The concern of personal and social security has been increased all over the world with each passing day by the international terrorism and the domestic crime of violence grew gradually in the late of 70's and the early of 80's. The Security-Guard Industry, especially, has been growing rapidly by the starting from the 911 terror in 2001, therefore there has been increasing the supply and demand of Security Service in Korea explosively by the reasons, Actually, the Facilities Security Service is increased actively more than the VIP security Service among them. So, most of the Security-Guard Companies in Korea also have treated the Facilities Security Service at present. Although the importance of quality at the Facilities Security Service, especially mechanical equipments and systems, is on the rise, actually the studies about relations with the Service Quality and the Client's Satisfaction are quite insufficient at the field of Security-Guard Science study in the actual situation. As a result, the purposes of this study are to contribute for composing the knowledge of Security-Guard Science and to offer the basic data for elevating the Service Quality and Client's Satisfaction by consulting other studies. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we compare and analyze how the Service Quality have affect on the difference of Client's Satisfaction by the client's characteristic of sociology and demography, then we find out the effect to the Service Quality for Client's Satisfaction, finally we try to show the vision of the Security-Guard Company's future in Korea. 1. Privacy of personal information disclosure incident occurs frequently as a problem to our society's most important and sensitive social agenda is emerging. Personal information is actually more accurate, depending on the type or types of economic value and sensitivity, the quality of the information, because it can cause a spill a serious social threat and systematic personal information protection and management are not carried out and the information society in a big mess can result. Customers my affairs when small guard security companies, especially the sensitive personal information of customers who need to work, the collected information be leaked or the company's trade secrets, are exposed on the outside, it could be a serious threat to a greater problem cause. Small escort guard companies, however, compared with large companies to build its own security system, due to issues such as the extent of funding, staffing shortages, there are many difficulties. Status of Information Security, scale and analyze the characteristics of small escort guard companies occupied by guard security companies in the present study, sleep, look at him in the solution of the practical issues of information protection system laid small guard. Expenses supplier of propose a security system for preventing the leakage of personal information.

The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

본 논문에서는 경찰청에서 제공하는 2019년 민간경비업체와 민간경비원의 현황을 통해서 민간경비의 다양한 해석과 사각으로 이론적 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 민간경비업체와 경비원 수는 총 5356개와 16만 3177명으로 나타났다. 현황으로 살펴본 민간경비업의 특징은 크게 4가지가 나타났다. 첫 번째 민간경비업체 수와 경비원의 수가 수도권으로 집중되었다. 기계경비원을 제외하고 53%~89%가 수도권(서울·경기·인천)에 집중되었다. 두 번째, 시설경비에 대한 집중이다. 시설경비가 민간경비업체와 경비원 수에 차지하는 비율은 각각 83%와 86%를 차지함으로써 경비업법에 의한 구분이 아닌 경비원은 곧 시설경비원을 뜻하는 것처럼 느껴지게 되었다. 세 번째, 비정상적인 신변보호 업체 수와 경비원 수이다. 2019년 기준으로 신변보호 업체의 수보다 신변보호원이 없는 상황이 발생하고 있고, 이는 허가만 유지, 시설경비업무와 경계모호, 신고 누락, 자체경비 전환으로 인한 것으로 보인다. 네 번째, 특수경비업의 특수성이다. 국가중요시설에서 일하는 특수경비원은 국가의 정책에 따라서 한국공항공사의 한공보안파트너스, 인천공항공사의 인천공항경비를 자회사로 하고 정규직 전환을 진행 중에 있기 때문에 특수경비업체 수와 경비원 수의 변화는 불가피한 것으로 보인다.

지난 10여 년 동안 대만사회의 가장 큰 변화 중 하나는 '개인 경비', 혹은 '개인 경호' 사업이 크게 발달했다는 것이다. 민간의 역량과 과학화된 설비로써 재산보호와 신변보호를 하고자 하는 개인 경비에는 여러 방식이 있다. 예를 들어 개인안전 경비(즉, 수행경호), 현금운송 경비, 주거경비, 상공업경비(여기에는 공장지대의 안전한 보호와 백화점, 금융기관, 보석상점 및 편의점 등의 경비가 포함됨), 그리고 각종 경비장치의 설치 등이 있다. 천징훼이(陳靜慧, 2006)는 대만의 경비 산업 경영형태에 대해 아래와 같이 분석하였다. 그의 주장에 따르면, 대만의 경비 산업은 일반 업무 위주로 하고 있으며, 여기에는 시스템 경비, 상근 경비, 현금 경비, 신변 경비가 있다고 밝혔다. 이 일반 업무는 일본, 미국, 독일의 형태와 유사하다. 그러나 미국과 독일의 경비회사들은 특수한 업무를 담당하고 있다. 미국의 경우 무장경비 현금수송, 신용조사 업무, 보험조사 업무, 거짓말 탐지 업무를 수행한다. 독일의 특수 업무에는 군대설비 경비, 교통지휘 및 질서 유지, 신속 고발 경비, 그리고 교도소 경비가 있다. 량신쩐(梁心禎, 2006)은 대만의 경비 산업 발전의 흐름에 대해 다음 세 단계로 구분했다. 제1단계는 1978년부터 1987년까지로 이 시기 대만은 일본 경비 사업 발전의 영향을 수용했기 때문에 일본의 경비사업 관리방식과 시스템 설비를 받아들여 점차 대만 방식의 경비 형태로 발전시켜 나갔다. 초기 발전단계의 경영방식은 주로 외국 기술과의 협력을 통한 시스템 경비가 주를 이루었다. 제2단계는 1988년부터 1997년까지인데, 이 시기에 이르러 경비 사업은 비인기 사업에서 인기 사업으로 시장이 확대되었고, 해외업체와의 활발한 기술 교류, 새로운 브랜드 개발과 경비 경영 방식의 혁신, 그리고 상근 경비와 수행경호와 같은 경비 관련 항목의 확장을 이루었다. 또한 이 시기에 수많은 경비회사들이 세워져 새로운 경쟁시대로 돌입하였다. 제3단계는 1998년부터 현재까지로 이전의 전통적인 건물경비 방식에서 경비와 부동산 관리 서비스를 함께하는 방식으로 경영 형태가 바뀌었고 전반적인 서비스 품질을 중시하기 시작하였다. 따라서 경비 사업자는 아파트 및 빌딩관리 보호 회사를 설립하여 이를 공동 경영하였으며, 전문적이고 종합적인 단계로 들어섰다. 대만 경비 교육제도의 설립과 제도화된 면허증 시스템 구축은 아직 초보적인 단계로써 여전히 이 두 방면의 발전을 강화시켜야 하는데, 교육과 심사를 시행하여 경비원의 소질을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 경비사업자는 과학기술적인 통제 시스템을 받아들여 인건비를 낮추고 서비스의 범위와 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 각 지방의 노동조합은 정부가 법령을 개정하여 경비원의 자격제한과 업무를 보장해주도록 건의해야만 경호원의 대우와 이미지가 개선될 수 있다. 아울러 국제학술교류의 확대와 경비 관련 산업에 대한 토론회와 전시회를 자주 개최하여 새로운 지식을 습득해야 한다.

The Private Security Industry of Korea began after served security service for the United States army of 8 division. The industry grew up after establish private security regulation on December 31th of 1976. Early 1980's the industry was accelerated from bringing technical knowledge of developed nations rapidly. Also, private security was gotten into the spotlight by one of futurity industry instead public security after companies performed 86 Asian game and 88 Seoul Olympic successfully. Therefore, the industry became to increase qualitatively and quantitatively. From late 1990's the private security regulations were revised fifteen times and created about education system, bodyguard, and leader of security. 3,836 private companies and 150,030 private guards had operated until 2012. However, some of companies received administrative measure, because of the companies ran immorally. The minor companies are continuously closed down from the leader's inefficient operation. Approval standard of establishment has imperfect law. Solutions of problems are to provide high quality service, to expand company affairs, to attract specific customers through efficiency expert, to change standard of leader of security guards, to establish security education institution through the government and to intensify requirements to establish the company.

This study is concerned on Why The Certified Security certification is needed and How to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. Theses days are required The Certified Certificate in all the industry. And in this point of view, the certified certificate is a kind of confirmation by an authority to the person who has how much special knowledge and practice in a certain field. Moreover, in the functionalism society the certified certificate system would be very positive effect to the related industry and society as official measurement by an authority. The security is freedom from fear and anxiety. Which means the security can not be operated in isolation from citizen's safe-living expectation, and which is also dealing with valuable human being's life. For getting the better purpose the security industry employees should have more organized special training and education. As my understanding the certified certificate exam system is the confirmation by an authority, the certified certificate is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients. In this point of view the core point is How to control The Certified Certificate by a credied authority.

This study is designed to contribute for development of Private Security Business by fact-finding in instruction and training of private security guard serviced in this realm and domestic and foreign guard service and modeling effective and rational instruction and training program based on drawn problem. For this study, basically I collected and analyzed documents, theses, and papers of the inside and outside of the country. For practical use of data, I used materials of private security related institutes and police agency. And for private security educating training programs of the inside and outside of the country, I collected materials on internet, and with the help of police agency and interpol. For korean private security company's educating training programs, I made a study with the interview of private security company's businessmen. This study's conclusion is as follows. In a domestic private security enterprise, when set theory instruction minimize instruction and training program and must set up instruction and training program as practical affairs center enemy instruction, and theory instruction must be composed for instruction me that it is connected to practical affairs instruction too. The instruction course of private security guard instruction and training program composed with a security outline, a security plan, an information-gathering, civilian expenses, a security way, terror and terrorism, a related law, security trial, electronic security, a security analysis technique, company introduction, instruction and training program about a professional tube with theory instruction. Practical affairs instruction composed with the selection and a preventive security, close contact attendance security, vehicle security, security driving the security martial arts and self-protection liquor, first aid, security equipment, a gun and shooting, a security protocol, customer satisfaction, facilities security and expenses, a fire fighting instruction, teamwork training, explosive and a dangerous substance, physical strength, a documentation practical affairs, service, instruction and training program about foreigh language instruction.

The purpose of this study is to derive an optimal regression model for occurrences of major crimes on a security company's stock price through identifying precedence of the occurrences of major crimes on the security company's stock price, relationship between the occurrences of major crimes and the security company's stock price. Followings are the results of this study. First, the occurrences of murder crime, robbery crime, rape crime, theft crime move along the security company's monthly stock price simultaneously, and the occurrence of violence crime precedes 6 months to the security company's monthly stock price depending on the results of cross-correlation analysis of precedence of occurrences of major crimes, such as murder crime, robbery crime, rape crime, theft crime, violence crime on the security company's monthly stock price. Second, the explanation of the occurrences of robbery crime, rape crime, theft crime on the security company's monthly stock price is 61.7%($R^2$ = .617) excluding murder crime, violence crime depending on the results of multiple regression analysis(stepwise method) by putting the occurrences of major crimes, such as murder crime, robbery crime, rape crime, theft crime, violence crime into the security company's monthly stock price.

This study found the strategies for activating the security industry to utilize social network services based on the platform business model. This research was utilized for in-depth interview and IPA analysis. And use it was to check the contents and strategic improvement projects that can actually materialize and direction of the strategy. First, run a priority need area is a private center of community policing related portal development and operation, universal social networking service(SNS) utilizing expanded, professional training, IT-based security content management and operation of IT infrastructure security guards and security professionals up educational content development, online security guards and security professionals-up refresher training program development. Second, the area over the inventory capabilities increase the effectiveness of the security guards was constructed open-type comprehensive public information system. Third, the area needed to be reviewed are the individual security industry experts workers operating information channels, dedicated customer service and expanding the event of a private security guard & security service providers up. Fourth, the effectiveness of the insufficient area are discuss system improvements, the sharing of community policing closed Cameras for proposals for the expanded utilization of social networking services, private development organizations Social Network Service(SNS).
