A Study on the Effect of Characteristics of Shopping Mall on Revisit -Focusing on the difference in online platform form- (온라인 쇼핑몰의 특성이 소비자 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 -온라인 플랫폼 형태 차이를 중심으로-)

  • The development of modern industry is changing the consumption pattern of consumers. With the advent of COVID-19, consumers' consumption using online e-commerce has begun to become more active. Online shopping malls where e-commerce takes place have four types of platforms: stand-alone, rental, open market and store farm. Among them, by comparing the stand-alone and store farm types, this study was conducted how the platform type affects consumers' purpose of using the online shopping mall and their intention to revisit the online shopping mall. This study analyzed 202 surveys within the last six months. According to the results of the study, reliability and information had a significant impact on psychological benefits. In addition, promotion and convenience have had a significant impact on economic benefits. The psychological and economic benefits, have been found to have a significant impact on the intention of revisit. However, there is no difference depending on the platform type.

  • The objective of this research is to suggest how to keep the continuous customers and how to build business model and marketing strategy. In detail, this research aims to closely examine the relationship among SNS quality(service quality, information quality, system quality) for airline customers, relational benefit(social benefits, psychological benefit, customization benefit, economic benefit) and customer satisfaction. As a result, if SNS quality is getting better, relational benefit better is higher. Specifically service information quality is more impactive to relational benefit than system quality. The effect of psychological customization benefits from SNS quality is the strongest to customer satisfaction of all factors. To conclude, the results of this research can be the guideline when designing marketing strategies for airline customers and for traditional tourism customers who use SNS.

  • The Korean government is making an effort to win the advance and international competitiveness of construction by changing Construction Industry into Knowledge-based information industry through Construction CALS. However, systematically obstructive factors and recession make participation of private construction companies in Construction CALS sluggish. The purpose of this paper is to suggest incentive program to induce participation of private construction companies in Construction CALS. Before setting up the direction of incentive program, the level of informatization in Korean Construction industry was grasped. Evaluation category for the discriminate application of incentives was defined and available incentive program was suggested.

A Study on the Customer Segmentation and Performance by Medical Service Experience : Focusing on the Relational Benefits (의료서비스 경험에 의한 고객세분화와 성과에 관한 연구: 병원-고객 간의 관계혜택을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the customers according to the characteristics of the relational benefits and to compare the performances of the sub-groups. As a result of the research, the group type according to the relational benefits was subdivided into 3 groups, and each group was named emotional relational group, continuous relational group and intermittent relational group considering customer characteristics. First, the emotional relational group is the group that emphasizes the empathy and assurance between the service provider and the customer, and the continuous relational group is the group with the highest social, confidence and economic benefits. The intermittent relational group was simply a transaction-oriented group. This implies that a differentiated customer management strategy is needed for each relational benefit group based on customer experience in medical services.

Effects of Service Quality of One Person Start-Ups and Perceived Relational Benefits on Consumer's Behavioral Intention: Focus on Gwangju Area (1인 창업의 서비스 품질, 지각된 관계 혜택이 소비자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 광주 지역을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the factors influencing consumer's behavioral intention by one person start-ups in the food-service field, and also looked into the effects of service quality by start-ups and perceived relational benefits on behavioral intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 1 to March 30 on 278 citizens of Gwangju Metropolitan City who used one person start-ups. Regarding research results, 3 variables, namely food quality, food value, and physical environment, were set upas e lower variables of service quality in one person start-ups, while 4 variables,psychological benefits, economic benefits, social benefits, and customer benefits, were established as relational benefits. In addition, regression analysis considering consumer's behavioral intention as dependant variable revealed all paths exhibiting a significant, positive(+) corelation.

The Influencing Factors and Moderating Factors on Intention to Continuously Use Car-Hailing Mobility Service (차량호출 모빌리티 서비스 지속이용의도의 영향요인 및 조절요인 연구)

  • Mobility services are rapidly developing along with information and communication technology (ICT) innovation. Recently, the on-demand mobility platform market is growing, and an environment is provided in which users can call services more conveniently and check the connection status in real time using smartphones. This study investigates the current status of users' perceptions and experiences of car-hailing mobility services such as KAKAO Taxi and UT Taxi, and it analyzes the factors affecting the intention to continuously use the car-hailing service, focusing on environmental and instrumental benefits and trust in driver and platform. In particular, this study examines whether the significance of the relationship between influencing factors and continuous use intention could vary depending on the degree of innovativeness and ICT utilization. The results of this study showed that perceived benefits (environmental benefits and convenience and economic instrumental benefits) and trust in driver had significant effects on increasing trust in platform. It was analyzed that the higher the trust in platform, the higher the intention to continuously use the car-hailing service. Furthermore, the influence of perceived environmental benefits and economic benefits on the trust in platform was different depending on the degree of individual innovativeness, and the influence of convenience and economic benefits on the trust in platform varied depending on the degree of ICT utilization. Referring to the results of this study, mobility service providers can better understand the current status of users' perceptions and trust for car-hailing services, and implement service promotion strategies suitable for individual characteristics.

실물옵션을 이용한 대규모 단계적 투자프로젝트의 평가모형에 관한 연구

  • 실물옵션은 전통적인 경제성 평가기준의 하나인 순현재가치 분석법이 의사결정 과정에서 경영의 유연성을 무시함으로써 투자 혹은 자산의 가치를 낮게 평가하는 단점을 제거하고 이를 평가에 적절히 포함시킬 수 있다고 여겨지고 있어 새로운 평가방법으로 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 정보기술(IT) 분야에서는 다음과 같은 이유 때문에 전통적인 현금흐름할인 방법이 효과적이지 못할 수 있다. (1) 우선, 정보통신 분야에서 대부분의 정보기술 기반 투자 프로젝트는 막대한 자본이 소요되기 때문에 기업들은 이를 피하기 위하여 단계적인 투자계획을 세우는 경우가 많다. (2) 또한, 초기 기반에 대한 투자의 주요한 혜택이 대부분 그 이후 단계의 투자에서 구현되기 때문에 성급한 초기투자에 대한 경제성 평가는 이후의 혜택을 무시할 가능성이 많아진다. (3) 마지막으로 초기의 투자 프로젝트에 참여하지 못하면, 이 후의 프로젝트에 참여하기 어렵기 때문에 미래의 혜택을 얻을 수 없게 된다. 이러한 여러 가지 이유로 이를 적절히 평가할 수 있는 실물옵션 평가방법이 선호된다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신 분야의 투자와 같은 대규모 프로젝트의 특징을 평가방법의 입장에서 살펴보고, 실물옵션 개념을 응용하여 이러한 투자 형태의 평가를 위한 모델을 개발하고 적용방법을 생각해본다.

  • Gentrification, caused by residents who are being forced out due to the rise of rent with vitalization by an excessive increase of city tourists and Touristification, meaning of phenomenon of residents' migration caused by residential area turning into tourist attraction have recently pointed out as a global problem. In Korea, the phenomenon such as environmental pollution, the rise of land value and rent, and the weakening of community culture in Jeju island and Bukchon Hanok Village has appeared as well. This phenomenon has become a serious problem by hindering resident's quality of life. In this circumstance, Smart tourism city has been regarded as a solution of these problems. Hence, this study chose Busan city, which has been designated as a smart city since 2015, and examined the complex impacts of the economic benefits, social costs, environmental substantiality, cultural benefits, and technical effects derived from tourism development on the residents' deteriorated quality of life based on Fuzzy-set Qualitative Analysis (fsQCA). As a result, three patterns of the hindrance to residents' quality of life were derived. If social costs of tourism development are perceived to be large, the residents perceive deteriorated quality of life, even if they recognize essential benefits (technological and economic benefits) (Pattern #1) or secondary benefits (environmental and cultural benefits) (Pattern #2) of tourism development. In addition, some residents were found not to recognize any benefits of tourism development (Pattern #3).

The Effect of Technology Acceptance Factors on Behavioral Intention for Agricultural Drone Service by Mediating Effect of Perceived Benefits (기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택을 매개로 농업드론 서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the factors affecting the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. The survey results of 324 agricultural-related workers were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. The effects of technology acceptance factors by UTAUT on the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service and the mediating effects of perceived benefits were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the technology acceptance factors had positive (+) effects on perceived benefits and behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. Second, economics mediated between factors excluding performance expectancy and intention, convenience also mediated between factors excluding social influence and intention, and there was no significant mediating effect of practicality benefits. In the future, a further research is required for people trained in agriculture or drone or had a drone license.

Education and Economic Development in Korea (A Comparative Study to United States of America During 1950-1970) (한국과 미국의 경제성장 및 교육발전에 대한 비교연구(1950년부터 1970년까지를 중심으로))

  • 발전이란 말은 한 국가나 사회가 교육적, 경제적, 사회문화적 및 정치적으로 안정된 기조를 확립하여 국민 전체가 생을 영위함에 있어서 경제적으로 부족함이 없이 윤택하고 각종 사회적 제도가 참 삶을 추구할 수 있는 방향으로 변천되어 가는 과정을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 발전과 번영을 위해 약진하고 있는 대한민국의 최근 20년간의 발전과정 (1950년부터 1970년까지)을 경제적측면과 교육적 측면에서 미국의 것과를 비교하기 위하여 유네스코 통계 연감에 의하여 그 자료를 분석 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 한국은 경제성장율이 늘어남에 따라서 교육비 투자가 증가되었고 따라서 초등교육과정은 1965년도에서부터 취학율이 100%를 상회하게 되었으나 중등교육은 1968년도에 취학율이 겨우 36%로 아직도 저조하며 여학생 취학율은 초등교육에서 는 남녀 의 차이 가 없으나 중등교육에서는 1/3선으로 떨어지고 있으며 특히 여선생님의 남선생님에 대한 비율은 중등교육과정에서 걱우 14%밖에 안되고 인구 10만당 대학졸업생수는 1968년을 기준으로 볼 때 계속 증가되어 왔으나 미국이 3,735명(그중 40%는 여학생임)인데 비하여 한국은 566명 (여학생은 26%)으로 고등교육의 혜택을 받는 율이 아직도 미국에 비해서 낮고 초등교육과정에서 학생과 선생님의 비율을 보면은 한국은 60 : 1 인데 비하여 미국은 26 : 1로써 미국보다 높고 따라서 한국은 교직원 부족과 시설미비, 농촌과 도시간의 차이 및 고등교육 혜택의 불균형 및 여성교육의 기회가 남성에 비해 낮고 해외 유학의 경우 본국 귀환율이 적어서 지도자 양성이 문제되고 있다. 그러나 한국은 1960년대에 급격한 경제성장과 함께 교육투자도 증가되었고 따라서 발전을 거듭하여 계속하고 있다.
