최근 들어 한국디지털위성방송사가 위성을 통한 디지털 방송을 통해서 양방향 서비스를 본격적으로 시작하면서 디지털 TV 가 방송통신 융합의 총아로 등장하고 있다. 그러나 방송사업자가 디지털 방송으로 전환하고 양방향 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 막대한 비용의 소요되므로 이에 대한 재원을 마련하기 위해서 방송사업자들은 양방향 서비스를 통한 수익 비즈니스 모델을 발굴하는데 고심을 하고 있다. 또한 통신사업자들은 디지털 TV 서비스 시대의 새로운 주자로 등장하면서 기존에 전통적으로 수익을 올렸던 영역에서 벗어나 방송과 통신을 융합한 새로운 영역에서 방송사업자와 경쟁하여 직접적으로 소비자들을 상대로 수익을 올리는 방법을 연구하고 있다. 따라서 양방향 TV의 비즈니스 영역이 무엇이며 그 영역 내에서 주요 부분을 차지하고 있는 T-commerce 의 가치사슬과 주요 주자들의 구성에 대해서 연구하는 것은 중요하다.

A geological repository comprises a natural barrier and an engineered barrier system. Its design components consist of canisters, buffers, backfill, and near-field rock. Among the engineered barrier system components, bentonite buffers minimize the groundwater flow from near-field rock and prevent the release of nuclide. Investigation of the hydraulic conductivity of the buffer to groundwater flow is an important factor in the performance evaluation of the stability and integrity of the engineered barrier of the repository. In this study, saturated hydraulic conductivity tests were performed using Gyeongju bentonite at various dry densities and temperatures, and a hydraulic conductivity prediction model was developed through multiple regression analysis using the 120 result sets of hydraulic conductivity. The test results showed that the hydraulic conductivity tends to decrease as the dry density increases. In addition, the hydraulic conductivity increased with increasing temperature. The multiple regression analysis results showed that the coefficient of determination (R²) of the hydraulic conductivity prediction equation was as high as 0.93. The hydraulic conductivity prediction equation presented in this study could be used for the design of engineered barrier systems.

This paper presents the results of 2D and 3D finite element simulations conducted to analyze the effects of excavation depth (H), excavation width (L), and ground condition on the behavior of anchored earth retaining wall in inclined ground layers. The results of numerical analyses are compared with those of the site instrumentation analyses. Based on the results obtained, it appeared that 2D numerical analysis tends to overestimate the horizontal displacement of retaining wall compared to the 3D numerical analysis. When the excavation depth is deeper than 20m, it is found that 2D and 3D numerical analysis results of excavation work in soil ground condition are more different from the results in rock ground condition. For an accurate 3D numerical analysis, applying 3D mesh which has an excavation width twice longer than excavation depth is recommended. Consequently, 3D numerical analysis may be able to offer significantly better predictions of movement than 2D analysis.

지난 이태 동안, 미국간호협회에서는 5개 분과위원회의 간호원들이 모여 ''간호란 무엇인가?''라는 문제에서 그 기준을 모색하기 위해 고심해 왔다. 공중 보건간호나 노인병간호, 모자보건간호, 일반 내$\cdot$외과간호, 정신과 간호등 다섯 분과위원회는 각분야의 업무평가 기준을 확립하기 위하여 수차 회으를 통하여 각분야의 간호업무 본질을 조사하였다. 이들의 조사결과는 ''간호란 무엇인가''를 확실히 하여 다른 사람을 이해시키고 업무수행 능력의 측정의 기준이 될 것으로 기대한다. 최근에 다섯개분과의 간호원들은 이 결과를 보고하기 위해서 저널지에서 토론하였는데 이 토론 가운데는 각 분과 위원회의 유사점을 비교했고 상반되는 점들을 서로 알게 되었다. 간호원들의 능력을 측정하는 수단 이외에는 어떤 분과도 간호업무의 실행능력 측정의 방법에 대해서 아무 전례도 가지고 있지 못했다. 각 분과회의는 장시간에 걸쳐 맡겨진 분야를 연구하여 초고(草稿)를 만들고 다시 수정하고 난 후에 실무간호원 및 고문으로부터 여러가지 의견을 받아 들였다. 이렇게 하여 간호기준은 여러가지 단계를 거쳐 완성되어 가고 있으며 각 부분이 끝나는 대로 발행될 것이다. 제일 먼저 ''노인병간호'' ''정신과 간호''의 업무기준이 곧 발행될 것이다. 모자보건위원회는 마지막 평가를 받기 위해 각 주에 있는 위원회에 그 간호기준을 보낼 계획이다. 일반 내$\cdot$외과간호 위원회에서는 이미 만들어 놓은 간호 기준을 50명의 전문 간호원들로 페널 디스커?을 가질 계획이며, 공중보건간호위원회는 9월에 열릴 회의에서 마지막 단계로 들어 갈 것으로 보고 있다.

Group home family has emerged in the era of various forms of family existing. There are adolescents who are 'living in group home' yet, the meanings of living in group home have received little attention in the literature. The authors attempts to reveal the lived experiences of group home residents and the meanings of living in a group home with group of people from different backgrounds. The authors reveals 'being cared for' and 'being there for each other' are the themes of lived experience to the group home residents. The study shows how the residents had survived in their family of origin and how those experiences have affected one's lived experience in their living in group home.

During the 'Cold War', DoD had focused on the high performance and timely acquisition which enabled quick field out the superior weapons than the enemy regardless of acquisition cost. But, after the cold war, the focus has been changed to the 'cost effective acquisition' of weapon systems because of tremendous investment cost & economic theory. The U.S. DoD has been tried to make 'the most effective acquisition system'(AR, Acquisition Reform) from mid-80's with their enough experienced program data, and as a result, they had launched the new acquisition procedure - DoD 5000 series - in 1996. DoD is continuously doing the study and making several improvements on the procedure after it had been once announced. On Oct 30. 2002, DoD noticed that they cancelled the DoD 5000 series documents(5000.1, 5000.2, 5000.2-R) and 5000.2-R will be reissued as a guide. The most recent version which focused on 1) evolutionary acquisition and spiral development, 2) procedure for future technology systems including software and IT, 3) supplement on the area of efficiency, flexibility, creativity and innovation of old system was issued by May 12. 2003. This article suggests a 'good idea' based on the reviewing of these DoD efforts for our defense acquisition regulation and procedure to go. It includes the CAIV concept application, IPT utilization, T&E method, cost or price based contract etc-all for the effective acquisition.

와이브로(WiBro), 3G 무선인터넷(HSDPA), 3G LTE 등과 같은 와이어리스 브로드밴드(Wireless Broand) 기술이 점차 성숙됨에 따라 이들 망을 활용한 다양한 무선인터넷 서비스를 제공하려는 사업자들이 증가하고 있다. 기존의 WLAN, 2G/3G 회선망에서의 제한된 이동성 및 네트워크 전송 속도를 개선한 와이어리스 브로드밴드 서비스 시장은 국내에서도 2006년부터 WiBro 및 HSDPA가 사용됨에 따라 사업자간의 경쟁도 본격화되고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 사업자들은 신속하고 편리한 서비스 개통과 스마트폰, USB모뎀, 노트북, UMPC, PMP등 다양한 단말들의 펌웨어 업그레이드, A/S 처리 방안에 대해 고심을 하고 있으며, 이들 문제점은 막대한 비용과 고객 민원을 야기시키는 요인이기도 하다. 따라서 경제적인 관리비용으로 동적인 서비스/펌웨어 업그레이드 및 A/S에 대한 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 단말 원격 관리 필요성이 절실히 요구된다. WiBro 단말의 안전하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단말과 기지국사이의 무선구간에 대한 보안(security)을 강화시켜 줄 수 있으면서 이동성(mobility)을 고려한 OMA DM프로토콜을 이용하는 것이 적합하다. 또한, WiBro에서 가입자 인증을 채택하고 있는 UICC의 관리를 위해서 3GPP에서 정의하는 SMS/MMS기반의 또는 BIP(Bear Independent Protocol)기반의 OTA기술을 병행하여 사용하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Wi-MAX단말 관리를 위한 OTA Provisioning 규격으로 OMA DM과 TR069이 WiMAX 단말을 위하여 어떻게 적용하도록 규정하고 있는지를 살펴본다. 특히, WiBro 가입자 인증뿐만 아니라 폰북, DRM, 금융서비스 등 다양한 부가 서비스를 위하여 사용되는 UICC의 원격관리를 위한 관리 요소들을 정의, 설계하고 이를 바탕으로 구현된 KTUICC OTA Provisioning시스템을 소개한다.

Coding education is an effective convergence type educational tool. While solving problems and designing programs, students can enhance problem solving ability, logical reasoning ability and creative thinking. Researches on coding education are done primarily for elementary school and middle school students. However, researches on college students are lacking. Today, educating college students about coding is in dire need. Although there are efforts to promote the importance of coding education and make it requirements. People find it difficult to find ways to provide training. There is a need for researches on coding as universal education. Therefore, this research proposed educational training using app inventor based on flipped running in order to effectively promote coding education. This study conducted the survey and the personal interview to measure the effectiveness of coding education. It is hoped that, through coding education, students who do not major in coding could combined their knowledge of their major with coding to improve their problem solving ability to solve various problems based on computing knowledge and approach.

We have understood Bauhaus being the origin of Modern Design and Formative Education to systematic semantic aspects to date. the facts that matter to us need to be understood on Bauhaus's education philosophy and the way of administration than Bauhaus's education contents. Bauhaus as designer has been informed to us how a design should be approached to viewpoints handling Objects, Methodology fixing up problems and Social viewpoints. But Bauhaus's design principle or Methodological solution is not setup by specific person but actualized by Masters and professors in charge of curricula. From these standpoints, inquiring into their characters and individual statements for design could be said to upright order. Especially Bauhaus has trio out lots of changes through inner discord and external challenge, taken great pains for the social function of design. So I would like to help right understanding on Bauhaus based on Bauhaus's statements.

The development of new technology and diversity in user needs lead mobile phone manufacturers to establish new strategies different from the existing for user attraction. Product identity, and brand image are major strategies for differentiation and adding new values to a product. This research starts with stating emotional brand image as the brand image made by the actual usage and the emotion built from the experience while using the product. This research will compare emotional brand image of the three major mobile phone manufactures in Korea (Brand A, C, and S) using evaluation of six representative emotions from users while using the product. The result of evaluating actual mobile phone users and the emotion built while actually using the product showed the brand image, and especially the emotional side of Korean mobile phone manufacturers. The result of this research itself would not be sufficient to simply state the emotional brand image of Korean mobile phone manufactures, but with further research including age, profession, gender and other demographic factors the result of this research would surely be able to abstract a clearer view of emotional brand image of Korean mobile phone manufactures.
