The study aims at offering a solution to the problems of transmission delay and data throughput decrease as the number of contending On-Board Units (OBU) increases by applying CSMA medium access control protocol based upon IEEE 802.11p. In a competition-based medium, contention probability becomes high as OBU increases. In order to improve the performance of this medium access layer, the author proposes EDCA which a adaptive adjustment of the Contention Windows (CW) considering traffic density and data type. EDCA applies fixed values of Minimum Contention Window (CWmin) and Maximum Contention Window (CWmax) for each of four kinds of Access Categories (AC) for channel-specific service differentiation. EDCA does not guarantee the channel-specific features and network state whereas it guarantees inter-AC differentiation by classifying into traffic features. Thus it is not possible to actively respond to a contention caused by network congestion occurring in a short moment in channel. As a solution, CWminAS(CWmin Adaptation Scheme) and ACATICT(Adaptive Contention window Adjustment Technique based on Individual Class Traffic) are proposed as active CW control techniques. In previous researches, the contention probabilities for each value of AC were not examined or a single channel based AC value was considered. And the channel-specific demands of IEEE 802.11p and the corresponding contention probabilities were not reflected in the studies. The study considers the collision number of a previous service section and the current network congestion proposes a dynamic control technique ACCW(Adaptive Control of Contention windows in considering the WAVE situation) for CW of the next channel.

일반적으로 아웃소싱은 비용절감이나, 경쟁력 확보를 목적으로 기업 외부에서 필요한 자원, 기술력 및 해결방안 등을 찾는 경영기법으로, 단순용역업무에서부터 기업의 핵심기능인 IT 분야에 이르기까지 폭 넓게 활용되고 있다. 특히 IT 아웃소싱은 일상적인 정보시스템의 운영 및 개선, 네트워크 운영 및 어플리케이션의 유지/개선 등을 외부의 전문가에게 맡겨 점진적인 서비스 수준의 향상과 비용의 절감을 유도하고, 내부자원은 핵심역량에 집중시켜, 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 하나의 경영수단으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 통신서비스업체의 IT분야를 아웃소싱한 사례 연구를 통해서 IT 아웃소싱의 추진 시 필요한 제반사항과 절차, 추진배경등을 알아보고, 아웃소싱 성과를 결정하는 중요 요소인 서비스 성과측정 모델에 대해 연구하였다. '90 년대 후반 통신시장개방, 본격적인 경쟁체제 돌입등 핵심역량강화 차원에서 시작된 아웃소싱은 통신업체 국내최초의 사례로 처음부터 예상치못했던 어려움과 추진과정에서의 시행착오도 많이 겪었다. 또한, 선진외국사례의 아웃소싱 계약사례 및 서비스수준을 평가하기위한 서비스 수준 약정서등 국내 통신업체 환경에 맞게 잘 짤여지도록 수많은 검토와 사례 연구를 통해 계약을 체결할 수 있었으며, 아웃소싱이후 예상되었던 많은 문제점들을 해결하기위해 아웃소싱 인력들의 의욕수준을 높이기위한 직무 재교육, Incentive 제도 도입, 서비스와 관련된 제반 프로세스 재정립 등을 통하여 소기의 성과를 이룩할 수 있었다. 특히, 통신업체 IT 아웃소싱의 성공요인은 계약적 구조적 측면에 해당하는 적정한 서비스의 평가와 이에 상응하는 대가의 지급방안에 대한 것이고 양 사가 만족할 만한 성과를 내가 위해서는 수직적관계가 아니라 제휴관계로서의 Relationship 을 유지할 수 있도록 이 두가지 모두를 고려 해야만 성공적인 아웃소싱 추진에 한걸음 더 나아갈 것이며, 아울러 향후에도 아직 미흡한 분야인 IT 아웃소싱에서 적정수준의 대가지급 방안 및 바람직한 Relationship 에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인에 대해서도 살펴 봄으로써 IT분야의 Outsourcing을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

This study employed the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology with the enhancement of the competitiveness of Vietnamese commercial banks set as the overall goal of the model. Analysis of the survey questionnaire based on pair-wise comparisons and collected from experts in the field of banking led to three significant findings. First, banking safety is the most important evaluation criteria for the competitiveness of local commercial banks in Vietnam, followed by operating efficiency, intangible values and large scale. Second, in order to achieve the overall goal of enhancing competitiveness for local banks, securing healthy financial conditions should be made the priority. Effective management systems, strategic human resource planning and high-quality products and services all show strong connections to achieving the evaluation criteria. Third, the study found that bad debt settlement is essential in obtaining healthy financial conditions. In order to introduce effective management systems as well as high-quality products and services, technological advances are very important. Improving the quality of executives and staff is imperative for strategic human resource planning purposes.

As the construction management(CM) market has grown, so has the CM competition in the market place. Consequently, competent construction managers become a core part of CM firms' competitiveness. The objective of the study is to identify and discuss core competencies of construction mangers based on literature survey, Delphi Method and AHP. Among various competencies required for construction managers, skills for problem solving, trust and negotiation skills were identified as the crux of construction managers' competencies. A better understanding of construction managers' core competencies is very critical in terms of CM firms' training of construction managers and continuos self-improvement for construction managers.

In this paper, we propose a new unsupervised learning network and competitive learning algorithm for pattern classification. The proposed network is based on relative similarity, which is similarity measure between input data and cluster group. So, the proposed network and algorithm is called relative similarity network(RSN) and learning algorithm. According to definition of similarity and learning rule, structure of RSN is designed and pseudo code of the algorithm is described. In general pattern classification, RSN, in spite of deletion of learning rate, resulted in the identical performance with those of WTA, and SOM. While, in the patterns with cluster groups of unclear boundary, or patterns with different density and various size of cluster groups, RSN produced more effective classification than those of other networks.

ICT 기술이 타 산업과의 융합으로 새로운 산업과 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심수단으로 재조명되면서, 국가의 산업 경쟁력 제고와 전반적인 사회문제 해결은 물론 저출산 고령화, 산업 기술 패러다임 변화 등에 따른 장기적인 국가적 수요를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 인지되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 ICT 기반의 융합 R&D형태를 갖는 창조융합분야의 R&D역할과 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 미래창조과학부의 2015년 창조융합분야의 R&D 추진방향을 소개하고자 한다.

고등학교 시간표 작성 문제는 학생, 교사, 학교, 일반 교실과 특별 교실 자원등 복잡한 제약조건과 요구사항이 있기 때문에 단순한 방법으로는 해결하기가 어렵다. 학생들은 다양한 과목을 선택할 수 있기를 바라고 교사들은 자신이 원하는 시간에 수업하기를 바란다. 또한, 학교에서는 효율적인 인적 자원 활용과 일반 교실 및 특별실의 사용으로 인한 학교의 장학 능력과 경쟁력의 고양을 원한다. 따라서, 고등학교 수업 시간표를 작성하는데 있어서의 다양한 문제를 최적의 시간표를 최적 탐색 문제로 정의하고, 이 문제를 휴리스틱 접근법인 Tabu Search 방법을 이용하여 해결하고자 한다.

세계는 개방화되어 가고 있으며, 이에 따라 정보의 가치가 더욱 중요하게 되고 있다. 국가와 기업이 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해서 정보의 효율적인 관리와 공유, 그리고 가치 있는 정보로 가공하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 환경에서 등장한 것이 EDI이다. XML/EDl는 전통적인 EDI의 단점을 해결하며 표준의 한가지 접근방법으로 개방적이고 사용자간의 상호 대화가 가능하며 객체지향적 이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML을 EDI에 도입함으로써 대규모의 전자 상거래의 자동화를 가능하게 하며 고비용, 저효율적인 EDI 문제점을 해결하는 XML을 활용한 EDI시스템의 설계 및 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.

전자상거래가 시간적·공간적 제약을 극복한 새로운 경제거래 양식으로 부각되고 그 거래규모와 중요성이 급속히 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각 국은 기업경쟁력 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심수단으로 전자상거래를 인식하고 전자상거래의 활성화 정책을 추진하고 있다. 한편 우리나라도 향후 산업 및 국제 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위하여 2000년 2월 전자상거래 활성화 종합 대책을 발표하고 전자상거래 확산에 정책적 노력을 기울이고 있다. 만일 정부의 정책의도대로 전자상거래가 발전된다면 우리나라는 수년이내 전자상거래의 선진국 대열에 들어설 것으로 보이나 이에 앞서 해결해야 할 많은 문제점들이 현존해 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 먼저 전자상거래의 주요 정책을 분석한 후 다음으로 전자상거래의 발전을 위한 주요 이슈들을 도출해 보았다.

적극적인 건강증진과 예방활동을 통해 최적의 건강상태와 높은 수준의 삶의 질을 추구하기 위한 서비스를 제공하는 라이프 케어를 실현하려는 보건 의료산업 분야에서도 타 분야와 마찬가지로 증가하는 의료비에 대한 절감 압박, 서비스의 수준에 대한 소비자의 관심 증대 등 당면한 문제 해결과 산업 경쟁력 강화 방안의 일환으로 빅데이터 활용 방안에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 라이프케어 실현을 위한 효율적인 빅데이터 활용방안과 이를 위해 해결해야 할 과제와 전망을 제시하고자 한다.
