오늘날 급격히 증가되고 있는 광 대역 멀티미디어 서비스, 초고속 대용량 인터넷 서비스 등을 가입자에게 제공하기 위해서는 광 가입자망 기반의 네트워크 구성이 필수적이다. 최근 효율적이고 경제적인 광 가입자망 구축을 위한 기술들이 빠르게 개발됨에 따라 효율적인 네트워크 구성이 가능하게 되었다. 이중 대표적인 기술로 PON(Passive Optical Network)을 이용하여 ONN(Optical Network Unit)를 공유하는 방식의 WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing)-PON 기술이 있으며, 이를 이용한 FTTH(Fiber to The Home)시스템에 대한 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 100BASE-TX 및 1000BASE-T Ethernet 신호를 입력받아 파장별 DFB-LD에 직전 변조하는 방식을 사용하여 WDM-PON 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 광 송수신기를 설계하고 이를 구현하였다.

송전철탑과 송전선로에 사고가 발생하면 광범위한 지역에 전력공급이 차단되어 막대한 경제적인 손실과 사회적 비용이 발생한다. 도시가 거대해지고 또 밀집되면서 파급영향은 더욱 커질 수밖에 없다. 이러한 이유로 송전설비에 대한 실시간 온라인 감시를 하고자 하는 요구는 점차 증가하고 있으나 송전철탑과 송전선로가 설치되어 있는 열악한 환경 때문에 감시 시스템의 구축은 여러 가지 제약 사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 송전철탑과 송전선로의 열악한 환경에서 다양한 고성능 상용센서들을 이용한 저전력 센서네트워크의 구현방안에 대한 연구를 소개하고자 한다.

최근들어 네트워크 트래픽 폭주 공격에 의한 피해 사례가 속출하고 있다. 지난해 7월, 전세계적으로 많은 피해를 일으켰던 코드레드(CodeRed)공격뿐만 아니라 지난 1월 전국의 인터넷망을 마비시켰던 1.25대란 역시 트래픽 폭주 공격으로 국가적인 차원에서 많은 손실을 일으켰던 대표적인 사례이다. 흔히 인터넷 대란이라고 일컬어지는 트래픽 폭주 공격 및 웹해킹은 갈수록 경제적인 손실 및 피해규모가 커지고 기법도 다양해지도 있어, 트래픽 유형 분석 및 대응에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 고는 이러한 트래픽 폭주 공격의 개념을 정의하고 유형별로 분석하고자 한다. 또한 소규모 망에서 기존의 네트워크 장비 및 서버를 이용하여 이 공격들을 대응할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 가상화 및 Software Defined Networking(SDN)/Network Functions Virtualization(NFV) 기술의 등장으로 클라우드에 효율적이면서 경제적인 기술을 적용하는 추세이다. 각 분야의 기업은 클라우드에 가상화 기술을 활용함으로써 IT분야에서 시간과 비용 모두 감소시키며, 운영 효율성 및 유연성을 향상시키는 기술로 채택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 관련 연구를 통해 효율적인 클라우드 환경을 위한 가상화 기술 및 SDN/NFV에 대해 논의한다. 효율적인 클라우드 환경은 기존 네트워크 환경에서 가상화 및 SDN/NFV를 접목시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. 본 논문을 통해 미래 IT에 효율적인 클라우드 환경을 위해 다양한 가상화 및 SDN/NFV 기술에 대해 연구가 필요하다.

We propose a specific ubiquitous sensor network (USN) architecture as a promising candidate of the future telemedicine model which offers the patient's mobility and more cost-efficient medical care system. This new USN architecture is a kind of cell-based secure sensor network supporting encrypted multi-casting communications and it has a hybrid routing protocol by adapting flat routing to hierarchical routing. For the patient's privacy and the protection of patient's vital information from eavesdropping, we adopt a lightweight PKI-based secure communication protocol with some formal presentation on its core procedure.

최근 4세대 이동통신은 기술/경제적인 이유로 클라우드 기지국 (또는 C-RAN: Cloud Radio Access Network) 구조를 택하는 추세이다. C-RAN은 기존 일체형 기지국에서의 MAC/PHY 기능을 담당하는 BBU(Base Band Unit)와 RF신호 송수신 만을 담당하는 RRH(Remote Radio Head)로 분리된 기지국 구조를 가지며, RRH의 무선 송수신 신호는 중앙의 BBU에 집중되어 처리된다. 본고에서는 BBU와 RRH로 분리되어 설치/운용되는 C-RAN의 구조와 기지국 가상화 개념을 소개하며, 향후 이동통신시스템에서의 기술동향과 관련하여 C-RAN에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈들을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study was to determine domestic and foreign ecological asset research trends. We aimed to understand ecological assets research directions and trends by comprehensively analyzing 12 keywords, including those similar to keywords for comparable assets, to identify related fields and regions. Extensive analysis of domestic and foreign studies was conducted through keyword network analysis of textural information. This approach is helpful for understanding the flow of information and identifying research directions. Foreign studies based on sustainability were connected with 'Economic assessment', 'Management' and 'Policy' areas. It was difficult to determine domestic research trends because there are fewer domestic studies than foreign. There were studies that sought to identify economic value of developing regions. This research can be used to guide the research direction for future ecosystem asset analysis in Korea.

It is requested interoperability and inter-connection among technologies due to inertia and network externalities in the telecommunications industry. for that reason, firms in the telecommunications industry compete intensively against preempting their markets. Consumers' utilties can be increased, but searching or transaction cost of consumers may be decreased by standardization which is the core issue in the telecommunications. Also, standardization may prevent firms in that industry from overplus investment. However standardization may decrease the diversity of goods and technologies, so it can be the constraint factor in the consumption. In this paper, we'll examin the economic effects of standardization in the telecommunication industry and the effects to the industrial structure of standardization. After that, we'll suggest national policies in relation to standardization.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social entrepreneurship on organizational performance and to identify network moderating effects on social entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Data collected from 189 employees working in social enterprises were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program. Results are as follows: First, innovativeness, proactiveness, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on social performance. Second, proactiveness, risk-taking, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on economic performance. Third, the network significantly moderated the effects on innovativeness, proactiveness, social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, and social performance. Fourth, the network significantly moderated the effects on proactiveness which was a sub-factor of social entrepreneurship, and economic performance. These results exhibited that the social entrepreneurship was effective to increase the organizational performance by activating the network and proposed a useful approach for further studies as an investigation method.

현재 네트워크 처리 시스템의 문제점은 시스템 상태나 장애에 따른 결과를 받아서 네트워크 상태가 정상인지 비정상인지를 네트워크 운영자에게 보고하는 기능은 가지고 있지만, 장애의 기록유지와 네트워크 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리할 수 있는 기능은 제공되고 있지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 네트워크 상에서 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필요하다. 또한, 네트워크 장애처리시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 네트워크 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다[1]. 본 논문에서는 장애 처리 티켓 시스템에 전문가 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야에 고급 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있는 전문가 시스템 기반의 통합 시스템 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.
