Prior to the introduction of the CRM, we need to analyze the characteristics and the situations of the company, and should establish a clear vision of the CRM. And each company should identify elements and technologies for introducing the most suitable CRM for them, and optimize them, with long-term perspective. In addition, it requires the implementation strategy which integrates the existing company's routine marketing activities with the concept of the CRM. According to the implementation strategy, the company should improve the business process which is the most effective in investment step by step, and the information system strategy, which develops system investment gradually, should harmonize with it. First, we recognized that raising the company value is important by maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV) by understanding customer needs, and achieving the company's goal through customer satisfaction. Second, we understood that adopting the CRM should be accompanied by changes in the structure, business process and customer contact channels, and it can be successfully integrated with business when it gets proper understandings and attentions of the management. Third, the reality is that there are few cases of successful implementation of domestic companies, and some companies that successfully implement the system mean nothing but implement the solution for developing the CRM. Therefore, it needs to be observed for the long haul, and it seems that we need to approach more systematically to implementation cases for each industry about implementation of the CRM. Fourth, the CRM is no longer the preserve of major companies, and it is the time that medium and small sized enterprises also need it. Taking lesson from Switzerland's small size store merchants who successfully adopt right size of the CRM for their business, for domestic medium and small sized enterprises, the necessity to develop business through developing the CRM models which fit their situations and maintaining relationships with customers has been grown. Fifth, for adopting the CRM business processes, changing or converting the CRM system to the model which fits the company's situation is important rather than applying the advanced company's CRM system model. In other words, the CRM solution which can maximize their own strength by developing the CRM program that makes the most of features and characteristics of the company should be adopted.
WPS(Wearable Personal Station) for next generation PC can define as a core terminal of 'Ubiquitous Computing' that include information processing and network function and overcome spatial limitation in acquisition of new information. As a way to acquire significant dynamic gesture data of user from haptic devices, traditional gesture recognizer based on desktop-PC using wire communication module has several restrictions such as conditionality on space, complexity between transmission mediums(cable elements), limitation of motion and incommodiousness on use. Accordingly, in this paper, in order to overcome these problems, we implement hand gesture recognition system using fuzzy algorithm and neural network for Post PC(the embedded-ubiquitous environment using blue-tooth module and WPS). Also, we propose most efficient and reasonable hand gesture recognition interface for Post PC through evaluation and analysis of performance about each gesture recognition system. The proposed gesture recognition system consists of three modules: 1) gesture input module that processes motion of dynamic hand to input data 2) Relational Database Management System(hereafter, RDBMS) module to segment significant gestures from input data and 3) 2 each different recognition modulo: fuzzy max-min and neural network recognition module to recognize significant gesture of continuous / dynamic gestures. Experimental result shows the average recognition rate of 98.8% in fuzzy min-nin module and 96.7% in neural network recognition module about significantly dynamic gestures.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of product design and analyze the impacts of product design on quality competitiveness, product reliability, and consumer satisfaction in an attempt to provide a foundation for the theory of design management. For this empirical analysis, this study has derived the relevant measurement variables from a survey on 400 Korean manufacturing firms during the period of $August{\sim}October$ 2003. The empirical findings are summarized as follows: First, the determinants of product design are very significantly (at p<0.001) estimated to be the R&D capability, the level of R&D expenditure, the level of innovative activities(5S, TQM, 6Sigma, QC, etc.). This empirical result can support Pawar and Driva(1999)'s two principles by which the performance of product design and product development can be simultaneously evaluated in the context of CE(concurrent engineering) of NPD(newly product development) activities. Second, the hypothesis on the causality: product design${\rightarrow}$quality competitiveness${\rightarrow}$customer satisfaction${\rightarrow}$customer loyalty is very significantly (at p<0.001) accepted. This implies that product design positively affects consumer satisfaction, not directly but indirectly, by influencing quality competitiveness. This empirical result of this study can also support the studies of for example Flynn et al.(1994), Ahire et at.(1996), Afire and Dreyfus(2000) which conclude that design management is a significant determinant of product quality. The aforementioned empirical results are important in the following sense: the empirical result that quality competitiveness plays a bridging role between product design and consumer satisfaction can reconcile the traditional debate between QFD(quality function development) approach asserted by product developers and conjoint analysis maintained by marketers. The first empirical result is related to QFD approach whereas the second empirical result is related to conjoint analysis. At the same time, the empirical results of this study can support the rationale of design integration(DI) of Ettlie(1997), i.e., the coordination of the timing and substance of product development activities performed by the various disciplines and organizational functions of a product's life cycle. Finally, the policy implication (at the corporate level) from the empirical results is that successful design management(DM) requires not only the support of top management but also the removal of communication barriers, (i.e. the adoption of cross-functional teams) so that concurrent engineering(CE), the simultaneous development of product and process designs can assure product development speed, design quality, and market success.
While recent economic stagnation has left consumers dispirited, rapid growth has been seen in the domestic coffee industry recently. With the growth in coffee consumption, a tremendous increase in the number of specialty coffee shops has been seen in the domestic coffee market. The expectation that markets specializing in coffee will continue to grow for a long time will cause existing enterprises to expand their shops and increase the rate of entry of new shops. Intense competition in the domestic coffee market will force companies to create a competitive advantage through differentiated marketing strategies. This paper focuses on how the shopping value and repatronage intention of customers using coffee shops is affected by service quality. Moreover, this paper intends to examine the service quality that is critical for the successful management of relationships and the values that are important to consumers. For these purposes, the discriminative effect of service quality on shopping value was analyzed and the effect of utilitarian and hedonic value on repatronage intention was reviewed. The results of this study are detailed below. First, interaction and outcome quality can positively affect the hedonic value, whereas environment quality is not meaningful for utilitarian value. Considering the relative effect on utilitarian value outcome, the effect of outcome quality is greater than that of interaction. This result shows that the role of outcome quality is most important for improving utilitarian value. Second, outcome and environment quality positively affect hedonic value; however, interaction quality does not meaningfully increase hedonic value. These results indicate that customers recognize hedonic value on the basis of their evaluation of the service outcomes and the background to delivery service. In particular, it was revealed that the relative effect of outcome quality on hedonic value is greater than that of environment quality. Third, both utilitarian value and hedonic value had a positive effect on repatronage intention. The relative influence of the hedonic value is that the shopping value affects the repatronage intention more than the utilitarian value. These results mean that customers recognize coffee shops as spaces for satisfying utilitarian and hedonic values, and they place more importance on the benefits of the emotional experience than functional needs. Finally, this study suggests that output quality is more important than other service factors, and the results of this paper give some implications to the coffee shop industry that customers seek utilitarian needs based on economic value and place more weight on hedonic value, such as that offered by relationship media.
This study deals with the influencing factors for satisfaction and the emotional value perception of mobile voucher service user. Thus researcher examined a structural equation modeling methodology of the paths within word of mouth, satisfaction, and other exogenous variables (economic/rational value, trust, joyfulness, innovativeness). As a result of this study, First, it was confirmed that the emotional value, and innovativeness affected user's trust for coupon service and joyfulness for using mobile voucher. Second, it was confirmed that trust and joyfulness affected user's satisfaction and word of mouth activities. Therefore, in cases of utilizing the emotional appeal of mobile voucher as part of a marketing tool, corporate can maximize efficiency by using their mobile voucher service & event from the point of view of customer's satisfaction & voluntary word of mouth. Researcher's consideration is that this paper's theoretical and practical contribution point is the propose of the one of the post adoption model with the quantitative study of the mobile voucher service user's emotional perception in the initial development stages of high-tech industry.

My proposed Co-creation platform software analysis and design method in my paper, presents build technology of co-creation platform using Co-creation concepts refer to all process from products' idea level to products' design, manufacturing and marketing level. And this method can be possible to design and implement to be interlocked with company's cloud service and system through own SNS functions and OPEN API to build co-creation platform. Also owing to apply Wiki technology in the process of idea modification and completion level and provide cooperative work tools of story-board prototyping, it can be participate actively in the design process with customer and stakeholder together and realize functions to apply opinions. Therefore, Co-creation platform software analysis and design by objected-oriented analysis method is presented to show these design process effectively.

Nowadays, both large and small business organizations have been using the Internet in general or the World Wide Web in particular to cope with the global competition. One of the major purposes that these business organizations utilizations utilize the World Wide Web is to support their marketing activities. In this study, we compared the uses of the World Wide Web, for supporting seven different categories of marketing activities, among three different groups of companies: the Top US corporation, the Top Non-US corporation, and the Top Web site groups. Results of the study showed that companies in the ToP US corporation and the ToP Non-US corporation groups primarily focused on Public Relation, while companies in the Top Web site group emphasized Encouragement. The Top US corporations also focused on the Interactive Brochure and the Top Web site companies were significantly different from the Top Non-US corporations with regard to Direct Sales and Customization. We discussed the potential reasons for these similarities and differences. The study also provided the extension for future research and discussed its limitations.
The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between service experience, corporate image, service trust, affective commitment and service loyalty in leisure service environment, and explain the causal role of corporate image, service trust and affective commitment. To this end, hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. The result of the study as follows: First, service experience influenced corporate image and service trust but not affective commitment. Second, corporate image influenced service trust and service loyalty but not affective commitment. Third, service trust influenced affective commitment and service loyalty, Finally, affective commitment affected service loyalty. Therefore, service providers should raise corporate image and build the service loyalty by following the user to experience excellent service in a cognitive and affective aspects. Also, by motivating the customer to have affective commitment to the service trust, You need to plan and implement a marketing strategy that can increase loyalty.
This study classifies the marketing mix of LASIK eye surgery clinics into 7Ps, examines the influence of each factor of 7Ps(product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer satisfaction, and investigates the effect of customer satisfaction on trust and relationship commitment. Survey of 500 patients who received surgeries in 3 eye clinics in Busan area was conducted through self-administered questionnaires, and, with this data, path analysis was performed to estimate the study model. Main result showed that, among 7Ps, product, price, promotion, people and physical evidence had significant positive effect on customer satisfaction which, in turn, had significant positive effect on trust and relationship commitment. Also, it was found that trust positively affected relationship commitment. This result would be considered helpful in medical institution's efforts to establish trust on customer satisfaction and maintain relationship commitment. It also implies that, in order to enhance competitiveness in increasingly competitive medical market, establishment of proper marketing strategy is urgently required where the determinants of customer satisfaction are effectively administered and ultimate relationship commitment of customers based on trust can be maintained and enhanced.
Mecenat is a company support to cultural and artistic activities. It has developed as not only a patronage of the arts but also a strategic method for a business performance and a company's influence. And mecenat has impacted on customers, interested parties, local communities, and corporate culture. This study analyzes how individual and organizational interests and participation on Mecenat activities affect organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty. As a result of surveys from 438 employees, there would be a pro rata increase in an employee's interest and participation in Mecenat, if organizational interest goes up. The interest also affects trust in organization, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty in a positive method. The result clearly indicates necessity of company's support for cultural and artistic activities and importance of changing company's perspectives. Hence companies would be recognized that supporting Mecenat activities would strengthen organizational culture.
