 효과를 고찰한다.

일반적으로 검색엔진이라고하면 웹 포털이 불특정 다수를 대상으로 한 검색 서비스를 지칭하지만, 일반 기업이나 공공기관이 자사의 다양한 콘텐츠를 관리하기 위한 수단으로써 활용하는 경우가 있다. 바로 기업용 검색엔진(이하 검색엔진)이다. 지난해 국내 검색엔진 시장은 라이선스 기준으로 200억원 내외였다. 국내SW산업의 시장규모가 2조원을 훌쩍 넘기는 현실을 감안하면 보잘것 없는 수치이지만 검색엔진의 IT 인프라적성격을 이해하면 얘기는 달라진다. 폭발적으로 늘어나는 데이터에서 필요한 정보를 습득하기위해서는 검색엔진이 필수적이기때문. ‘작지만 큰 시장’인 국내검색엔진시장을 분석했다.

This study was exploratively performed to demonstrate the management behavior of the public software project in korea. In this study, 167 auditing reports on the public software project which were carried out during $1999{\sim}2003$, were employed and surveyed. Survey reveals that quality management was the most neglected in process of software project management relative to other 12 management areas. And configuration management, risk management, time management, and scope management follow up in order in its vulnerability in software project management.

인공지능·데이터·클라우드 등 혁신적인 기술로 새로운 사회 구조를 만드는 시대가 도래하면서 현 정부 핵심 국정과제 중 하나로 디지털플랫폼정부(DPG) 구현이 언급되었다. DPG는 수많은 공공 데이터를 관리하고 있으며, 중요·민감 데이터의 안전성을 유지하기 위한 신보안체계로서 '제로트러스트'를 고려하고 있다. 하지만 DPG에 제로트러스트 보안 개념을 적용하고자 할 경우 기업이나 정부 기관 대상의 제로트러스트와 달리 DPG는 참여 주체(정부, 민간 기업, 일반 국민 등)가 다양하고 민간 클라우드 활용을 지향하는 만큼, 이러한 특징을 고려하여 아키텍처를 설계해야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 DPG에 제로트러스트 보안 아키텍처를 도입할 경우, 고려해야 할 점을 제시한다.

This study aims to suggest the basis and criterion for the data deletion guideline to make the information systems effective and reduce the cost of system management. To make a frame of the guideline, we researched the laws and policies of USA, UK and Australia and the domestic laws and regulations related with the deletion of records. From this paper research, we prepared the draft guideline and gathered the opinion about it. Through this research and survey, we produced out the guideline including the criteria, the process and the way of data deletion. Adopting the guideline to a sample organization, we couldn't find any problem in deleting the unused data.

This study aims to understand the concept and changes of the records management of InterPARES based on the analysis of background, main research interests, and major achievements of IP3 and ITrust. To this end, this study conducted a content analysis of IP3 and ITrust to drive main keywords. This study also utilized word clouds from IP project titles. In addition, a comparative analysis of IP3 and ITrust was conducted based on the environment, scope, core research areas, keywords, objectives, and record management life cycle perspectives. The research identified that InterPARES research was widely expanding the content and subject areas of the study: 1) to apply across the life cycle, as well as long-term preservation; 2) to focus on the concept of trust as well as the concept of authenticity; and 3) to include the concept of the Internet, digital forensics, and the open government along with electronic records.

The demands for additional functionalities and improvements in performance of software increase over time. In particular, increases in software complexity and requirements for quality control attributed to continued maintenance lead to the deterioration of software quality and raises in software life cycle costs. In order to prevent this, software operators have to conduct timely redevelopment of the software. However, the scope of previous studies on timely redevelopment of software is limited to enterprises. We, in this study, suggest a model to derive the optimal cycle for the redevelopment of governmental agency software using Renewal process and discuss its correlation with previous studies.

NGIS projects have been widely proceeded by the central and municipal governments, and the higher cost for proceeding the NGIS projects emphasizes the importance of the data sharing among related agencies. For supporting data sharing, effective data generation, and management. 'THE GUIDELINE FOR MANAGING AND DOCUMENTING GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION CATALOGUES' has been established and enforced since the year 2002. Although metadata for distributing geographic information through the NGIS distribution network has already been installed, this needs to be complimented to maximize the data utilization. Based on such requirements, a draft standard of the national metadata which is compliant with the ISO 19115 has been proposed from this study. All components of the metadata for distributing geographic information have been included and related metadata items for the management purpose have been derived from domestic and foreign studies. Based on this, draft national metadata standards comprised of 13 sections have been made. The metadata standards from this study could contribute to building basic standards to access and to utilize geographic information in various application field. This would also be fundamental base for activating GIS in public and private sectors.

The International Association of Navigational Aids to Navigation (IALA) utilizes the S-200 standard model and test data for product specification development and validation related to generating datasets compliant with the S-201 data format. Currently, they are focusing on improving the S-200 testbed DB performance and extending the IALA Questionnaire survey functionality. In this study, we investigate the design and implementation of features required to manage additional questionnaires in the S-200 testbed.
