  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between the types of supplied apartment plans and the dweller's remodelling of their housework space. Major findings of this research are as fellows: 1. The concept of house wort space has been greatly changed according to the evolution of socio-economic situation. 2. Increasing trend of remodelling activities for house work space is closely related with the housewife's changing attitude on the concept of house work, that is, the change from hard labor to enjoyable object. 3. The concern for house work space remodelling has been increased since 1980's, which is closely related with the appearance of consumer oriented housing market environment.

  • Recently, determinants in the construction market are not suppliers' choices but customers' various needs. One of the main interests about the space design is the flexibility. Though those are the choices of users to modify space structure, the potential degree of flexibility is predetermined by the providers. In suppliers' view, it is consuming in financial and technical aspects to cater the apartments qualifying maximum flexibility. To modify these differences, the reasonable range of applicable customers's requirement about flexibility in apartment should be determined. Then, the types of flexibility in apartments should be classified. The purpose of this Study are classified the flexibility of support in apartment by the analyzing the remodeling requirement of apartment residents, and provided prerequisites to create flexible spaces by case application.

  • Many Japanese came to Kunsan and Many Japanese houses have built there in 1900's. Korean have lived in the house according to Japanese's leaving after restoration of independence. This study is purposed to prescribe remodeling of the house by case study, through interview, survey and taking photographs. Threre are lots of changes of the location, facility and interior material of the parlor, kitchen and entrance door of the houses. After Korean dwelling at the house, all of the houses have changed according to difference of life style between two peoples, change of every aspect of life, economic factor and so on. And the one of the principal cause of these remodeling is a facility development.

  • This study examined the remodeling characteristics of traditional urban housing for lease focusing on Hanok in the traditional urban housing neighborhood of Bukchon. Furthermore, the space syntax was used as the main analytic approach to objectively revealing the change in social properties of each spatial element because each room forms its status in the structural relation with many rooms and accommodates the special change in traditional housing and modern life. These findings revealed the following; spatial division between the landlord and tenant results in a hierarchical change in the yard and main hall and strengthens the privacy of the space of the landlord.

  • Men should be able to do whatever they want to and want to safely protected at home which is special domain for them. The disabled live mentally uncomfortable lives at home which should be a place where they should be comfortable and convenient. Renovation projects started in Incheon since 2009 by commencing renovation projects for the disabled by the government and welfare centers. Since the project is a program supported by the government or welfare centers thus priority on renovation was decided and carried out by in-depth interview to decide areas to renovate because of limited budgets. This paper is aimed to propose plans for renovating homes according to priority for renovation for dwellers when renovating homes for the disabled with limited budgets. Renovating home for the disabled can be broadly divided into physical, environmental, esthetic renovations, and physical renovation is a basic renovation for daily lives without restrictions in living and include easy movements, accesses to each rooms and adequacy of movement, easily accesses related with easily accessible distance and height, safety to prevent accidents caused by physical inabilities. Environmental renovation is general supports becoming the base of daily living and include control for controlling lighting, heating, air quality for comfortable environments in living space and pleasantness to maintain bright and pleasant interior with sufficient light. Esthetic renovation includes expression of identity by expressing image of one self and visual effects or spatial consideration for hobbies to enjoy comfortable and rich lives.

  • The existing NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) has induced civil compliants due to blasting vibration and noise. Machanized excavation methods such as TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) are being adopted in the planning and construction of tunneling projects. Shield TBM method is composed of repetition processes of TBM excavation and segment installation, the machine has to be stopped during the later process. Consecutive excavation technology using helical segment is under developing to minimize the stoppage time. The modification of thrust jacks and module are planned to ensure the advance force acting on the inclined surface of helical segment. Also, the integrated system design of hydraulic circuit will be remodeled. This means that the system deactivate the jacks on the installing segment while the others automatically act the thrusting forces on the existing segments. This report briefly introduces the mechanical research part of the current consecutive excavation technological development project of TBM.

  • 본 논문은 이중여자 유도형(DFIG) 풍력발전 시스템에서 유효전력과 무효전력을 직접적으로 제어하기 위해 가변구조제어의 일종인 스위칭 이득기반의 선형궤환(LFSG)제어기법을 제시한다. 개조된 직접전력제어기법 (DPC)과 공간벡터변조방식(SVM)은 제안하는 제어기법을 실현하기 위해 이용된다. 개조된 직접전력제어원리를 이용해서 설계된 LFSG제어기법은 널리 사용되고 있는 자속기준제어기법(FOC)에 비해서 간단한 제어구조로 강인성과 빠른 응답특성을 보인다. 시뮬레이션결과는 제안하는 제어전략의 타당성과 강인성을 확인해준다.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of the urban apartment dwellers' favorite interior design Interior design was examined by renovation, the amibience, the color and the materials ofliving room. Questionnaire survey method was used in this research. By random sampling, 2, 609 apartment dwellers from Seoul. Pusan, Kwangju and Cheonan were selected. On the basis of findings of this study, conclusions were drawn as follows: By regional comparison, the dwellers of Seoul have a tendency to prefer elegant space, those of Pusan incline to prefer rich space, those of Kwangju imposing space and those of Cheonan casual one.

  • 현대와 같이 산업사회로 발달되기 이전의 자연생태계는 행복하였다. 청정한 태양 빛 아래 맑은 공기, 물, 흙과 나무가 어우러진 자연의 환경에서 엄연한 먹이사슬질서 속에서 살아 왔었는데, 인구증가와 산업사회로 발전하면서 대량수요가 요구되면서 그들은 점차 행복한 삶의 터전이 없어지고, 강제로 억제시킨 극도의 열악한 집단사육환경에 적응하면서 살아갈 수밖에 없게 되면서 먹이사슬에서 부작용과 역기능이 발생되기 시작하였다. 집단사육장환경을 획기적으로 개선해야 된다. 태양빛이 완전 차단되고 밀폐된 공간에서 집단사육시키고 있는 닭, 오리, 돼지가 정상적으로 생장할 수 있도록 적어도 자연환경에 가까운 밝고 청정한 환경으로 개선시켜야 된다. 사육동물들이 정상적으로 생장할 수 있도록 자연환경과 버금가는 생태환경으로 개선시켜 주어야만 오리들이 건강하게 성장하고 면역력이 증강되어 조류인플루엔자와 같이 원인불명의 질병에 감염되지 않을 것이다. 현실적으로 모든 실내 생태계의 성장을 활성화시키면서 면역력을 증강시킬 수 있는 생명에너지 빛(Bioenergetic Rays)을 방사하는 차세대 조명기술로 집단사육장의 실내를 획기적으로 밝게 하고, 실내의 탁한 공기가 신선한 외부공기로 충분히 순환이 될 수 있도록 반 밀폐구조로 개조해야 한다. 그리고 한 마리 당 활동공간을 넓혀 주어야 한다.
