After the Enactment of Support of Social Enterprise in 2007, Cultivation of Social Enterprises has been Promoted in Eearnest these days. This Study Attempts to Examine the Factors that Affect the Sustainability of Social Enterprise, Which is the Current Policy Issue Regarding the Social Enterprise. For this Purpose, the Study Developed a Research Model that has Antecedent Factors(strategy, managerial capability, business environment and social entrepreneurship) of Social Enterprise as an Independent Variable, Performance as Parameter and Sustainability as a Dependent Variable. Using this Model, the Study Established Hypotheses that Examine the Performance and Antecedent Factors of Sustainability of Social Enterprise. According to the Hypothesis Testing Results, the Economic Performance Showed Partial Mediating Effect on the Impact of Strategy, Management Capacity, Business Environment and Social Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Sustainability. As for the Social Performance, Strategy, Management Capacity and Social Entrepreneurial Spirit Turned out to Partially Mediate the Impact on Sustainability. Meanwhile, The Social Performance did not Show Mediating Effect in the Impact of Business Environment on Sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction factors of user experience of 'Unlimited subscription service' among subscription services and analyze them based on economic and cultural perspectives. By recruiting the '20-'30s who had experienced using service, they attended a survey which was based on the reconstructed honeycomb model of Peter Morville. As a result of the survey, in terms of economic perspective, cost of service, and the ease of subscription inflow were the main satisfaction factors. From a cultural perspective, the familiarity with service and belief and experience of sharing content with people around them were the main satisfaction factors. Therefore, it can be inferred that the satisfaction of the user experience of the subscription service should be firstly satisfied with economic satisfaction, which leads to cultural satisfaction. This study is expected to be used as research data on user experience and satisfaction factors of unlimited subscription service.

This study was aimed to specify health-related push and pull factors in mountain climbing and provide effective management strategy for mountain-based recreational setting through the identification of the reciprocal relationship between the push and pull factors. The results of survey by 440 mountain climbers at Mt. Dobong, Mt. Bukhan, Mt. Kwanak, and Mt. Cheonggye showed that three dimensions were respectively derived from health-related 15 push items and 11 pull items; therapeutic care, mental health, physical fitness in push factors and cultural, socio-economic, and natural environment in pull factors. According to an analysis of influence between push and pull factors, natural environment was reported to be the greatest influencing pull factor on therapeutic care and physical fitness, and socio-economic environment was on mental health.

Established redevelopment and reconstruction projects were unified into one law in 2003 when the 'Act of Urban, Residential and Environment Improvement' was enacted. However, the act only focused on the improvement of the physical state of residential environments established by maintenance projects. In order to be effective, the law also needs to improve the nonphysical aspects of the residential environment. While conducting our research and comparing it with past research, we identified the major factors of residential preferences in order to extract and analyze the nonphysical state of residential environments. As a result, we found that social and economic factors are significantly more important to residents than cultural factors. Also, we found that in each district studied the housing preferences were the most important in redevelopment and reconstruction with the exception of Sangdang-Gu (where the community was the most important factor) and Hungduk-Gu (where the social factor was most important). For future purposes, it is necessary to consider the variables according to each location in order to reflect the needs of the residents when building an apartment complex within the redevelopment and reconstruction district.

본문은 보건사업이용문제를 취급한 국내외의 문헌을 조사하여 사회인구학적. 경제적, 사회문화적(사회심리학적, 조직적 그리고 사회제도적）인 입장에서 보건사업이용문제를 어떻게 설명하는가를 보고저 했다. 사회인구학적 측면에서 볼 때 연령, 성별, 교육수준, 결혼관계, 직업별, 종교, 거주지, 가족의 크기 가족구성등의 요인들이 일면외 연구중에서 정도를 달리하며 보건사업이용에 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 경제적 입장에서는 가구수입, 의료비, 의료보험비와 경제적지위에 관한 다른 여러가지 요인들이 직접적으로 보건사업활용행위에 영향을 주고 있으며 사회문화적 입장에서 생각할 때 보건사업이용행위는 사회계급과 문화적 가치, 인종적차이와 의료적 태도의 상이에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있음을 보여주고 사회심리학적으로서는 보건에 관한, 태도, 믿음 및 지식과 지병으로부터 오는 정신적 압박감과 환자와 의사간의 상호작용등의 요인들이 보건사업이용과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지느냐에 그의 초점을 두는 바 이러한 주요인들이 다소나마 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 가하고 있음을 관계문헌은 말해주고 있다. 조직적 견해로서는 보건사업구조의 어떠한 조직적 변화는 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 준다는 것을 전제하고 있으며 사회제도적 입장에서는 한 개인은 여러 요소들이 상호관계되어 있는 한 제도의 일부요소로 보고한 개인의 보건사업이용행위가 다른 관계된 요소들에 비해서 어떻게 영향을 받고 있는가를 밝히려 하고 있다. 끝으로 보건사업이용에 관한 조사연구자들은 이상에서 말한 여러가지 견해의 접근방법중 단순히 한가지 접근방법만을 접하지 않고 있으며 앞으로도 더욱 종합적인 접근방법에 의해서 보건사업이용에 관한 연구가 이루워 질 때 보다 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

The following study aims for analyzing the effects of influencing factors of self-esteem for persons with disabilities in the generation of echo-boomers. 278 disabled people born form 1992 to 1979 among the participants in the $7^{th}$ Panel Survey on persons with disabilities have been selected for ensuring reliability of analyzing this survey. As for the method of research, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, And multiple regression analysis were used for verifying influencing factors of their self-esteem. As the result of the examination which analyzed factors effecting self-esteem of persons with disabilities, self-esteem tends to be increased when academic levels and interpersonal relation skills are increased in the human major human capitals factors. In terms of the factors of Socio-Econimic, self-esteem is likely to be increased when they do not have any experiences of discrimination in their daily lives and when they subjectively feel their socio-economic positions are higher enough. In accordance to the results of this study, strategies of policy and practice in social welfare for the persons with disabilities in the generation of echo-boomers are suggested to include all that factors between human capitals factors and socio-economic factors to increases their self-esteem.

The construction industry is now facing a new challenge of green construction. Based on a research question of "what motivates contractors to pursue green construction", the objective of this study is to identify and discuss key characteristics and implications of green construction motivators among major contractors. The Political Economy Approach was adpoted as a main research methodology. The study demonstrated that major contractors show a high level of expectation in the future of green construction and consider economic factors as higher motivators while paying attention to social trends towards green construction. In particular, internal economic motivators were highly considered and the commitment of senior management was viewed as a key motivator.

This study covered the Korean consumers' Luxury Purchase Motivation and benefit factors associated with the consumption behavior. Causal structural relationships between these variables were examined. Examined for the preceding literature on the basis of an analysis of the factor structure of Korean luxury purchase motivation factors and use benefits for Luxury of purchasing to help any relationship whether these factors were confirmed. Firstly, the results confirm the relevance luxury purchase motivations and benefits among the factors, materialistic motives, the economic benefits and practical benefits factors had a positive impact. Personal benefits and social benefits, and cost-benefit factors had a positive impact on the psychological motives. Secondly, the luxury of buying does not have a significant effect on the material motives. The other hand, had a positive effect on psychological motives. Third, the benefits of relevant factors on the purchase of luxury used. Personal factors, economic and practical benefits, they did not have a significant impact. Social benefit factors had a negative impact. Finally mediated side effects among these factors was confirmed. Only psychological motives mediating effects on factors of social benefits through the purchase of crazy. The results of this study to describe the consumer luxury purchasing behavior on buying behavior, as well as a simple linear relationship between the factors for the benefits to be gained by using luxury purchase motivation indirectly explained the process for luxury marketers in the future, and psychological characteristics offered to consider the implications.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively examine the facilitators and barriers to social participation of older adults in the society through systematic review of qualitative research. Through PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, data from 2012 to 2022 were collected. The main search keywords were 'elderly', 'older adults', social participation', 'engagement', 'motiv^*', 'barrier', 'facilitat^*'. 7 articles that satisfy the inclusion criteria were selected for analysis. Facilitators and barriers of older adults' social participation were analyzed. The analyzed factors were assorted into 'personal/ internal factors', 'environmental factors', 'social network factors'. The results of this study emphasize not only logistical factors, but also motivation, desire, social context of older adults' as factors to social participation. To prevent older adults' social isolation, a broad understanding of what promotes and inhibits the participation of the older adults is needed.

This study analyzed the determinant factors of elderly housing by housing type according to the Financial Retirement plan of preliminary elders and it aimed to draw a future development scheme of elderly housing. This study used parameters of existing research as control variables and it has a meaningful point that the variables of Financial Retirement plan of elders were verified through the research model which this study used. In addition, there was a difference between the detailed models. As a comprehensive analysis result, the Choice Model of elderly housing type has a difference between determinants, the single-family housing and the multi-family housing, based on the Welfare Facility for the Aged from Financial Retirement plan of elders.
