This study presents the system to develop the web-based pro-environmental road planning and evaluation system in order to support the decision making for the land development. It was found that the proposed system can display the analysis result 3 dimensionally based on digital map and it can be applied to document development towards efficient operations.

Information and communication industry, which has been growing rapidly, is now leading the global economic growth, contributing a ripple effect on general business and economic structure. It is said that information and communication industry enables swift economic growth taking a role as a basic industry of information-oriented society. Especially, rapid technical innovation promotes mutual growth of other related industries and it is technology-intensive. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management efficiency of information and communication industry using DEA method, and finally suggests numerical value for inefficient organizations to improve their efficiency. CCR-I, BCC-I efficiency and RTS(Returns to scale) of 29 companies engaged in information and communication industry was evaluated. With the results, we suggested the model companies for benchmarking in information and communication industry. To summarize, 7 companies were selected with CCR-I efficiency rate 1, and 12 companies with BCC-I efficiency rate 1. RTS was finalized with 8 IRS companies, 10 DRS companies, and 11 CRS companies.

Assessment of APC has focused on large size, specialization, and structuralization based on business performance. In the future, first, it should be complemented to have correlation with management efficiency. Second, because of the rate of weight for each index, it is necessary to develop a specific index or adjust allotting of marks so that there can be correlation between indexes. Third, since APCs have high values in the composite assessment and low values in the sales amount, it is necessary to develop various kinds of indexes, including the index to evaluate processing value-added, that of customer satisfaction with assessment, and that of customer relationship maintenance performance through introduction of a customer relationship management system (CRM), in pursuit of balance. Lastly, the results of this study are expected to be able to help make APCs efficient in relation to integration of production organizations so that they will convert and develop into a basic product processing center in coping with changes in internal and external environment of agricultural marketing.

The sustainable operation and development of ports is a key industry for Korea's national economy. It is increasingly more important to resolve conflicts with local communities due to port environmental problems such as air pollution, water pollution, noise and ecosystem destruction while securing port competitiveness through infrastructure expansion. In case of the Busan New Port development project in Korea, construction has been temporally suspended due to conflict with local fishermen over marine sand mining for construction. A primary reason for this is the absence and limitation of qualitative port environmental impact assessment methodologies in Korea. This includes the current investigation of fisheries damaged by ports. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to propose economic valuation methods for assessing environmental impacts that are essential for efficient port environmental management and for sustainable port operation and development in Korea. To do this, this study examines the overall port environmental problems and their effects (damages) through the analysis of environmental policies and case studies of domestic and overseas ports. Then economic valuation methods are suggested for total economic values (TEV) of damaged environmental goods and services. Among the proposed methods, Habitat Equivalency Analysis (HEA), as a more scientific data based method, was applied to estimate marine ecosystem service damages from the designation of Busan New Port Anchorages. Finally, based on the study results, more efficient port environmental management will be achieved through the institutional adoption of the proposed economic impact assessment methods for port environmental damages.

경제적성과는 생산자, 소비자, 정부 등과 같은 경제주체들이 생산, 투자, 소비 등의 활동을 얼마나 유기적이며 효율적으로 잘 하느냐에 달려있고, 소비자전망조사는 경제주체 중 소비자의 향후 경기 및 소비에 대한 심리를 조사하고 이를 지수화하여 소비 및 경기 예측자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이렇게 작성된 소비자기대지수와 소비자평가지수는 서로 높은 상관관계를 가지고 움직이며, 이들의 차는 동행지수 순환변동치보다 3개월 정도 선행하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자기대지수는 계절성 검토결과 계절성이 있으며, 원계열보다 계절조정계열이 움직임이 뚜렷하며, 동행지수 순환변동치와 비교결과 선행성도 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이외에도 소비자기대지수는 소비관련 지표인 GDP 민간소비와 가계소비지출과도 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 정보변수로서의 유용성이 있는 것을 확인하였다.

IMF이후 경제회생을 위한 구조조정과 더불어 조세제도의 개편 움직임도 활발하다. 납세자들로부터 조세제도나 조세정책을 올바르게 평가받으려면 첫째, 세부담의 형평성이 있어야 하고 둘째, 경제적 효율을 높일 수 있어야 하며 셋째, 단순하고 시행하기 쉬워야한다는 기준 아래 개편이 이루어져야 한다.

The aim for this study is to suggest a practical model to measure the financial values of the achievements from corporate research and development(R&D) projects. Performance indicators for R&D projects were identified from the extensive literature reviews and the evaluation methods to convert them into financial values were proposed to overcome the problems of excessive predictions and subjective expert assessments in existing methods. The proposed model was applied to R&D projects of an IT company in Korea for its validity test. The model is expected to be a turning point in economic evaluation of corporate R&D projects in general due to its practical and reasonable scheme.

Recent years, the construction projects of a world-wide have changed toward integrated evaluation considering all environmental and economic aspect for ecological construction.. The object of this study is to suggest the method and system for integrated analysis VE/LCC and LCA. In order to integrate and analyze environmental and economic aspects of alternative design elements, decision maker should handle simultaneously much information such as cost, document and drawing. This study presents applicative methods of WBS for integrated management of these information. Also, this study presents a decision support system that can manage DB easily by using VE, LCC and LCA analysis module separately.

The purpose underlying this study is to evaluate tourism development impacts from analyzing residents' and tourists' perceptions. Questionnaire surveys were carried on Kanhyun area in Kangwondo, Korea. Generally, residents in the area perceive positive economic impacts due to tourism development, however levels of employment and economic independence of the locality are perceived low. Sociocultural changes also bring negative aspects in life and residents' awareness of environmental impacts show far more negative. Tourists' satisfaction levels with the area and the management attributes are relatively high. Some suggestions are made based on the result of the survey to help the area to be more successful as a tourist destination. More comprehensive research is needed for the future study.

비효율적으로 운영되는 빗물관리시설은 투입된 자원의 낭비, 편익의 상실 등 해당 건축물의 경제적 피해로 그치지 않고 오염된 빗물의 유출로 인해 도시 내 환경성을 저해할 수 있으며, 불필요한 시설이라는 인식으로 인해 빗물관리기술의 확산에 지장을 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 빗물관리를 유도하고 기술의 확산을 도모고자 한다. 빗물관리시설의 운영효율을 평가하기 위하여, 빗물관리시설의 이수목적 운영효율과 치수목적 운영효율, 수질개선 효율 등을 정량화할 수 있는 지표를 제안하였다. 향후에는 제안된 평가방법을 검증하기 위한 연구가 추가적으로 진행되어야 할 필요가 있을 것이다.
