An Empirical Study on Business on Succession Process Consulting Satisfaction of Family Business: Focused on Small Business (가족 기업에 대한 승계과정 컨설팅 만족도에 관한 실증 연구: 소상공인을 중심으로)

  • In recent years, it has been supporting sustainable growth to be a longevity company such as training, consulting, finding and rewarding excellent companies, and tax support for the smooth family business succession of family businesses. The smooth family business succession of these companies has positive effects such as maintaining and improving technological competitiveness, maintaining stable employment, creating long-term investment and new jobs. However, since the concept of the family dominant business is still unfamiliar in Korea, the research on the family dominant business is also insufficient. Now, as family dominant business have a very high share in the national economy, there is a need for research on family dominant business in Korea. Therefore, this study conducted an empirical research on succession process consulting satisfaction of family business centered on small business owners and analyzed the difference of it.

  • Despite a quantitative increase in the export of small and medium sized businesses due to various policies supporting export that have been continually promoted by the government, the majority of export growth has been centered around conglomerates. As research has shown that export companies are superior in terms of job creation and growth compared to domestic companies, the conversion of domestic companies to export companies will not only result in job creation and increase in exports, but it will also enable the improvement of such companies. It is therefore important to support the export of small and medium sized businesses and maintain their status as export companies with supporting policies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present state of the export environment of Korean and foreign small and medium sized businesses in order to elicit ideas for establishing strategies for the promotion of export and maintaining the status as an export company.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the growth of major industries and effects of regional employment on the economic growth of Goyang city and Seongnam city in Gyeonggi Province. We examine the structural changes of the industrial specialization and factors of the growth in two regions by applying Location Quotients and dynamic shift-share analysis respectively. Both regions have been strengthened gradually in their industrial bases during the last 20 years since they have developed as the bed-towns for Seoul with the First Newtown Project of the Metropolitan Seoul area. These two regions have secured in the industrial specialization and competitiveness compare to other regions in the Metropolitan Seoul area. In particular, knowledge service industries have been agglomerated in both regions. Goyang city have secured in the medical welfare, culture and tourism of service sectors, while Seongnam city have secured in the information service and science technology service sectors. Therefore, each region might be differentiated regional foster industries in these sectors in order to succeed the economic development.

Study on the Effectiveness of Korean Active Labour Market Polices (재정지원 일자리사업의 정책효과성 추정)

  • This study examines the employability of participants and employment outcomes in the Korean active labor market policies(ALMPs). The data used in empirical testing is Korea Labor and Income Panel Study 1~15th survey data, participants database in ALMPs and Unemployment Insurance database. The main results are as follows. Level of employability in participants with ALMPs is about 56.3 and that of participants with direct job creation(DJC) programs shows the most low level in sub-type of ALMPs. About 30.8% of all people participating in ALMPs belongs to vulnerable group and 71.5% of participants in DJC programs is in vulnerable group. In DJC programs, the participants with low level of employability are some more likely to be in vulnerable group. As the level of employability in participants with DJC programs increases, their job-search time after moved in labor market reduces and their duration of employment increases. To summarize, one can imply that the DJC programs are effective to transit vulnerable groups in labour market and improve the labor market outcomes by enhancing the employability of participants.

Growth of $30BaTiO_3$.$70NaNbO_3$ Solid Solution Single Crystal ($30BaTiO_3$.$70NaNbO_3$ 고용체 단결정 육성)

  • In $BaTiO_3-NaNbO_3$ system, complete series of solid solution occurs and $30BaTiO_3{cdot}70NaNbO_3$ composition is congruently melted. Single crystals of $30BaTiO_3{cdot}70NaNbO_3$, composition were grown by Czochralski method in this investigation. Single crystals with dimensions of 15 - 20mm diameter and 20 - 30mm length, were grown at the pulling rate of 2.0mm/h and the rotation rate of 5.0 -l0rpm. Core structures were found in the grown crystals and inclusions, cellular boundaries existed at the core region. The origin of core occuring was unstability of the crystal- melt interface due to the poor conductivity of latent heat through the crystal during the crystal growing process. Obtained crystals were optically homogeneous except the core region and showed high optical transmittance in the visible range.

Training Effects on Wage and Employment Security by the Non-Standard Worker Types (비정규직 유형별 교육훈련의 임금 및 고용안정성 효과)

  • This paper analysed the training effects on wage and employment security by the non-standard worker types by using Economically Active Population Additional Survey data. Through propensity score matching method, we found that the regular workers' training effect on wage was 4.2%, that was very higher than 2.7% of fixed-term workers. Logistic regression analysis showed that the training participation itself did not affect on the regular workers' regular position continuance, but training duration affected. Just in fixed-term workers among non-standard workers, both of training participation and training duration affected the transition from non-standard position to regular position. The result that both training effects on wage and on employment were positive just in the fixed-term workers might be interpreted owing to the clear employment contract relation between employer and employees.

  • Mo-Cu 합금은 열전도도, 전기전도도가 우수하고 합금조성에 따라 열팽창계수의 조절이 가능하여 반도체소재, 방열소재, 접점소재 등에 적용가능성이 높은 재료로 주목받고 있다. 또한 상태도 상에서 고용도가 전혀 없기 때문에 박막을 제작하였을 경우, 나노 복합체 형성이 용이하고 질소 분위기에서는 MoN-Cu로 상분리가 가능하여 하드상과 소프트상의 물성을 동시에 보유한 박막 제작이 가능하다. 또한 고온에서 산화반응에 의해 생기는 $MoO_3$, $CuO_3$와 같은 준안정상의 산화물들은 육방정계 구조(HCP)를 가지며 전단특성이 우수하여 자동차 저마찰 코팅재료로써 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 반면, Mo-Cu 는 상호간에 고상은 물론 액상에서도 고용도가 전혀 없기 때문에 일반적인 방법으로는 합금화 또는 복합화가 어렵다. 또한 Mo-Cu 박막을 제작할 경우 복수의 타겟을 이용해야 하기 때문에 성분조절과 구조적 제어가 불리하고 공정의 복잡화라는 단점을 가지고 있으며 추가적으로 다른 원소를 첨가하여 3원계, 4원계 이상의 박막을 형성하는 것에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 상호간의 고용도가 없는 재료의 합금화가 용이한 기계적 합금화법(Mechanical Alloying)을 이용하여 Mo-Cu 합금분말을 제조하였고, 준안정상태의 구조의 유지가 가능한 방전 플라즈마 소결법(Spark Plasma Sintering)을 이용하여 합금타겟을 제작하였다. Mo-Cu 박막은 제작된 합금타겟을 사용하여 DC 스퍼터링 공정으로 제작하였다. Mo-Cu 박막의 공정조건으로는 타겟조성, 공정분위기, 가스 비율로 정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 제작된 박막은 자동차 코팅재료로써의 적용가능성을 보기 위해서 내열성, 내식성, 내마모성의 특성을 평가하였다.

The Impacts of Trade Union on Wages and Employments in Korea (노동조합의 임금과 고용효과)

  • This paper attempts to verify that the economic gap between the workers in (large) firms with unions and those in (small and medium size) firms with no unions has recently been widened rapidly. A comparison of the wages of the workers belonging to the business establishments with and without trade union shows that the union premium has increased very sharply since 1997, after a relatively long periods with little changes. Also found is that union sector has witnessed a sharper decline in the share of the new entrants among workers as well as a faster increase of the average tenure of workers. These all indicate that the trade unions have forced a market equilibrium to move farther away from the competitive equilibrium in recent years.

성과급제도(成果給制度)의 거친경제적(巨親經濟的) 함의(含意) : 이윤공유제도(利潤共有制度)를 중심으로

  • 성과급제도(成果給制度)란 개인(個人) 혹은 집단(集團)의 경제적(經濟的) 성과지표(成果指標)를 임금보상(賃金報償)의 추가적인 근거로 사용하는 제도(制度)를 말한다. 본고(本稿)에서는 성과급제도(成果給制度)의 한 종류인 이윤공유제도(利潤共有制度)의 경제적(經濟的) 의미(意味)를 검토하였다. 이윤공유제도(利潤共有制度)는 기업입장(企業立場)에서 보면 이윤(利潤)에 대해 일정률의 조세(租稅)를 납부한 후, 근로자(勤勞者)를 고용(雇傭)할 때마다 일정액의 보조금(補助金)을 받는 제도이다. 한편 근로자(勤勞者)의 입장에서 보면 최초에 고정급(固定給)을 낮게 유지해서 얻은 경영성과(經營成果)의 일부를 다른 근로자(勤勞者)들과 골고루 나누어 가지는 제도이다. 이런 본질적인 특성은 경제(經濟)에 긍정적인 효과와 부정적인 효과를 동시에 미친다. 우선 긍정적인 측면으로는 기업입장에서 노동(勞動)의 한계효용(限界效用)이 상대적으로 저렴해지므로 경제(經濟)의 물가수준(物價水準)은 하락하고 생산량(生産量)은 증가하게 된다. 그러나 이에 따르는 문제점도 과소평가할 수만은 없다. 우선 저렴한 한계노동비용(限界勞動費用) 때문에 이윤공유경제(利潤共有經濟)에서는 본질적으로 초과고용경향(超過雇傭傾向)이 내재하여 있으며, 또한 어느 한 개인의 노력에 의한 성과(成果)의 향상(向上)이 모두에게 분배되어 희석되므로 원래 의도되었던 동기유발효과(動機誘發效果)가 위축될 가능성이 있다. 또한 임금소득(賃金所得)이 변동(變動)하므로 위험기피적(危險忌避的)인 근로자(勤勞者)의 효용(效用)이 위협을 받게 된다. 이런 여러 문제점을 극복하고 성과급(成果給)의 원래 긍정적인 측면을 실현시키기 위해서는 근로자(勤勞者)의 경영참가(經營參加)가 보장되고, 이윤공유제(利潤共有制)의 채택에 대해 세제상(稅制上)의 유인(誘引)이 뒷받침되어야 하며, 정부(政府)의 경제안정화정책(經濟安定化政策)이 더욱 주의깊게 추구되어야 한다.

Properties of Sintered Body of the $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Sn_x)_4O_9$ Ceramics Synthesized by Oxalate Method (II) (수산염법으로 합성한 $Ba(Ti_{1-x}Sn_x)_4O_9$ 분말의 소결체 특성(II))

  • Ba(Ti1-xSnx)4O9 powder was synthesized by oxalate method. With the substitution of Sn into Ti site the sintered BaTiO4 crystal phase was stabilized due to the formation of solid solution. The optimal amounts of Sn solutbility for formation of BaTi4O9 crystalline phase was 0.16mole and of Sn was substituted and sintering was done at 135$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes long rod type crystal was well developed and the highest Q value was obtained. But dielectric constant wasnearly constant without regarding to the Sn addition and the sintering time.
