This study presents NGDM(National Geospatial Information Distribution Model) in order to effectively utilize and differently apply geospatial information which is important in the dispersion of GIS. In order to establish the NGDM, this study draws the guideline of NGDM in Korea by analyzing its present condition of domestic and foreign geospatial information distribution. It also investigates some major factors forming the infrastructure of NGDM in regulative, technical, physical, and social aspects. Based on these factors, this study presents a three-staged NGDM that is applicable in Korea. The NGDM consists of four components that are the consumer, supplier, gateway for the clearinghouse and the clearinghouse of the geospatial information. According to the management form of geospatial information, the types of NGDM are classified as the concentration type, the distribution type, and compound type. Also, this study explains the mutual relationship between the NGDM's components and suggests a three-staged NGDM of planting, growth, and maturity period considering comparison results of classified models and development direction of regulation, protocol, communication network, electronic commerce, and etc.

기존의 건설지원시스템은 주로 문자정보를 대상으로 구축되어 지형이나 공간정보와 같은 실세계에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 취약점이 있으나, GIS(Geographic Information System)는 이러한 문제에 대해 공간정보의 제공뿐만 아니라 설계지원시스템과 연계하여 효율적이고 체계적인 정보의 분석 및 지원 기능을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이에 더하여 다양한 네트워크의 구축 및 이를 통한 정보서비스의 발전은 GIS의 제공방식과 내용을 변모시키고 있으며 네트워크 상에서 즉각적으로 사용자에게 다양하고 동적인 GIS 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 Web GIS의 활용이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설진행상황을 즉각적으로 확인하고 실시간으로 업무보고 및 업무지시를 수행함으로써 원격공정관리를 가능하게 하고, 나아가 단지 문서적인 업무보고에만 의존하여 보고자의 의도에 따라 수동적으로 의사결정을 내리던 관행에서 벗어나 Web GIS에 기반한 건설공사 정보관리시스템을 개발함으로써 건설공사 현황을 직관적으로 판단하고 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다.

웹의 확산과 더불어 공간적, 지역적으로 분산되어 있는 그룹의 구성원들 사이의 정보의 공유 및 재사용을 지원하는 웹 기반의 정보시스템 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 이러한 시스템들은 다중사용자 환경에서 안정적이고 효율적인 서비스를 지속적으로 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 상의 가상공간을 통하여 효과적이고 안정적인 그룹간의 공동작업 각간을 지원하는 iPlace/java 시스템을 개발하였다. iPlace/java 시스템은 자바 컴포넌트 아키텍쳐인 EJB(Enterprise JavaBean)를 기반으로 하는 컴포넌트로 구성되어 서버의 확장성 및 재사용성을 높이고, 다중 사용자환경에 적합한 트랜잭션 관리와 보안으로 안정적인 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 자바 기술만을 이용함으로써 플랫폼에 독립적이며 서버구동에 필요한 비용을 상당히 절감할 수 있었다.

페이지 지향 데이터의 고밀도 홀로그래픽 데이터 저장 시스템이나 홀로그래피 현상에서 필름에 기록되는 스펙트럼을 평탄화하기 위해 확산 광원의 사용은 필수적이다. 또한, 출력 평면에서 균일한 분포를 갖는 회절 빔의 세기 분포와 회절 격자로서의 높은 회절 효율, 홀로그램 손상 시 재생 가능한 용장성 (redundancy)의 증가를 위해 간유리나 특정 패턴들로 인코딩된 유사 랜덤 디퓨저가 이용되고 있으나, 이들은 무한한 공간 대역폭을 갖기 때문에 공간적으로 유한한 데이터 마스크만이 이용되거나 기록 매질이 임의의 크기로 제한된다면, 입사 광원의 전력 낭비와 균일도 측면에서 비효율적이고, 여러 단계의 제작과정이 필요한 단점을 가지고 있다.$^{(1-3)}$ (중략)

전자상거래가 시간적·공간적 제약을 극복한 새로운 경제거래 양식으로 부각되고 그 거래규모와 중요성이 급속히 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각 국은 기업경쟁력 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심수단으로 전자상거래를 인식하고 전자상거래의 활성화 정책을 추진하고 있다. 한편 우리나라도 향후 산업 및 국제 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위하여 2000년 2월 전자상거래 활성화 종합 대책을 발표하고 전자상거래 확산에 정책적 노력을 기울이고 있다. 만일 정부의 정책의도대로 전자상거래가 발전된다면 우리나라는 수년이내 전자상거래의 선진국 대열에 들어설 것으로 보이나 이에 앞서 해결해야 할 많은 문제점들이 현존해 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 먼저 전자상거래의 주요 정책을 분석한 후 다음으로 전자상거래의 발전을 위한 주요 이슈들을 도출해 보았다.

This study has the purpose of geopolitical analysis on the role, function and problem of (trans) frontier park in Southern Africa. Frontier parks in Southern Africa had been used as a buffer zone between colonial empires and British colonial administration during the colonial period and as an interdiction zone of communism and black liberation movement during the apartheid regime, the cold war and the civil war. The ecological transfrontier peace parks in Southern Africa which is integrating the adjacent Frontier parks is utilized as a means of a conflict resolution and peace building after the end of cold war, civil war and apartheid regime, The ecological transfrontier peace parks in Southern Africa is very highly regarded as an effective means for a conflict resolution and peace building. But it is also being criticized for a reproduction of South Africa's politico-economic domination and of a socio-spatial division between racial groups.

반투명 재질의 효과적인 표현을 위해서 일반적으로 사용되는 빛의 확산 모델은 일반적 확산 모델(Standard Diffusion model: SDA)이다. 그러나 일반적 확산 모델은 흡수 변수 (absorption coefficient) ${\sigma}_a$가 감소한 산란 변수(reduced scattering coefficient) ${\sigma}_s$ 보다 상대적으로 큰 재질에 대해서는 부정확한 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위하여 다양한 모델이 제시되었다. $P_N$ 근사화 이론은 이러한 일반적 확산 모델이 가지고 있는 한계를 잘 극복한다. 우리는 일반적 확산 모델을 기반으로 하고 $P_3$ 근사화 이론의 변수들을 이용하는 hybrid-P3 근사화 방법을 이용하여 흡수 변수가 감소한 산란 변수보다 상대적으로 큰 재질을 그래픽 공간 상에서 효과적으로 표현하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 그 재질의 광학적 특성을 추정하기 위하여 우리가 제안하는 모델에 적합한 측정장비를 개발하다.

국내 화재사고중 화재가 가장 많이 발생한 발화지점은 생활공간이며, 이중 침실 및 숙박용 객실이 가장 높은 화재 발생 건수를 보이고 있다. 이처럼 주거시설, 청소년 수련시설 등 생활공간에서의 화재는 화재시 침대 매트리스에 의한 연소확대로 많은 인명 및 재산 피해를 발생시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생활공간을 구성요소중 침대 매트리스의 화재확대 위험성에 평가하기 위하여 실규모의 화재실험을 수행하고, 이를 분석하였다. 이러한 실규모 화재실험을 통하여 얻은 결과는 국내 성능적 화재안전 설계를 위한 기본적인 자료로 이용됨과 동시에 주거공간의 화재확산 방지 기술 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

In this study, I focus on makerspaces, which have rapidly spread since the late 2000s in the world's major cities. Makerspaces, born amid great social change, reflect the core characteristics of industrial space. I analyze the makerspace based on the theoretical perspectives of urbanism in the macroscopic aspect and placeness in the microscopic aspect. The urbanism of makerspaces is manifested through entry into the inner cities and their connections with urban capabilities. This means that convergence with innovation factors is becoming more important than optimization of factor costs and agglomeration economies in the locational determinants of industrial space. The placeness of makerspaces is being re-formed through an emphasis on taste, the expansion of autonomy, and the strengthening of connections. This reveals how the value creation process within the industrial space is changing, from forming-placelessness through standardization, uniformity, and compartmentalization to forming-placeness through restoration of individual humanity and interaction. The results of the urbanism and placenesss analysis carry implications for the present moment, when it is necessary to diversify the spatial planning of industrial spaces.

Mobile communications is argued to reshape and activate the existing space by increasing 'mobile communicability en route' and 'real time interaction.' This study is designed to make an empirical analysis on how different the use of a cellular phone is in each different space. In this study, the space is divided into three distinct parts including the private, social and public space. First, spatial micro-coordination and experience of polysemy of place are widely observed in the use of a mobile phone in the private space. Secondly, it is found that a mobile phone contributes to extending the scope of social contacts which in turn compliments the existing social relationship. Moreover, a full-time intimate community that is connected via a mobile phone results in reshaping the social space. Lastly, the study shows that the usage pattern of a mobile phone varies depending on the type of public space. The technological development is envisaged to lead to more demand for the public space while facilitating the use of the public space.
