An advanced nation's case study considering integrated control for construction work quality.safety.environment (건설공사 품질.안전.환경 통합관리를 고려한 해외 사례 고찰)

  • Currently, the quality management, safety management and environment management of domestic construction work does not form a infrastructure for integrated control which have been developed according to the unique characteristics based on respective the law. In other words, the quality manager and safety manager of human resources is set to a legal arrangement personnel, but environment manager of human resources is not. In addition, quality management standard is to perform the work to PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) system which is reflected in all of the requirements of KS A ISO 9001 standard, but safety management plan and hazard harmfulness prevention plan are not properly reflected P(Plan), C(Check) and A(Action) system and focusing on only 4 section Do(D) in KOSHA 18001 standard requirement. Moreover environmental management plan is not even established requirement. Through examining the operation practices of an advanced nation prior to building the integrated control standard for construction work qualify safety.environment, the possibility of applying domestic is reviewed, and then this study is going to research the operation practices of Singapore.

  • An intelligent autonomous robot generates a plan to achieve a goal. A plan is a sequence of robot actions that accomplish a given mission by being successfully executed. However, in the complex and dynamic real world, a robot may encounter unexpected situations and may not execute its planned actions any more. Therefore, an intelligent autonomous robot must prepare an efficient handling process to cope with these situations to successfully complete a given mission. Plan repair with milestone states is an efficient method to cope with the situation. It retains the advantages of other plan repair procedures. This paper proposes a regressive method of formulating milestone states and a method of assigning weighting values on conditions that compose a milestone state. The task to repair a plan may employ the weighting values as its job priority. The regressive method formulates less complex milestone states and leads to the conditions of a milestone state to take pertinent weighting values for an efficient handling procedure to repair a plan with milestone states.

  • 컴포넌트 지향 개발 방법이 도입되면서 많은 분산환경하에 컴포넌트들이 상호 연동하여 사용되어지기 시작했다. 그러나 분산환경에서의 상호연동은 많은 어려움과 과제를 우리에게 안겨주었다. 이를 보안하여 상호운영성을 고려한 웹 서비스의 개념이 나오기 시작하고 있다. 웹 서비스는 이기종간의 컴포넌트 서비스를 쉽게 구현할 수 있게 하며 컴포넌트들을 이용에 블록을 쌓듯이 애플리케이션을 만들 수 있다. 그러나 웹 서비스는 아직 QoS 문제가 남아있다. 웹 서비스의 품질을 보장하고 사용자가 웹 서비스를 안전하게 사용하기 위해서는 QoS 기반 컴포넌트 조립이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 로컬 브로커와 XML-QoS 스키마를 사용하여 사용자가 QoS를 고려한 실행 계획을 세울 수 있게 한다.

Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Innovation Configuration on STEAM (융합인재교육(STEAM)에 대한 초등학교 교사의 실행 형태 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the teachers' Innovation Configuration(IC) on STEAM of the 2009 elementary science curriculum and to implicate the assessment of STEAM. Therefore, this study was conducted by the IC component checklist of the Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM). The total number of 126 teachers participated in this study. The results of the study were as follows: First, time management(33.3%) was the most ideal IC. On the other hand, curriculum planning(34.1%) was the most unacceptable IC. Second, the results of the chi-square test showed that the IC were significantly different according to their positions, career in education and training experiences(p<.05). Third, to explore the teacher's epistemic beliefs on STEAM, one in-service elementary teacher who studied in a doctoral course of a graduate school of education participated in the study. Based on these results, we suggested that the support of application and the revolution of the science curriculum and assessment should be implemented according to the teachers' IC.

  • The process for establishment of Operational Continuity Management Plan is organized repeatedly of Business Risk Assessment, Crisis Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Establishing Business Recovery Strategies, Detailed Planning, Plan Execution, Test and Maintenance(Including Monitoring). Therefore, in this paper in response to global environmental change and the construction and operation of social security systems to maximize operational continuity management, crisis management and crisis management systems, building integrated systems for building technology in general and operational continuity management within an organization to understand developed to provide a framework for implementing operational continuity management in terms of crisis management has proposed to build an integrated system.

  • The sum of each work duration are entire period in construction project. Each work occurs to be late, the total period of construction project will delays. Therefore, the total period of construction project will not be delayed if probability of working progress makes higher. Finding each work's constraints performs constraints analysis in process of construction for checking probability of working progress. Grasp work's constraints through the constraints analysis and removes. This research will show preventing delay of consruction project, through constraints analysis process.

  • 현재 S회사의 생산공정은 전 과정에 걸쳐 통합된 정보처리 체계가 없고, 생산계획 및 통제 과정에서의 복잡한 계산 및 중요한 의사결정이 담당자의 경험적 지식에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 상황의 한계로, 현재의 생산공정계획 및 생산실행계획은 시간적 제약이 크고, 유연적인 수정이 어려울 뿐 아니라, 통계적 분석의 자료체계가 부실하다. 그러나, S회사는 보다 개선된 공정관리를 위해 새로운 생산계획전략의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 접근방법으로써 DEVS 형식론을 바탕으로 공정을 효과적으로 모델링 및 시뮬레이션화 하였다. 생산계획의 핵심부분인 전문담당자의 경험적 지식을 체계적 규칙으로 정리하여 모델에 반영하였고 이를 통해 습득된 시뮬레이션 결과를 분석하여 생산계획 전략의 신뢰할만한 평가기준을 마련하였다.
