A Study on the Determinants Affecting Employment of the Unemployed Disabled (장애인 실업자의 취업에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study applied a cox proportional hazard model for analysis, using data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disable from the first to fifth years. The purpose of the study is to make a policy suggestion necessary for the support of employment for the disabled, by analyzing important factors affecting employment of the unemployed disabled according to the unemployment period. Results of the analysis were: a model that considered all the sociodemographic, obstructive and social environmental factors was verified; the higher subjective SES of the disabled, the higher employment rate of the unemployed disabled; compared to the severely disabled, the slightly disabled had more advantages for employment; and relatively the lower unearned income, the higher employment rate. This study suggested based on these results limitations and implications of the study.

Microstructures of Multi-layer Ce-TZP/Ce-TZP-$Al_2$$O_3$Composites (Ce-TZP/Ce-TZP-$Al_2$$O_3$다층구조 복합체의 미세구조)

  • 16 mole%의 CeO$_2$가 고용된 Ce-TZP 소결체 사이에 140~240$mu extrm{m}$ 두께의 Ce-TZP-5~30 vol% $Al_2$O$_3$중간층이 삽입된 층상복합체를 분말건식가압성형법에 의해 제조하였다. 소결온도는 $Al_2$O$_3$가 5~30 vol.% 첨가될 때 90% 이상의 소결밀도를 얻을 수 있도록 1$600^{\circ}C$로 정하였다. 이러한 3층 복합체에서 바깥의 Ce-TZP 지역에서의 파괴 형태는 입내파괴를 보여주었지만 $Al_2$O$_3$가 함유된 중간층에서는 입계파괴가 전이되면서 인성증가를 보여주었다. 이러한 층상 복합체의 경우 중간 층에 들어가는 Ce-TZP 중의 $Al_2$O$_3$함량이 30 vol.% 정도에 이르면 층간의 서로 다른 소결밀도 및 수축율, 열팽창계수 때문에 층간 소결 결함이 생겨 층간에서 균열의 전파가 큰 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 반면 중간층의 $Al_2$O$_3$함량이 적을 경우 층간 결함이 생기지 않아 층간에서 균열의 전파가 별 영향을 받지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

The Effects of Study-Time on the Variations of Academic Achievements (학업성취 변화에 영향을 미치는 공부시간 효과 추정)

  • This research estimated the variation of high school students' academic achievement by using the second to the fourth wave KEEP(Korea Education and Employment Panel) data. We explored the effects of study on academic achievement in proportion to self-regulated learning hours(except for school work and private tutoring). Analysis variables were self-directed learning(study) hours throughout senior high school and 9 grade academic achievement. We conducted Latent Growth Model(LGM) using KEEP panel data and program LISREL 8.8. Results showed that there were significant effects of self-regulated learning hours on the variation of senior high school students' academic achievement. Therefore, this was considered to be useful tips in getting the relation between students' learning and academic achievement.

  • 니켈기 초내열합금 Inconel 617은 Cr, Mo 등의 첨가물이 함유된 고용 강화된 합금으로써, 우수한 고온 강도, 크립 저항성, 내부식성 및 내산화성을 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 Inconel 617의 주된 carbide은 $M_{23}C_6$와 미량의 $M_6C$ carbide로 형성되어있다. 본 연구에서는 냉간 압연 및 고온열화가 carbide의 크기, 분율 그리고 상 변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 냉간 압연은 50%까지 수행하였으며, 50% 냉간 압연한 시편을 $1050^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 동안 재결정을 수행하였다. 이로 인해 미세한 결정립과 carbide을 가지는 시편을 확보할 수 있었으며, as-received 시편 보다 균일하게 carbide을 분산 시킬 수 있었다. 또한 재결정 후 $950^{\circ}C$에서 고온열화에 의한 carbide의 변화를 평가함으로써, 냉간 압연 및 고온열화에 의한 carbide의 크기, 분율 그리고 상 변화에 미치는 영향을 평가할 수 있었다. Carbide의 분율을 평가하기 위하여 BSE image을 관찰하였으며, Image analyzer을 이용하여 계산되었다. 그리고 carbide의 성분 분석을 통한 $M_{23}C_6$$M_6C$의 상을 평가하기 위하여 EPMA 분석을 수행하였으며, carbide의 분산에 의한 균질도를 평가하기 위하여 비커스 경도를 측정하였다.

  • Construction projects heavily rely on construction engineers competency, and instant judgment and problem solving ability against unpredictable situation directly affect the success of construction project. Therefore in order to hire construction engineers that are competent to lead construction projects successfully, the construction engineer competency evaluation is essential from the selection process. Hence, this research proposed items to assess the operation competency of construction engineers by deducing influence factors necessary to measure operation competency via interviews with experts and applying the factors. After conducting survey questionnaire utilizing analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for the proposed operation competency measurement items, weighted values were assigned.

  • This study is to analyze experiences and perceptions of care workers for enhanced user choice since the introduction of voucher in Korea. The analysis shows that as it has increased the influence of service users on care workers'employment, dismissal, labor intensity, and so on, more and more care workers appear to experience 'labor alienation'such as weakened position in the labor domain, the sense of loss and frustration in the meaning of work, and identity confusion as a care work. Because the labor alienation felt by them possibly has a negative impact on quality of social service, it suggests to address improving service users'rights as well as protecting human rights and rights to work of care workers to provide a high quality social service.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how working environments and psychological empowerment of the employed people with mental illness influencing their job satisfaction. This research was conducted with 326 the employed people with mental illness working for the competitive employment. The result of study appeared their job satisfaction was estimated in order of psychological empowerment, supervisor's support, participative climate, and compensation system. This research has its meaning in that it dealt with psychological work environments taking into consideration characteristics of the people with mental illness for the first time. And this research was significant in demonstrating that the concept of psychological empowerment is the most important notion to explain job satisfaction of the people with mental illness as well as general workers.

  • 2019년 12월 발병한 코로나19(COVID-19)는 높은 전파력을 바탕으로 세계적으로 대유행하면서 사람들의 생명, 건강을 비롯하여 생산·소비활동까지 위협하고 있다. 코로나19는 치료제 개발 전까지 실물경제에 직접적으로 타격을 주면서 국내외 경제 전반에 악영향을 지속적으로 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 특히 외부활동 및 소비심리 위축으로 숙박, 음식, 관광, 문화, 여행 등의 대면서비스 업종의 심각한 매출 감소 및 고용악화가 발생하고 있으며, 이 외 대부분의 산업에서도 생산과 소비활동이 위축되고 있다. 이러한 소비·생산활동의 위축은 각 산업에 필요한 중간재 수요, 특히 필수재인 물이용에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 코로나19 확산으로 소비가 감소할 경우 전산업과 물산업에 미치는 경제적 손실을 1년간의 모든 실물거래 관계를 행렬로 기록한 통계표인 산업연관표(input-output table)을 활용하여 분석해보았다. 이를 위해 전월대비 3월 소비자심리지수 하락 폭을 참고하여 소비 감소에 따른 시나리오 분석을 산업연관분석을 통해 실시하다. 분석결과, 5개월 동안 소비가 20% 감소하는 경우 전산업과 물산업에서 각각 48.3조원과 886억원의 생산감소가 발생하며, 부가가치는 각각 21.7조원과 451억원이 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • This paper analyzes the effects of government training subsidies on the performance of vocational competency development training programs. In particular, it focuses on how generous financial support from the government influences post-training outcomes, such as employment rates and wage levels of training participants. Using data from the K-Digital Training program, the study examines whether high levels of financial support align with government expectations. The results show that increased subsidies do not always improve employment outcomes, often resulting in longer job search periods and shorter job tenure. To improve this situation, generous government support must be combined with appropriate requests for greater accountability from training institutions.

  • Nowadays many telecommunication service companies try to enhance the quality of their service by providing customers with more specialized service for greater customer satisfaction. As this trend continues, the role that frontline employees play is getting more and more important because they are the ones who have direct influence on customers. For this reason, more than ever, the role of call center has become of paramount importance. Noting that a call center employee's job satisfaction critically affects the quality of service that a customer gets, this study was carried out in order to provide an insight on effective personnel and performance management which can boost up the job satisfaction of a call center employee, thereby enhancing the productivity of Call Center. Conclusively, it verifies that among job satisfaction influence factors, superior's support and compensation fairness indeed have a tremendous influence on job satisfaction of a call center employee. Furthermore, it verifies that if a call center employee is satisfied with his or her job, he or she tends to work more efficiently and hence increase productivity.
