A Proposal of Interoperability between Social Media and Blockchain-based Smart Contract System for Artwork Trading (예술품 거래를 위한 소셜 미디어와 블록체인 기반 스마트 계약 시스템의 연동 제안)

  • Social media is growing rapidly as a means of promoting artists' artworks and a channel for sales. However, since social media is not fundamentally a platform designed for trading, it has various limitations that make it difficult to ensure trust and security in carrying out transactions. In this paper, it is proposed interoperability between social media and blockchain-based smart contract system that can record and preserve the artist's profile, information related to artworks and details of the contract on the blockchain. The proposed interoperability allows artwork trading participants on social media to maintain mutual trust and to conduct the contract transparently. Also, the proposed interoperability consists of an API provided by the social media developer or an open source API without having to modify existing social media. This study is expected to contribute to the growth of the art trading market on social media by complementing the art trading practices on social media.

원자력기술의 자립:고리원자력 1호기 준공

  • 고리원자력 1호기는 70년대 초 원자력의 제반기술, 인력, 관련산업 등 산업환경이 취약하였던 시절에 미국 웨스팅하우스사의 계약자 주도형 방식에 의해 건설되어 1978년 4월 상업운전을 개시한 국내 최초의 원자력 발전소이다. 건설당시 원전건설 경험부족과 국내 관련산업 기반의 취약성 때문에 한전 등 국내 업체가 참여할 수 있는 분야는 제한적이었으나 한전은 고리원자력 1호기의 건설에 참여함으로써 시공과 사업관리 등 건설기술을 외국 업체를 통하여 습득할 수 있었으며 이후 후속기 건설을 통하여 기술을 축적함으로써 현재에는 한국 표준형 원전을 북한에 건설할 수 있는 기술적 자립기반을 갖추는데 중요한 전기가 되었다. 한편 최초원전으로서 설비상의 문제점을 지속적인 설비개선과 철저한 예방정비 및 운영관리로 극복하고 1997년 3월 한주기무고장운전을 달성함으로써 원전 운영기술 축적 및 도약의 전기를 마련하는 등 국내 최초의 원자력 발전소로서 국내 원전기술의 자립을 이룩하는데 주요한 역할을 하여왔음은 주지의 사실이다. 우리나라 원자력산업이 여명기를 거쳐 도입과 정착과정을 통해 고리원자력 1호기가 국내 원전기술 자립에 기여한 과정을 조명해 보고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 경쟁적 전력시장에서 송전 계약에 관한 비용을 모선에서 한계비용 만감도를 이용해서 분할하는 방법을 제시하였다. 구조개편된 전력사장에서는 단순하면서도 분명한 전력 요금 시스템이 요구된다. Zonal pricing은 이런 면에서 좋은 pricing 시스템이 요구된다. 하지만, zone을 효과적으로 나누는 것은 상당히 어렵다. 기존의 방법에서는 오직 부하만을 고려하여 분류를 하였지만, 에너지 시장에서의 전력의 매매행위를 고려할 때, 시스템 내부의 모든 사업자에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는 한계비용 민감도를 이용해서 모든 에너지 시장 참여자를 고려하여, 네트워크를 분할하였다. 모든 노드에서의 민감도의 패턴이 분석되었고 동일한 패턴을 가진 노드들을 같은 zone으로 분류하였다. 6-모선 전력시스템을 이용해서 제안한 방법을 설명하였다.

  • Integrated project delivery (IPD) is suggested as an alternative to traditional delivery methods such as design-build (DB), design-bid-build (DBB), and construction management at risk (CMR). Many foreign research studies have approached IPD not only in the contractual aspect but also the work implementation method aspect. However, most research projects in Korea have focused on the contractual aspect of IPD for asserting that the characteristics are the critical matter. The Korean institutional and legal system does not permit the multi-party agreement; therefore, it is difficult to adopt IPD in Korea's construction industry. The researchers do not wait the system to be changed, but we do identify the possibility of adopting IPD in Korea in the perspective of work implementation method, except the contractual characteristics. Thus, the goal of this research is to identify one project that does not include IPD agreement but utilizes other IPD characteristics whose contractual results have similar performance to those that utilize all characteristics of IPD including agreement. This research is expected to enhance performance of the construction project in a Korean construction environment by embracing IPD characteristics as overcoming limits and bounds of the traditional delivery method.

  • If project time extension were required in the construction projects, either liquidated damages or extension costs should be applied according to causation of the schedule delays. However, in actual cases it is not applied so far according to the contract conditions. The reason why this situation happened Is that function of the present planning and scheduling is not working feasibly. The CPM schedule could not provide a proper solution for apportioning responsibility for the schedule delays. This situation could be considered as breach of contract and will cause potential disputes for schedule delay. Therefore, in this research process based contract administration model for construction delay claim is proposed to prevent schedule delay and solve the claims. The model is based on pro-active management for causation of delay to provide apportionment of responsibility and written evidences.

  • Recently, domestic small and medium-sized subcontractors participating in the overseas construction market are suffering from the continuous loss and damage due to the insufficient recognition of the importance of risk Sub-Clauses among conditions of subcontracts. Therefore, the need to derive risk Sub-Clauses for conditions of the subcontract has been raised, but until now, previous studies have been conducted focusing on deriving risk Sub-Clauses for standard conditions of contract for construction between the Employer and the Contractor. In this study, 52 risk Sub-Clauses were derived on the basis of the influence size of the Sub-Clauses through the Delphi technique targeting 94 Sub-Clauses of conditions of standard subcontract for construction edition 2011, issued by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and In addition, 33 key risk Sub-Clauses were finally derived through the PI Risk Matrix by Probability and Impact. The results of this study provide will useful information on key risk Sub-Clauses that need to be reviewed in advance to minimize contractual risks at the stage of bidding and signing contracts for overseas subcontract construction projects.

  • 본 연구는 부동산 경매 기일에 해당 지방법원 현장에 참석하기에 어려움을 느끼는 많은 개인(수요자)들을 위하여 해당 지역에 거주하는 입찰대리인들을 효율적으로 연결해주는 플랫폼이다. 본 플랫폼은 입찰대리인과의 입찰대리 계약을 체결해주는 플랫폼으로서, 입찰대리인은 기일에 경매법정에서 해당 수요자의 입찰행위를 대행한다. 이를 통해 부동산 경매 사건에 관심이 있음에도 불구하고, 시간/장소 측면의 제약으로 인하여 참여하지 못하는 대다수의 직장인들이 부동산 경매 입찰할 수 있다.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Satisfaction and Engagement of Organization Employees in Quality Management Activities of Construction Projects (건설프로젝트의 품질경영활동에서 조직구성원의 만족과 참여에 미치는 영향요인 분석)

  • The active engagement of the organization employees in the quality management activities of the construction project promotes the achievement of successful management performance. This study seeks to find a mechanism to promote employee engagement. The preceding factors that promote employee engagement through previous research are employee rewards system and satisfaction. In order to verify the proposed research model, sample data of 232 construction project employees were collected and analyzed through a structural equation model. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that all the proposed variables had a significant effect on the employee engagement and the moderate effect according to the employee's position and labor contract. The results of this study are expected to provide useful theoretical and practical implications for researchers and managers seeking ways to promote the engagement of organization employees from a broader perspective for the activation of quality management activities of construction companies.

  • Recently, Design-build project as delivery system public construction sector tends to be increased according to the Masterplan for promotion of construction technologies, and construction projects are increasing their complexity, variety and scale. And owner's requirements become various. Preliminary design for design eligibility judging of design-build has been designed excessively to get a good point and this tendency includes the elements which is capable of wasting the budget. Because of excessive design, owners require to apply VE study into the design development phase but in the Design-build system, VE application has not been of no effect that owners expect, owing to the characters of lum-sum contracts. The purpose of this study is to propose the plan for effective application of VE in the design development phase in order to solve the problems such as excessive design of preliminary design in the design-build project. This study established plans for VE application through investigating and analyzing VE application case and then proposed the applications in the aspect of regulations and contracts, parties participated in project, VE operation through research for verification of usefulness.

A Study on the Elapsed Time to Resale of Pre-Completion Apartment Ownership (아파트 분양권의 전매기간에 관한 연구)

  • Under the ownership pre-sale system in the South Korean apartment market, developers can sell apartment ownerships as soon as they start to construct an apartment complex. In the South Korean apartment market, people call this kind of ownership "Bun-yang right." There is a time difference between ownership sale and apartment completion under the ownership pre-sale system. The pre-completion apartment ownerships can be resold to third parties until the apartment complexes are completed, which is called "Geon-mae" of the Bun-yang right. Using survival analysis, this research analyzed the elapsed time between ownership purchase and resale to a third party using 48,316 apartment units nationwide in the 192 complexes supplied from 2000 to 2016. Specifically, this study analyzed the influence of the real estate policy, contract term, location, apartment complex, and unit characteristics on the elapsed time between ownership purchase and resale to a third party. The empirical analysis revealed that the real estate policy and contract term characteristics have a significant effect on the elapsed time between ownership purchase and resale to a third party. Also, this study confirmed that the product characteristics, such as the location and apartment complex and unit characteristics, have an influence on the elapsed time between ownership purchase and resale to a third party.
