This paper focus on the analyzing objective bases for Proper assessment in Internet business mall. UP to now, assessment protocol of Internet business mall has been accomplished with financial factor, traffic factor and no quantitative factor respectively. But decision process of this malls value by one of these factors is not the best method. A new assessment model considering qualitative and quantitative factors is suggested and reviewed with existing model . As a result, a quantitative assessment protocol is appraised by a customer for the reason that this model includes not only comparative superiority between company but also weighting factor in assessment factors.

The purpose of this paper is to visualize the housing market dynamics with ESDA (Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis) using MATLAB toolbox, in terms of the modeling housing market dynamics in the Busan Metropolitan City. The data are used the real housing price transaction records in Busan from the first quarter of 2006 to the second quarter of 2009. Hedonic house price model, which is not reflecting spatial autocorrelation, has been a powerful tool in understanding housing market dynamics in urban housing economics. This study considers spatial autocorrelation in order to improve the traditional hedonic model which is based on OLS(Ordinary Least Squares) method. The study is, also, investigated the comparison in terms of $R^2$, Sigma Square(${\sigma}^2$), Likelihood(LR) among spatial econometrics models such as SAR(Spatial Autoregressive Models), SEM(Spatial Errors Models), and SAC(General Spatial Models). The major finding of the study is that the SAR, SEM, SAC are far better than the traditional OLS model, considering the various indicators. In addition, the SEM and the SAC are superior to the SAR.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 문헌정보학 프로그램의 현황과 문제점을 고찰한 후, 이와 개선을 통하여 효율적인 교육과정의 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 질적인 서술방식과 계량적연구를 병행하여 수행하였다. 질적인 연구에서는 기존의 연구결과와 현황에 근거한 문헌정보학의 최근 동향에 대하여 서술하고, 기록보존 관련과목과 사서교사교육과정과 관련된 내용에 대하여 고찰하였다. 계량적 연구의 수행을 위하여는 먼저 문헌정보학을 3개분야 (도서관학, 정보학, 서지학과 기타분야), 15개 세부영역으로 나누어 분류하였다. 이 분류방식에 근거하여 준비된 설문지를 사용하여 대구경북지역 내 도서관 현장근무자 및 재학생들의 요구를 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 206개의 이용가능한 데이터를 수집하여 여러 종류의 기술적, 추리적 통계분석방법과 SPSS를 사용하여 분석한 계량적 연구의 주요발견사항을 함께 기술하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 급속히 변화되는 사회 및 교육환경에 맞는 문헌정보학 교육과정의 개편에 일조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

A morphometric analysis is used to clarify the interspecific relationship between 4 species of the subgenus Parapagaronia in Pagaronia. The quantitative distinctions are confirmed at 87.5% of correct assignment in male and 96.25% in female.

An aims of this study is to examine substitute or complementary among types of special interest tourism and a causal relationship between total individual tourism demand and each types. Of 500 surveyed respondents in Seoul, 348 was valid to analyse. As statistical analysis method, correlation analysis was utilized for substitute or complementary and Econometrics models were applied for causal relationship. The results of this study demonstrate that agro tourism and ocean tourism lie on substitute which means competitive. Also, ocean tourism has had more impacted on total individual tourism demand than any other types of special interest tourism.

The OLS(ordinary least squares) method is widely used in hedonic housing models. One of the assumptions of the OLS is an independent and uniform distribution of the disturbance term. This assumption can be violated when the spatial autocorrelation exists, which in turn leads to undesirable estimate results. An alterative to this, spatial econometric models have been introduced in housing price studies. This paper describes the comparisons between OLS and spatial econometric models using housing transaction prices of Busan, Korea. Owing to the approaches reflecting spatial autocorrelation, the spatial econometric models showed some superiority to the traditional OLS in terms of log likelihood and sigma square(${\sigma}^2$). Among the spatial models, the SAR(Spatial Autoregressive Models) seemed more appropriate than the SAC(General Spatial Models) and the SEM(Spatial Errors Models) for Busan housing markets. We can make sure the spatial effects on housing prices, and the reconstruction plans have strong impacts on the transaction prices. Selecting a suitable spatial model will play an important role in the housing policy of the government.

This paper employs entitymetrics analysis on the research works of Dong-ju Yun. He was a Korean poet who was studied by many researchers on his works, religion and life. We collected 1,076 papers about Dong-ju Yun and conducted various approaches including co-author citation analysis, topic modeling analysis to identify the topic trend in the study of Dong-ju Yun. Also we extracted entities like person's name and literature's title from abstract to examine the relationship among them. The result of this paper enables us to objectively identify the topic trend and infer implicit relationships between key concept associated with Dong-ju Yun based on text data. Moreover, we observed sub-research topics such as life, poem, aesthetic existence, comparative literature, literary translation, and religious beliefs. This paper shows how entitymetrics can be utilized to study intellectual structures in the humanities.

This study reviews articles in published in the The Journal of Korean Biblio Society for Library and Information Science (JKBSLIS) over 5 years from 2010 to 2014 for identifying the academic characteristics and the recent research trends of the JKBSLIS. 300 articles of JKBSLIS are analyzed in terms of bibliometric factors, research theme, methodology, author keywords, and intellectual structure comparing with 344 articles of the Journal of Korean Society for Library and Information Science (JKSLIS) and 283 articles of the Journal of Korean Society for Information Management (JKOSIM). In results, there is no differences between JKBSLIS and the other two journals, JKSLIS and JKOSIM regards on bibliometric factors. The domain research areas in the JKBSLIS are 'Information Services', 'Library Management' and 'Reading Education'. It is also found that the most popular methods are 'survey' and 'case study' and that the main research areas in the shown intellectual structure are 'public library & reading', 'academic library & collection management', and 'school library & information literacy education'.

Objective : Through the bibliographic analysis method, the flow of research is grasped from a macroscopic point of view and the connection system of key words is conducted. The purpose of this is to provide basic data for conducting research on aging anxiety and lifestyle. Methods : Among the bibliographic analysis methods, a citation analysis method that identifies the association based on the number of citations and a simultaneous appearance word analysis method that identifies the association based on the number of keywords appeared was used. VOSviewer was used to cluster and chart the analyzed information. Results : The frequency of occurrence of papers by year showed a gradual increase until 2017 and a rapid increase from 2018. In the field of research paper study, research was most actively conducted in the field of psychiatry. In the citation analysis, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom showed high correlation with each other, and as a result of conducting simultaneous word analysis on major keywords, words with high association with aging anxiety were found to be depression. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in that it grasped the flow of aging anxiety and lifestyle research from a macroscopic point of view using a bibliographic analysis method. Based on this, it is expected to understand the importance of lifestyle from the preventive point of view of aging and to be used as basic data for intervention and related education.
