베트남은 도이 모이 (Doi Moi) 개혁 정책이 1996년에 도입된 이후, 산림분야에서는 분권적 관리 체계를 받아들였고 국가 경제는 정부의 관리 체제하에 시장지향형(market-oriented)으로 변화하였다. 이러한 상황에서 경제 분야에서는 임업활동을 수반할 수 있게 되었고 지속가능한 임업 발전을 위하여 임야와 토지가 개인, 가정 그리고 사회경제적 조직들에게 분배되었다. 지역사회의 주민들은 임업활동에 더 적극적으로 되었고, 사회임업은 베트남에서 점차적으로 발전하며 사람들에 의한 사람들을 위한 임업으로 자리잡고 있다. 지역사회 산림(community forest)의 근본적인 특징은 전과정에 있어서 농민과 지역주민의 참여를 유도한다는 데에 있다. 지역주민에 의한 산림 관리는 새로운 산림 관리 방식으로 각 가정에 의해 관리되는 농업에 있어 급속한 변화들이 나타나는 것과는 대조적이다. 본 논문은 지역사회 산림의 현황과 임업 발전에 있어서 지역주민 참여의 이점과 문제점을 SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) 분석을 통해 구명하고자 하였다.

인구가 성장한다는 사실과 함께 인구가 지역적으로 이동하는 현상은 사회과학에 있어서 중요한 연구대상이 되어왔다. 전통적으로 인구의 동학적 측면은 사회학의 주된 연구대상이 되어왔으며 근래에는 인구학(demography)이라는 새로운 독립과학의 분과로서 더욱 이 분야에서의 연구의 심도와 폭이 확대되었다. 그러나 인구의 동학적 측면을 인간의 경제형태의 일환으로 관찰할 수 있는 기회와 가능성이 점차적으로 크게 부각되자 전통적인 경제이론을 적용함으로써 이러한 문제를 분석/구명하고자 하는 동향이 나타나게 되었다. 특히 인구의 단기적 지역간 이동이 경제사회의 질적인 변화와 이에 따르는 산업구조간의 노동력 균형의 재조정에 따라 원인되고 있다는 사실은 인구의 동학적 측면에 경제학적 분석이 당연히 이루어져야 한다는 요구를 초래시키기에 이르렀다.

Social and economic polarization such as the collapse of self-employed people and job losses are becoming social problems due to the COVICD-19 crisis, and the role of social enterprises in providing social services to vulnerable people in various business sectors is very important. Social enterprises are complaining of difficulties in sustainability due to the hybrid nature of creating social value and economic value. Support for professionals matching the business sector of social enterprises is urgently needed for sustainability, but support for professionals is very insufficient due to insufficient budget. This study studied how specialized personnel affect the sustainability of social enterprises through the medium of social enterprise characteristics, indicating that specialized personnel affect the expansion and sustainability of the corporate main business sector. Based on the above findings, practical implications of social enterprise financial support projects were presented.

This study aims not only to examine the globalization, imformationization, and networking as background of knowledge-information-based society, but also to clarify the research fields of 'geography of knowledge' and further research themes for economic geography in a knowledge-information-based society. As a result of globalization, the degree of regional disparity, which had decreased with neoliberal policy in Europe and America in 1980's, has increased in early development states such as China and Eastern European countries. In opposition to the globalization that has led to increasing regional disparities at a global scale, many scholars argue that grassroots globalization or globalization from below is needed. Based on a pessimistic view on globalization, many maintain that unequal access to information has enlarged the gap between rich and poor. They also argue that the study of the geography of poverty is crucial in oder to solve the problem of bipolization. According to the world system theory, spatial grasp of commodity chains, actors' diversities, flows towards innovation in learning knowledges, and geographical, organizational, and institutional proximities are intertwined. Because these elements make significant influences each other in social networks, the interrelationships among those elements should be carefully considered. A 'geography of knowledge' deals with manufacturing, finance and service, media, cultural, and creative industries. Former researches in economic geography have tended to deal with those industries separately without attempting to make meaningful linkages among discussions on those industries.

계측제어(Instrumentation & Control)는 전기 전자, 기계, 항공, 조선, 화공 및 원자력 등의 모든 분야에 적용되면서 하나의 독자적 세부 분야로 자리잡고 있다. 또한 공학분야 이외에도 경제, 정치, 사회, 환경 및 의학 등 다양한 분야에서 그 학문적 적용 영역을 확대시켜 나아가고 있다. 그런데 계측제어가 그 적용되는 분야의 기술적 내용에 따라 고유한 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 기술논단에서는 원자력 분야의 계측제어의 고유한 특성에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

여기서 말하는 정보화란 정보가 힘의 원천이 되는 중요한 자원으로 인식되고 사회경제 활동의 중심이 되어 정보의 생산, 가공, 처리, 전달 및 이용이 정치, 경제, 문화, 과학, 예술 등 사회 모든 분야에 널리 활용되는 것을 뜻한다. 이러한 정보화가 순조롭게 이루어지기 위해서는 정보통신기술(IT)이 발전하고 이를 뒷받침할 인프라가 구축되어야 한다.

In this paper, we have tried to evaluate the economic value of technological information. Toward this aim, we have adopted the newly emerging method of contingent valuation which capitalizes on the direct survey through users. The estimated result indicates the strong support for the public activities to provide and diffuse technological information. We also tried to shed light on the implications of the research finding for government technology policy.

As social environment has changed, a practical academy for higher employment rates becomes more important in higher education. It is need to have a paradigm shift in geography education. In this background, this study explore practical education in geography. This study propose practical strategy using GIS curriculum. First, the demand analysis in national and regional area is need. Second, continuous renewal reflecting new technologies is need. Third, capstone design and co-operative education with GIS company is need. Fourth, convergence and diversification in Geography education is need. Fifth, publicity for the practical geography education is need.

오늘날의 세계는 정보통신의 발달에 따라 정보화사회로의 이행이 가속화되고 있으며 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 기후, 법률, 교통, 생활등 국가전반에 걸쳐 모든 분야에 컴퓨터를 활용한 대변혁이 일고 있다. 즉 세계는 탈공업화 사회로 부터 정보화 사회로 급변해 가고 있으며 정보 및 지식이 사회 운영의 근간이 되는 사회로 도래됨에 따라 컴퓨터는 이미 생활에 없어서는 안될 중요한 도구로 등장하게 되었다.

캄보디아는 한국의 정보통신 분야의 성공 사례를 자국의 발전모델로 삼아 정보통신 분야를 미래 성장동력으로 빈곤 극복과 경제성장을 추진하고자 한다. 그러나 세계 최빈국 중 하나이며, 사회간접자본과 정보통신 인프라가 매우 낙후된 캄보디아가 선진국의 원조나 외국 기업의 직접투자 없이 정보통신 분야의 발전과 이를 통한 사회경제개발을 단기간에 달성하기는 어려울 것으로 보인다. 우리나라의 입장에서 캄보디아는 협소한 시장과 낮은 전략적 가치로 인해 정보통신 기업의 시장 진출이 활발하지 않고 KOICA와 KOEXIM의 정보통신 분야에 대한 개발협력 사업의 비중도 매우 낮은 실정이다. 그러나 최근 들어 양국 간 관계가 급속히 강화되고 있고 아세안 시장 진출의 교두보로서 캄보디아의 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 우리 정보통신 기업의 캄보디아 시장 진출을 지원하기 위한 사전 연구로서 정보통신 시장 현황을 파악하고 각 정부기관의 역할 등을 정리하였다. 그리고 우리 기업의 현지 시장 진출 시 고려할 요인들을 소개하고 정책 방향을 제시하였다.
