Development of Temporary Facility Planning System for High-rise Building Constructions through the Analysis of Influence Factors (영향요소 분석에 의한 고층건축공사의 가설계획시스템 개발)

  • The high-rise building construction field in the urban area is short of working space because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. These problems can be resolved partly through the proper selection and layout of temporary facilities. A method proposed in this paper supports a decision-maker to evaluate and select the alternatives of temporary facilities plans by establishing and analyzing processes and influence factors of them. Knowledges considered in planning temporary facilities layout are structurized and a program is implemented for a field manager. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

  • As high density of cities, construction project is getting to be high rise, large sized and multi purposed, whereas it has some difficulties due to disordering of classification and undeveloped management systems. In this study, it would be suggested that classification method for knowledge and constraint of temporary facility in order to efficient decision making of temporary facility planning with knowledge reorganization and establishment process.

  • 1960년대 후반부터 시작된 경제개발계획과 주택정책으로 좁은 국토면적에 많은 주택을 보급하기 위하여 다세대 주택인 고층 아파트가 많이 신축되고 있으며, 고층 건물의 규모 및 그 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 인근 건축물과 근접하여 시공하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 구조물의 신축.증축 및 지하철 공사나 통신선로 등의 지하공간의 활용에 따라 타 공법보다 공사의 진행속도가 빠른 발파작업이 크게 증가하고 있으며, 도심지에서 인근 고층 구조물 및 건축물에 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음 등의 민원을 일으키는 직접적인 공해가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구지역은 부산 명장동의 "B초등학교 교지정지 및 교사 신축공사" 현장으로서 인근 고층아파트 103동, 104동 및 105동의 1층, 6층, 11층 및 16층에 계측기를 설치하여 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음이 층별로 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 하였다.검토하고자 하였다.

  • Recently, as the shape and function of high-rise buildings have become more complex, engineering for reflecting the constructability in the design phase has the increasing importance. However, engineering tasks are not performed at the appropriate level and timing in most projects, which leads to inefficient work such as design changes and reworks. Hence, this study investigated the constructability knowledge, design elements, and supporting tools required to conduct engineering tasks related to temporary work at the design phase, and also analyzed the relationship between these factors using the correlation analysis. As a result, when the engineering tasks are applied in the design phase, constructability knowledge related to 'construction method and process' is the most important and the design factor related to 'layout/arrangement' should be considered as the most important factor. Based on the results of this study, the project participants can efficiently use necessary constructability knowledge during the design phase and facilitate effective decision-making and design alternatives for enhancing constructability.

  • Due to the increase in the size of buildings and scale, the importance of construction engineering that reflects the constructability from the design stage of the project is increasing. Especially, engineering efforts related to facilities, equipment and construction methods for temporary work at the design stage can significantly contribute to improvement of constructability and project performance. The purpose of this study is to derive construction engineering tasks on temporary work at the design phase of the high-rise building projects. 27 preliminary tasks were firstly investigated through literature review and experts' group interview, and the necessity and importance analysis of each tasks were then performed based on questionnaire survey. Most of the tasks related to plans on structural framework and lifting equipment were analyzed as relatively more important ones. Lastly, 21 engineering tasks, which are classified into 5 factors, were proposed through factor analysis. The factors were determined as 1) structural framework, measurement and circulation, 2) lifting equipment and pumping, 3) space zoning, 4) water supply, 5) temporary facility, electric power supply and lighting. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing efficient work process of construction engineering on temporary work at the design phase.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a systemized flow of temporary facility(TF) planning information. The current TF planning tends to be established by subjective decision making of field workers. Therefore TF planning needs more systemized information flow to provide a reliable schedule. The study was implemented through interview with experts for reliable TF planning. The main contents of the study are as follows; 1) TF planning process model(IDEF0) are established. 2) Various information flow diagrams proposed to support TF planning decision-making. The study recommends that, as a future research, the computer system be developed for application of the information flow.

  • 아파트공사 아파트 공사가 15층 레벨에서 20층 이상 고층 레벨로 건축되고 있다. 여기서는 그 배경을 언급하지 않지만 이들 공사 진행을 위해 조달되는 자재는 각 회사 본사에서 주요 자재를 일괄 구매하여 현장에 분배 공급하는 마치 정부의 조달청 역할을 갖는 경우가 많은 것으로 알려지고 있다. 현장 소장 권한 하에서 구매 조달하여 공사가 이루어지도록 하는 비율이 3%이하가 대부분이다.(중략)
