This research deals with generating via points for autonomous navigation on a roadway for unmanned vehicles. When a vehicle plans a path from a starting point to a goal point, it should be able to map out which lane on which road it passes by. For this purpose, we should organize positional information of roads and save it as a database. This paper presents methods to save the database and to plan a shortest path to the goal by generating via points in consideration of the moving direction and the lane directions. Then we prove that the proposed algorithm can find the optimal path on the road through simulations.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the performance of major reading culture promotion projects implemented in Goyang City, in preparation for the establishment of the 2nd Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan in Goyang City. To achieve this research objective, this study analyzed various literature and statistical data, identified the reading culture environment in Goyang City, and determined whether major projects implemented according to the 1st Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan established in 2017 were promoted. In addition, a survey was conducted among librarians in Goyang City by constructing a questionnaire to evaluate the promotion performance of actual relevant projects. Then, by aggregating the data on the reading culture environment in Goyang City, the evaluation results of the reading culture promotion projects obtained from the survey among librarians, and the results of the opinions on the reading promotion projects of the reading surveys of Goyang citizens in the previous relevant study, six major policy directions were proposed to be considered in the establishment of the 2nd Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan in Goyang City.

In an era where AI artificial intelligence converges into each field, design of AI-CARE function and UI UX design are in the spotlight. The application of shape design and the trend of color are important for visual effects to match new features. In this paper, we would like to use this to present an example of the arrangement and application of form trends and to present design directions. In the introduction, the latest design environmental factors were analyzed and studied in the direction of the new proposal. In the text, the design direction and consideration of the design in the planning were studied by separating the functional design form, and the direction of the design work was presented. At the stage of form and color, a plan was proposed to match the flow of minimalism, universal design, and affordance design. A study method based on case practice is a consideration of how to consider content on shapes and colors specialized in the partial design work, and proposed to enable graphic production of new areas of UI UX in content images to be feasible. Through this study, the design direction and planning of the derivative method of shape and color was reached by suggesting design directionality and validity for each AI CARE bed PART.

이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크는 사전에 계획되지 않은, 필요에 의해서 발생하는 단일 혹은 멀티 홉 무선 네트워크이다. 기간망 구조를 활용 하지 않는 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서는 네트워크를 구성하는 이동 단말들에게 라우팅 기능이 전가되며. 이동 단말의 움직임에 따라 동적으로 네트워크 토폴로지가 변경되는 특성을 갖게 된다. 이러한 특성은 유선 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜을 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에 직접 적용하는데 큰 장애요소가 된다. 현재 제안되고 있는 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크의 라우팅 프로토콜들은 기본적으로 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크의 특성을 고려하여 설계되었으며. 각기 효율적인 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안하여 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크상에서 발생할 수 있는 제어 패킷 부담, 전력 소모 부담 등을 최소화 하기 위한 연구를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Ad hoc 네트워크의 특징 및 응용과 현재 까지 제안되어 온 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜을 살펴보고. 특징을 분석하여 향후 연구 방향을 제시 하였다.

Architectural design for school can be completed well when the environment-friendly elements are satisfied. In other words, the environment-freindly element could be most important idea for school planning, and one should have this direction for each element as a design goal. In this study, I defined the "environment-friendly" as the environment for nature and human. I examined what could satisfy those and would be its principles. I set up the criteria to satisfy each priciple. Most important factor to keep the relation between nature and human would be reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and a green belt would absorb it. Therefore, I think that there would be effective possibility when suitable conditions are applied in phases. Every school can have comfort as environment-friendly facility, at the same time, contribute to nature. Also, students can learn and study nature, and perform a duty as human.

In this paper, an efficient dynamic reactive motion planning method for an autonomous vehicle in a dynamic environment is proposed. The purpose of the proposed method is to improve the robustness of autonomous robot motion planning capabilities within dynamic, uncertain environments by integrating a virtual plane-based reactive motion planning technique with a sensor fusion-based obstacle detection approach. The dynamic reactive motion planning method assumes a local observer in the virtual plane, which allows the effective transformation of complex dynamic planning problems into simple stationary ones proving the speed and orientation information between the robot and obstacles. In addition, the sensor fusion-based obstacle detection technique allows the pose estimation of moving obstacles using a Kinect sensor and sonar sensors, thus improving the accuracy and robustness of the reactive motion planning approach. The performance of the proposed method was demonstrated through not only simulation studies but also field experiments using multiple moving obstacles in hostile dynamic environments.

In recent years space planning for modern city has been accomplished through scientific high technique and computer supported collaborative work. Relatively human being is treated as a component of the space or whole building and according to the social structure people tend to prefer private space. The necessity of the open space as an active place is emphasized now because the interaction created between users of the space and the nature, surrounding environment can influence on improving quality of outdoor life and giving the place specific identity. In this paper three ways of analyses of components which compose the open space are studied. Especially through the process of analyses derived from differenet areas, the necessity of communication model in collaborative work is proposed.

Seoul metropolitan government has produced fundamental digital map products and developed various GIS applications for years according to the GIS implementation plan established in 1995. However, the city's recent organization restructuring and prioritized large scale database construction projects for unemployed workers have changed the original GIS implementation schedule. The information strategy plan for the Seoul metropolitan government that represents development and use of common organization -wide database and seeks for providing high quality information services for citizens also require reestablishing the city's GIS implementation strategy. This paper discusses a new implementation strategy and suggests conceptual system architecture for the Seoul metropolitan government's GIS in order to implement a comprehensive urban information system(UIS) based on contemporary GIS technologies.

최근 딥러닝을 이용한 SAR 영상의 목표물을 인식하는 알고리즘이 괄목할만한 성능을 보여주었다. 이러한 알고리즘들은 포즈 각도 정보를 무시한 채 목표물의 종류를 추정하는 것에만 초점을 맞춘다. 포즈 각도 추정 알고리즘은 단지 SAR 영상 목표물 인식 알고리즘의 전처리 과정으로 연구되었다. 하지만 감시 시스템에서, 목표물이 향하고 있는 방향을 추정하는 것 또한 중요하다. 먼저, 포즈 각도 추정을 통하여 적의 전술 배치를 계획을 추정할 수 있다. 또한 목표물이 아군 쪽을 바라보면 큰 위협이 되는데, 포즈 각도 추정을 통하여 이러한 정보를 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 목표물이 향하고 방향을 추정할 수 있는 콘볼루션 네트워크를 고안하였다. 네트워크를 학습시키기 위하여 SAR 영상의 목표물의 포즈 각도를 양자화하여 포즈 각도 label 을 구성하였다. 또한 이러한 포즈 각도 추정을 정제하는 알고리즘을 고안하였고 이는 보다 정확한 포즈 각도 추정을 가능하게 하였다. 그 결과, 제안된 네트워크는 포즈 각도 추정에 높은 정확도를 보여준다.
