Vocational Training Study on the Impact on Organizational Commitment -Focusing Certification of Qualification- (직업훈련이 조직몰입의 영향에 관한연구 -자격증 취득자 중심으로-)

  • This study organizational commitment and performance certification could affect vocational trainees for general characteristics of the demographic analysis, and variables according to the learned the difference between organizational commitment, and the result was as follows. First, in males than in females, ages 20s high school education level and marital status were higher in the unmarried than married. Second, vocational training pathways and variance analysis on age 20 in 16 patients (31.4%), 30, 14 (27.5%), 40 (33.3), 50 3 patients (5.9%), 60 1 (2.0%) and were followed in the order of 5-6 hours for a long time trainees prefer to be educated, and female than in male emotional and normative commitment to organizational commitment in the show were high. Ages 40 and an organizational commitment in their 20s and 50s was higher than 30. Qualifications and training satisfaction satisfaction appeared to influence normative commitment certification training influences organizational commitment. However, certification and satisfaction on organizational commitment (-) does not affect the present study showed the figures shown in the policy implications of the authorities gave is preparing to have meaning.

A study on the safety and efficacy of bovine bone-derived bone graft material(OCS-B) (생체 유래 골 이식재(OCS-B)의 안전성 및 유효성에 관한 연구)

  • Inorganic bovine bone mineral has been widely researched as bone substitution materials in orthopedic and oral and maxillofacial application. OCS-B(NIBEC, Korea) is newly-developed inorganic bovine bone mineral. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of bovine bone-derived bone graft material(OCS-B). Micro-structure of newly-developed inorganic bovine bone mineral(OCS-B) was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Round cranial defects with eight mm diameter were made and filled with OCS-B in rabbits. OCS-B was inserted into femoral quadrant muscle in mouse. In scanning electron microscope, OCS-B was equal to natural hydroxyapatite. Rabbits were sacrificed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery and mice were sacrificed at 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery. Decalcified specimens were prepared and observed by microscope. In calvarial defects, osteoid and new bone were formed in the neighborhood of OCS-B at 2 weeks after surgery. And at 4 weeks after surgery osteoid and new bone bridge formed flourishingly. No inflammatory cells were seen on the surface of OCS-B at 1 week and 2 weeks in mouse experimental group. It is concluded that newly-developed inorganic bovine bone mineral(OCS-B) is a flourishing bone-forming material and biocompatible material.

  • The regeneration of lost periodontal tissue is a major goal of therapy. Periodontal ligament cell(PDL) is a specialized connective tissue that connects cementum and alveolar bone to maintain and support teeth in situ and preserve tissue homoeostasis. Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs) have shown much potential in the reconstruction of the periodontum by stimulate new bone and new cementum formation. Limitiations of BMP administration to periodontal lesions is high dose delivery, BMP transient biological activity, and low bioavailability of factors at the wound site. Gene delivery method can be alternative treatment strategy to deliver BMPs to periodontal tissue. The purpose of this study is to investigate efficiency of BMP-2 gene delivery with cell-based therapy using PDL cells. PDL cell were transduced with adenoviruses encoding either BMP-2 or Lac-Z gene. To evaluate osteogenic activity of expressed BMP-2 on PDL cells, we investigated secreted BMP-2, cellular activity, ALPase, produced mineralized nodules. To evaluate collagen scaffold as carrier for transduced cell delivery, we examined morphology and secreted BMP-2 of transducd PDL cells on it. BMP-2 transducd PDL cells produced higher levels of BMP-2, ALPase, mineralized nodules than non transduced cells. Cellular activity of transduced cells was showed similar activity to non transduced cells. Transduce cells attached on collagen scaffold secreted BMP-2 at 7day and was showed similar morphology to non transduced cells. These results demonstrated that transduced PDL cells produced biologically active BMP-2 and collagen scaffold could be carrier of transducd cells.

Osteogenic effects of polyethyleneimine-condensed BMP-2 genes in vitro and in vivo (Polyethyleneimine-응축 BMP-2 발현 유전자를 이용한 골형성 효과)

  • Naked DNA and standard vectors have been previously used for gene delivery. Among these, PEI can efficiently condense DNA and has high intrinsic endosomal activities. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the cationic polycation PEI could increase the transfection efficiency of BMP expressing DNA using a vector-loaded collagen sponge model. BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 plasmid was constructed by subcloning human BMP-2 cDNA into the pcDNA3.1 plasmid vector. PEI/DNA complexes were prepared by mixing PEI and BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 and the constructed complexes were loaded into the collagen sponges. In vitro studies, BMSCs were transfected with the PEI/BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 complexes from collgen sponge. The level of secreted BMP-2 and alkaline phosphatase activities of transfected BMSCs were significantly higher in PEI/BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 group than in BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 group (p<0.05). Transfected BMSCs were cultured and mineralization was observed only in cells treated with PEI/BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 complexes. In vivo studies, PEI/BMP-2/pcDNA3.1/collagen, BMP-2/pcDNA3.1/collagen and blank collagen were grafted in skeletal muscle of nude mice. Ectopic bone formation was shown in PEI/BMP-2/pcDNA3.1/collagen grafted mouse 4 weeks postimplantation, while not in BMP-2/pcDNA3.1 grafted tissue. This study suggests that PEI-condensed DNA encoding for BMP-2 is capable of inducing bone formation in ectopic site and might increase the transfection rate of BMP-2/pcDNA3.1. As a non-viral vector, PEI offers the potential in gene therapy for bone engineering.

  • Recently, due to the launch of digital broadcasting service, the demand of Flat Panel Display (FPD) is sharply rising. Among them, the PDP is expected to be one of the most promising digital displays of next generation because of its large screen size, high resolution, thinness and board field of view. Meanwhile, the PDP uses ADS (Address Display-period Separation) scheme which divide one subfield into address and sustaining period to express the grey scale of images. Since the output of sustaining power module Is mostly used for sustaining period, the load of the sustaining power module can be considered as a pulsating load. Due to this particular load condition, if the wide ZVS range of the power switches is not guaranteed, the hard switching causes large amount of switching loss and serious thermal problem in power module. In this paper, a high efficiency power conversion circuit for 60' PDP sustaining power module which achieves wide ZVS range with the help of additional ZVS tank is proposed. According to the various gating methods, the different operations of the proposed converter are presented. And, to confirm the properties of the proposed converter, an experimental prototype of 900W power converter is constructed md tested. As a result, more than $92\%$ of high efficiency is obtained at $10\%$ load condition, and the ZVS operation is achieved from full load to $10\%$ load condition.

The Necessity of Resetting the Filter Criteria for the Minimization of Dose Creep in Digital Imaging Systems (디지털 영상 시스템에서 선량 크리프 최소화를 위한 부가 필터 두께 권고 기준의 재설정에 대한 연구)

  • Recently, Following the recent development of flat panel detector with wide dynamic ranges, increasing numbers of healthcare providers have begun to use digital radiography. As a result, filter thickness standards should be reestablished, as current clinical practice requires the use of thicknesses recommended by the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements, which are based on information, acquired using conventional analog systems. Here we investigated the possibility of minimizing dose creep and optimizing patient dose using Al filters in digital radiography. The use of thicker Al filters resulted in a maximum 19.3% reduction in the entrance skin exposure dose when medical images with similar sharpness values were compared. However, resolution, which is a critical factor in imaging, had a significant change of 1.01 lp/mm. This change in resolution is thought to be due to the increased amount of scattered rays generated from the object due to the X-ray beam hardening effect. The increase in the number of scattered rays was verified using the scattering degradation factor. However, the FPD, which has recently been developed and is widely used in various areas, has greater response to radiation than analog devices and has a wide dynamic range. Therefore, the FPD is expected to maintain an appropriate level of resolution corresponding to the increase in the scattered-ray content ratio, which depends on filter thickness. Use of the FPD is also expected to minimize dose creep by reducing the exposure dose.

Exploring the Thalamus of the Human Brain using Tractography Analysis at 3Tesla MRI (3 Tesla MRI에서 트랙토그래피 분석을 이용한 시상 탐색)

  • Thalamus is known to play an important role in the regulation of nerve function. Thalamus, located in the center of the brain, is involved in sleep, arousal, and emotional regulation, and has been reported to be associated with multiple sclerosis, essential tremors, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease. In addition, it has been reported that iron deposits in the thalamus can cause depressive symptoms with age. Although there are discrepancies between studies, it can be deduced that the thalamus region has a clear effect on neurological disorders due to a strong relationship between the thalamus and neurological functions such as emotional control and processing. Through tractography analysis, the connectivity between the detailed areas of each subcortical region was investigated in the form of a matrix, showing strong connectivity and weak interhemispheric connectivity. In the 59> group, the WM connectivity of thalamus was found to be weaker than those of the two groups. Comparisons between the two groups showed that the young groups (10-39 and 40-59) had higher connection intensity than the 59> group and that statistically significant differences in 3 connection pathways were found in each hemisphere. A decrease in thalamus-related connection strength in aging has shown that it can affect emotional and neurological disorders such as anxiety and depression, and network measurements can help assess cognitive impairment across clinical conditions.

Analysis of Land Cover Composition and Change Patterns in Islands, South Korea (우리나라 도서지역의 토지피복과 변화패턴 분석)

  • In this study, the island's land-use and land-cover change (LULCC) is analyzed in South Korea using remotely sensed land cover data(Globeland 30) acquired from 2000 to 2020 to meet the requirement of providing practical information for forest management. Analysis of LULCC between the 2000 and 2020 images revealed that changes to agricultural land were the most common type of change (7.6% of pixels), followed by changes to the forest (5.7%). The islands forests maintain 157,246 ha (42.2% of the total island area). Land cover types that changed to the forest from grasslands were 262 islands, while reverse cases have occurred on 421 islands. These 683 islands have a possibility of transition and disturbance. The artificial land class was newly calculated in 22 islands. The forests, which account for 42.2% of the 22 island area, turned into grassland, and 27.8% of agricultural land and grassland turned into forests. The development of artificial land often affects developed areas and surrounding areas, resulting in deforestation, management of agriculture, and landscaping. This study can provide insights concerning the fundamental data for assessing ecological functions and constructing forest management plans in islands ecosystems.

A comparative analysis of metadata structures and attributes of Samsung smartphone voice recording files for forensic use (법과학적 활용을 위한 삼성 스마트폰 음성 녹음 파일의 메타데이터 구조 및 속성 비교 분석 연구)

  • Due to the popularization of smartphones, most of the recorded speech files submitted as evidence of recent crimes are produced by smartphones, and the integrity (forgery) of the submitted speech files based on smartphones is emerging as a major issue in the investigation and trial process. Samsung smartphones with the highest domestic market share are distributed with built-in speech recording applications that can record calls and voice, and can edit recorded speech. Unlike editing through third-party speech (audio) applications, editing by their own builtin speech applications has a high similarity to the original file in metadata structures and attributes, so more precise analysis techniques need to prove integrity. In this study, we constructed a speech file metadata database for speech files (original files) recorded by 34 Samsung smartphones and edited speech files edited by their built-in speech recording applications. We analyzed by comparing the metadata structures and attributes of the original files to their edited ones. As a result, we found significant metadata differences between the original speech files and the edited ones.

Fabrication of fixed prosthesis by employing functionally generated path technique and dual scan technique in a tardive dyskinesia patient: a case report (지연성 운동이상증 환자에서 functionally generated path 술식과 이중스캔법을 이용한 고정성 보철물 제작: 증례 보고)

  • Tardive dyskinesia is an involuntary neurological movement disorder caused by long-term use of dopamine receptor-blocking drugs leading to dental implications like uncontrolled gnashing and grinding of teeth which in turn imperil the oral rehabilitation procedures as the excessive load increases the risk of prosthesis fracture. A 40-year male with a medical history of tardive dyskinesia visited the hospital to receive oral rehabilitation for missing maxillary anterior teeth. After the oral examination, tooth preparation was done on teeth 13, 15, and 23. After that silicon impression was made and the gypsum cast was digitalized using a desktop scanner and an interim prosthesis was fabricated by milling a resin block. During the try-in, the occlusal one-third of the interim prosthesis was trimmed, and an auto-polymerizing acrylic resin was applied on the occlusal surfaces and inserted in the patient's mouth. Then, the functionally generated path (FGP) of occluding surfaces of opposing arches was traced on the resin surface. When the resin was hardened, the modified interim prosthesis was removed and digitized using an intraoral scanner. The scan image was used in designing the occlusal morphology of definitive prosthesis by modifying the design of the interim prosthesis using the dual scan method. Lastly, a monolithic zirconia prosthesis was fabricated by milling a zirconia block. The definitive prosthesis was delivered reflecting the patient's occlusal scheme. This case report shows that the FGP technique with the dual scan method can help in fabricating fixed prosthesis with harmonious occlusion in a tardive dyskinesia patient.
