A Study on the Management of the Sectional Superficies for the Realization of 3D Cadastre (입체지적 구현을 위한 구분지상권의 관리에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, due to the continuous density and urbanization of space, the expansion of awareness of rights, the need for landscape conservation, and the development of construction technology, the conventional flat land use has been deviated from the conventional flat land use, and the transmission line, urban railway, parking lot, communal district, underground shopping mall, pipeline, etc. Although 3D spatial activities are carried out in the form of 3D space, there are considerable difficulties in administration to manage the 3D use of land due to the inadequacy of related regulations. In this background, for the administration that can manage Sectional Superficies, which is a representative case of 3D spatial use of parcels, which is a registered unit of land, first, the law on the establishment and management of spatial information, and cadastral re-examination from the legal and institutional aspects Standardization of 3D space registration through amendments to the Special Act, etc. and the formation of consensus among related departments. Second, in technical and administrative aspects, the registration of Sectional Superficies based on cadastral survey results, establishment of a platform for integrated management of location and attribute data, and registration method was found to be in need of improvement. As suggested in this study, by registering and managing Sectional Superficies, it is possible to manage various 3D land use of not only ground space or surface space but also underground space. It is expected to be able to register and manage lot-based 3D land use efficiently.

  • 생태현상에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 환경인자로 방위, 경사, 고도 와 같은 지형인자를 들 수 있다. 따라서 생태현상의 파악 및 예측을 위해서는 이들 지형인자의 분석이 필요하다. 또한 지형인자 분석에 앞서 이용자료의 격자크기를 결정해야한다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 소나무 공간분포와 출현패턴을 생태학적으로 잘 설명하기 위한 DEM의 최적 격자크기를 제안하고, 궁극적으로는 생태적으로 중요한 최적의 공간구획방법을 찾고자하였다. 그 결과, 200m의 격자크기를 갖는 DEM은 주능선에 의해 방위를 동, 서, 남 또는 동, 남으로만 구분한 반면, 1m 격자크기의 DEM은 작은 주능선들에 의해 방위를 동, 서, 남, 북으로 구분하였다. 소나무는 일정규모 이하의 격자크기에서 모든 방위에 나타났지만, 격자크기가 증가함에 따라 북쪽과 남쪽 사면에서의 출현빈도는 점차 감소하였다. 또한, 200m 격자크기에서의 빈도분석은 육안분석에서처럼 소나무가 주로 서쪽과 동쪽 사면에 출현한다는 것을 보였다.

  • The aim of this study is to examine the changes of approach methods of research framework in the history of Korean economic geography during the last fifty years($1956{\sim}2005$). The five factors that have influenced Korean economic geography are Korean geography, European, American, and Japanese geography, fundamental theories of economics and business administration, regional problems, and culture. The study of Korean economic geography can be divided into four periods: 'period of cradle of economic geography($1956{\sim}1962$)', 'period of establishment of economic geography(1963$\sim$later 1970s)', 'period of leap of economic geography(the former half of 1980s$\sim$the former half of 1990s)', and 'period of transition of economic geography (since later 1990s)'. And research framework of Korean economic geography has changed from the regional structure theory in 'period of leap' to the spatial system of economies and network theory in 'period of transition'. Spatial system of economies and network theory consists of spatial system of world economies, spatial system of national economies, spatial system of regional economies, spatial network of enterprise economies, and spatial network of information economies.

  • A number of process algebras are not well suitable for real-time navigation/delivery systems due to the following reasons: 1) lack of representation of process distributivity over some geographical space and 2) the indistinction of representation of process mobility from process distributivity over the space. To make the process algebra suitable to the systems, it seems to be necessary to separate the space representation from the mobility representation. This paper presents a formal method for this purpose, namely, Calculus of Abstract Real-Time Distribution, Mobility, and Interaction (CARDMI). For analysis and verification of behavioral properties, CARDMI defines a set of the spatial, temporal and the interactive deduction rules and a set of equivalence relations. The rules and equivalences can be abstracted hierarchically due to the spatial abstraction, too. CARDMI can be applied to virtual navigation/delivery system for contents, too.

  • 사람은 두 귀를 사용해 어떤 소리를 들었을 때, 그것이 3차원 공간상의 어느 지점과 방향으로부터 들려오는지 감지할 수 있다. 또한 그 음이 속한 음향적 환경(예를 들면 실내, 야외, 강당, 동굴 등)을 구분할 수 있다. '3D사운드'란 음원이 발생한 공간에 위치하지 않은 청취자가 음향을 들었을 때에 방향감, 거리감 및 공간감을 지각할 수 있도록 음향에 공간 정보를 부가한 음향을 말한다.

  • In this research, case studies considering tunnel interface were conducted for zoning the ground into spatial area having similar geotechnical characteristics and estimating geotechnical properties for each area. The site for analysis consists of banded biotite gneiss, biotite schist and granite gneiss with spatial non-homogeneity, and for that reason weathering and fault zone were distributed with large scale. It's important thing to consider spatial ground zone and their geotechnical properties properly into stability analysis at design and construction stage. Also, in this studies, these analysis works are very useful for further decision making process by stability analysis.

A relationship among types of museum space, number of visitors, and number of collections (박물관 공간구성이 방문객수와 소장품수에 대해 갖는 관계)

  • This study investigated the relationship among type of museum space, number of visitors, and number of collections. Museum space has been sorted in various ways(e. g. Seo, 2008; Lee, 2008; Ambrose & Paine, 2012), but this study adopted Lord et al. (2012)'s typology, which has public/non-public and collection/non-collection space, considering that Korean museums' space fits their typology. Using 853 museum data our regression analyses show that public-collection space is positively related to the number of visitors is bigger, while non-public-collection space is positively related to the number of collections. This study has academic and practical implications by showing there are differential relationship among those physical museum characteristics and museum performance.

  • 최근 다양한 디지털 컨텐츠를 온라인의 서버와 오프라인의 개인 컴퓨터 혹은 소형 정보기기에서 공유하여 사용이 가능하도록 도와주는 시스템과 서비스들이 출현하고 있다. 이와 같은 시스템은 사용자가 언제, 어느 곳에 있더라도 원하는 디지털 컨텐츠에 접근할 수 있도록 도와준다는 장점을 갖고 있으며, 또한 해당 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권을 보호할 수 있다는 부가적인 이점을 제공한다. 그러나 이들 시스템은 도입 초기에 대부분의 개발자들이 저지르기 쉬운 기능 중심적 사고에 치우친 시스템인 경우가 많다. 이들 기능 중심적인 시스템은 사용자가 해당 시스템을 어떻게 인지할 것인지에 대한 이해가 부족한 한계를 갖고 있으며, 이는 결국 시스템의 사용 편의성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 컨텐츠를 온라인과 오프라인에서 공유하여 사용할 수 있는 시스템의 구조적 메타포로 공간을 선택하였다. 사용자의 시스템 환경으로서 온라인과 오프라인, 그리고 사용자가 디지털 컨텐츠를 이용하여 수행하는 과업으로서 관리/저장과 사용으로 시스템의 구조를 구분하였으며, 이상의 구분에 따라 공간의 메타포를 이용하여 시스템을 디자인하였다. 이와 같이 구분한 시스템의 공간에 따라 사용자가 시스템에 대하여 갖는 관여도와 동기를 측정하였으며, 관여도의 수준과 동기의 차원에 따라 사용 편의성을 높일 수 있는 디자인 요소로서 시스템을 구현하고 있는 색상들 사이의 대비 수준과 색상의 색조 차원을 규명하고자 한다.

A Study of the Detailed Typology of School Outdoor Spaces - For a Recent Landscaping School in Seoul - (학교옥외공간의 세부 유형 분류 연구 - 서울시 최근 조경사업 학교를 대상으로 -)

  • This study aimed to derive the concept and types of school outdoor spaces in Seoul. The research results showed that the concept of school outdoor space can be viewed as an outdoor activity space in schools that secures the value of integrated public life and communal life, including "behavioral rights, walking rights, living rights, urban rights, landscape rights (viewing rights), and nature experience rights." It can also be defined as a basic educational space that reflects the value of education, which is the basic function of schools and the characteristics of the community. As a result of the analysis based on the general types of outdoor spaces, it was found that the outdoor spaces of Seoul schools can be divided into three major categories: walking space (movement function), educational space (educational activities), and rest and other spaces (other services). Based on this, outdoor spaces were categorized and subcategorized to serve as the basis for policy implementation. These classifications are characterized by 1) simplifying the classification of spaces by function into three (movement functions, educational activities, and other services) to enable the use of outdoor spaces for integrated purposes; 2) reflecting the complex use of spaces by subdividing educational spaces focusing on major activities, and in particular, discovering complex spaces due to the three-dimensionalization of buildings; and 3) enabling spatial-level planning and facility element-level access according to school characteristics. It is characterized by applying the recent trends and systems of general outdoor space projects to the current situation of schools.
