A Study on Determinants of International Technology Transfer in Chemical Industry (화학산업의 국제 기술이전 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • Technology transferors and technology transferees decide to transfer technology with various motivations as they share benefits and risks. On top of economic benefit factors and risk factors provided by technology transferees, technology transferors also make technology transfer decisions by taking into account various factors such as government policies and systems, as well as their management strategies. In this study, the factors influencing the technology transfer in the chemical industry and the influence on the technology transfer intention are analysed. As a result of this study, factors influencing technology transfer are economic benefit factor, technological factor, risk factor, and socio-cultural factor. A significant differences in the influencing factors between the technology transferors and the technology transferees are that the economic benefit factors are more considered by the technology transferees and the technological factors are more considered by technology transferors in technology transfer. Technology transferees shows the stronger intention to enter technology transfer than the technology transferors.

  • 우리나라는 그동안 급속한 경제성장의 결과 국민들의 경제사회 생활이 향상됨에 따라 건강에 대한 국민의 관심이 고조되었고, 보건의료를 비롯한 복지욕구도 해마다 증대되어 왔다. 이러한 국민적 욕구에 부응하여 정부는 2000연대를 향한 기초사업을 이미 제사차경제개발 5개년 계획시부터 사회개발정책의 일환으로 시작 하였으며 금년부터 시행하고 있는 제6차 계획 가운데 사회개발정책의 주요과제의 하나로서 국민보건의료의 확충사업을 채택하여 경제성장의 혜택을 모든 국민계층에 형평되게 배분함으로써 국민건강증진을 통한 복지사회 구현을 도모하도록 하고 있다.

산업용 열병합발전의 경제성 연구

  • 산업용 열병합발전은 연료경제성면에서 충분히 경쟁력이 있는 것으로 인정되고 있으나, 모든 환경에서 경제성이 보장되는 것으로 생각할 수는 없다. 따라서 다음의 여건을 충분히 감안, 전문적인 검토를 받고 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 첫째, 산업용 열병합발전기의 추진에는 부하특성을 면밀히 검토하고 한전의 수전단가를 고려한 최적용량이 결정되어야 한다. 둘째, 석탄, 석유, 가스 등 연료면에서 다양한 검토를 실시하고 자체공장의 여건에 맞는, 경제성이 있는 연료의 선택이 중요하다. 셋째, 정부에서 열병합발전을 하는 업체에 주는 세제, 금융상의 혜택을 최대한으로 이용할 수 있도록 계획하여야 한다.

Intention to Participate in Collaborative Consumption as Providers and Users (제공자 및 사용자로서의 협력적 소비 참여의도에 관한 연구)

  • Collaborative consumption was suggested as a new paradigm of consumption and business model that focuses on sharing and using resources to reduce the risks of resource depletion and environmental impact. Individual consumers carry out a role not only as users but also as providers for collaborative consumption. In the present study, the authors investigated consumers' intention to participate in collaborative consumption both as providers and users. The effects of perceived benefit of collaborative consumption, subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were analyzed. The perceptions on benefits and subjective norms were relatively high, while the perception on ease of participation was relatively low. The effects of subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were significant. The result shows that support from one's reference group and the perception on ease of participation have significant positive effects on the intent to participate in collaborative consumption. Therefore, communication strategies for developing a positive consumer attitude and a social consensus about the necessity of collaborative consumption are needed.

  • 가스로부터의 다이아몬드 합성은 실용화되면 막대한 혜택 및 경제적 이득을 줄 것으로 예상되어 일본과 미국, 유럽 등에서 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있는 인공적인 다이아몬드 막을 형성하는 기초적인 원리 및 방법, 응용 분야 등을 소개하였다. 일본에서만도 대학, 연구소 기업체의 연계로 과거 20년 동안 100여건의 특허를 출원해 놓고 있는 등 막대한 투자로 각 분야에 상용화가 머지 않아 이루어질 전망으로 국내에서도 이분야의 다양한 연구가 이루어지지 않으면 기술격차가 심화될 것으로 전망이 된다. 소개된대로 다이아몬드 박막 기술은 여러 분야의 응용이 가능하고 메카니즘 등 밝혀지지 않은 점들이 많아 산,학,연의 연계로 도전해 볼 만한 분야라고 말할 수 있다.

A Study on the Relationships Among Sought Benefits, Purchase Experiences, and Brand Relationship in Case of Cosmetics (소비재 제품의 제품 추구혜택, 구매체험이 소비자 - 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향: 화장품 제품을 중심으로)

  • This study tried to investigate the relationships among the sought benefits, consumer-brand relationship and purchase experiences with regard to cosmetics, based on Scmitt (1999)'s Strategic Experiential Modules (SEM) which classified consumer's purchase experiences into five modules (sense, feel, think, act & relate) and provide strategic implications based on the results. According to the result, among the sought benefits of cosmetics, functionality had the most significant impact on purchase experience, and brand affected "sense" and "think-act-relate" experiential modules. Fashion was only found to affect "feel" module. Also, the "think-act-relate" module positively affected all components of consumer-brand relationship. And, "love and passion" component was significantly influenced by sensory experience, while "mutual commitment" and "affinity" were both affected by affective experience. In addition, gender difference was found in fashion, economy, and functionality among the sought benefits, Specifically, women showed higher score on fashion and functionality than men, while men scored higher in economy benefit than women. Also gender was a differentiating factor for "feel" and "think-act-relate" experiential modules, where women scored higher than men. Finally, In terms of causal relationships, "functionality" influenced all three experiential modules (sense, feel, think-act-relate) for both men and women. But, women showed more significant relationship between brand and sensory module, whereas men showed significant relationship between brand and think-act-relate module. At conclusion, the study provides some strategic implications that cosmetics companies need to strengthen brand relationship with consumers in order to provide them with targeted purchase experiences that fit the benefits most sought by them, which will result in competitive strengths.

  • 페이징 시스템의 발달과 시행은 오늘날 특정 영역 내에서의 진보가 다른 영역의 균형있는 발전에 얼마나 많이 의존하고 있는가를 보여주는 전형적인 예이다. 과거의 페이징 시스템은 한 공장의 근로자에게 혜택을 주었다. 위성을 이용하는 미래의 페이징 시스템은 전세계 모든 곳의 모든 사람에게 다양한 혜택을 제공해 줄 수 있게 된다. 점진적으로, 한 쌍의 킬로미터와 점선으로 연결된 전구와 벨은 처음으로 무선시스템으로 대체되어 한 국가라는 지역을 넘어서 서비스를 제공해 왔다. 디지털 기술의 개발을 포함해서, 무선 설비가 소형화 됨에 따라 이러한 일은 점차적으로 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 전기통신에 의한 우주 무선통신과 특히 정지위성 시스템의 엄청난 발전으로 전세계는 가까워지게 되었지만 거의 엄청난 비용과 이용자들이 갖춰야할 것들 때문에 이러한 영역에 접근하는 것은 거의 한정되어 방송용으로만 준비되어 왔다. 오랫동안 LEO 위성은 과학적, 군사적인 용도로만 이용되어 왔는데 그것은 이 위성이 원래 가지고 있는 문제점들로 하루마다 지평선 위의 아주 짧은 통행로와 관계된 것 때문이었다. 그러나 현재는 하나의 시스템을 형성하기 위해 수많은 LEO 위성들의 발사를 감당해 낼 수 있는 장치와 여러 영역에서의 공동작용(synergy) 덕분에, VHF대의 아주 저렴한 시설을 이용한 경제적, 기술적 장점을 인식하고, 혼신을 다하여 다이내믹 채널 활동지점 시스템(denamic channel activity assignment system)을 개발하였고, 마지막으로 말하지만 결코 가볍게 인식해서는 안될 WARC-92가 필요한 주파수대를 지정해야한다는 의도를 밝힌 것 등이 개인간의 통신을 전세계적으로 확대하는데 있어서 디딤돌이 될 것이다.

  • For the purpose of carbon mitigation, Korea needs to introduce stronger market-based economic incentives to promote environmentally-friendly behaviors of consumers. In particular, the government could consider introducing tax benefits on income taxation for green consumption, as well as public education and campaign, to stimulate environmentally-friendly consumption behaviors. In this respect, using an analysis of Input-Output and Household Income and Expenditure Survey in Korea, this paper designs four major scenarios related to income tax benefits for green consumption, and then explores the economy-wide effects of those proposed policies.

  • Around the world, a lot of people are migrating to the urban areas, and new cities are continuously being constructed. Currently about 54 percent of the world's population live in the urban areas, and by 2050, it is expected to increase to 66 percent; thus, managing the urban areas is one of the most important challenges of sustainable development in the 21st century. The key to successful urban management is to preserve the urban green spaces, which provide aesthetic, psychological and health benefits to the urban citizens. However, the benefits of the urban green spaces are not fully appreciated within the societies due to the difficulty of economic valuation of the urban green spaces. This study examined whether the view of the Songdo Central Park has a positive influence on the prices of the surrounding apartments, using the hedonic pricing method. The results showed that a positive relation exists between the view of the Songdo Central Park and the price of apartment. The price of an apartment with the view of the Songdo Central Park was 5 percent higher than that of an apartment without the view. In addition, it was estimated that the proximity to the Songdo Central Park has an influence on the housing price as well.
