This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of turf growth characteristics to different transplanting times. It observed that the turf growth was decreased according to delaying the transplanting time. In respect to the turf growth characteristics, it appeared that there was good for transplanting time to transplant the turf seedling before early July. With sustaining the short day length after early July, it shown that number of branch on stolen, number of nodes and Total length of stolen were apparently decreased. Especially, number of branch on stolon was decreased from 2nd up-growing branch.

In this paper, we propose an orientation tracking method and a digestion path model based on angular displacement. The proposed method expresses a capsule's orientation as 3-dimension vectors and its rotation angle. Errors in roll, pitch, and yaw representing capsule's orientation information is down to $1.6^{\circ}$. Using the proposed method we can measure a roll which is not Possible to be measured using the magnetic field method. We reduce algorithm complexity lower than a previous methods based on Euler angle.

CODEX의 유기농업기준에 대하여 기본적으로는 공감하고 있으나, 아시아적 기후의 특성과 농가당 소유면적이 유럽이나 미주$\cdot$오세아니아 지역에 비하여 상대적으로 너무 협소한 점을 감안하여 아시아의 유기벼 재배농가들에게 과중한 부담을 주지 않을 수 있는 선에서의 유연성을 부여해야 할 것이다. 윤작이나 휴경의 경우, 지역에 따라 벼-딸기 등의 과채류-벼-토마토 등 과채류-벼 행태나, 병-보리 또는 호밀 등의 사료 또는 녹비작물-벼-자운영 등의 사료 또는 녹비작물-벼 행태의 윤작 또는 녹비작물 재배형태의 윤작 또한 유기재배로 인정해야 할 것이다. 완충지배 역시, 일정거리 보다는 경계선상에 주작물보다 상당히 키가 큰 다른 식용이나 녹비용 작물을 재배하면서 이웃 관행농장으로부터의 영농화학물질의 비산을 막아줄 수 있는 조처만으로도 유기재배 인증획득이 가능토록 해야 할 것이다. 제체작업 또한 오리를 이용할 경우, 기본적인 제초효과는 물론 해충포식이 이루어지며, 배설물에 의한 자연적인 시비가 원활히 이루어지게 볏대를 튼튼하게 자극시켜주며, 고랑사이의 공기유통 촉진과 흙탕물에 의한 잡초 발아억제 효과 등 다양한 부대효과를 올리 수 있게 된다. 왕우렁이 제초법 또한 논의 건조와 백로 등 조류의 접근만 차단해 주면 완벽한 제초가 이루어지고 있으며, 불시 경운에 의한 제초법도 유기농업 실천에 크게 기여할 수 있는 최선의 방안으로 활용되고 있는 중이다.

각종 오염물질이 수계로 유입되어 침강하면 하상에 퇴적되는데 이 오염된 퇴적물 중 질퍽한 콜로이드상의 물질을 오니토라 일컫는다. 이 오염물은 저장소 및 물환경의 변화에 따라 수질 악화의 직접적인 원인이 될 수 있는 인, 질소 등의 영양염류를 수중으로 재용출시킬 수 있는 비점오염원 종류 중 하나이다. 하천 준설은 하천에서 저수용량 확보와 하상 유지관리 및 골재확보, 수질 개선을 위해 토사를 제거하고 그 토사를 운반선에 의하여 운반하여 지정된 투기장에 투기하는 일련의 공사를 말하며, 이를 통하여 비점오염원인 오니토를 직접적으로 제거할 수 있다. 준설의 필요성 판단 및 수질개선 효과를 모니터하기 위해서는 하천의 수질과 유량을 조사해야 한다. 이때 대상구간이 요구하는 수질 기준에 부합하지 않으면 오염퇴적물 준설 기준을 통해 준설이 필요한 구간 및 사업량을 결정한다. 준설 사업량의 경제적 타당성을 정량적으로 검증하기 위해 대상 구간을 준설을 하지 않을 시 오니토가 상시 용출된다는 가정하에 물재생시설로 이 오염물을 정화했을 때의 비용을 준설 사업비와 비교하였다. 본 연구에서는 하천공사 표준시방서(2007)에 제시된 오염퇴적물 준설 기준을 만족하는 서낙동강수계의 준설 계획 지구에 대한 계획 사업비와 해당 지구 하류에 위치한 물재생시설의 정화능력 및 운영비를 비교해 하천 준설 사업비에 대한 편익을 산정하였다.

The morphological properties of acorn starch granules and starch gels were examined with scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The shape of acorn starch granule was rounded triangular and some elliptical. The size distribution of starch granule was also analyzed. The mean value of minor axis, major axis and the ratio of those were 4.785 $\mu\textrm{m}$, 7.30 $\mu\textrm{m}$ and 0.68, respectively. The surface micro-structure of acorn starch gels were investigated by SEM. Acorn crude and refined starch gel were very different in surface micro-structure. X-ray diffraction pattern of acorn starch was C-type, and the pattern of acorn starch gels were extremely different because of disintegration of starch granules by gelatinization. The diffraction intensity of acorn refined starch gel was slightly higher than crude starch gel.

XRD studies on annealed Na-feldspar (Amelia albite) at $1100^{\circ}C$ showed rapid structural changes due to Si-Al disordering, which resulted in phase transformations from low albite to high albite by 4-days annealing test. TEM SAED analyses on the annealed samples revealed a trend of structural changes, but estimation of the structural state was difficult due to a large deviation of the SAED data. Optimum conditions of CBED analyses on albite was established by employing a cooling specimen holder, 120 kV of acceleration voltage, 37 Jim of condenser aperture size and 25 nm of spot size. A proper orientation showing distinct changes of HOLZ lines corresponding to the structure changes of albite turned out to be close to the [418] direction with $-1.2^{\circ}$ tilting, where the width of two HOLZ lines in low albite was opposite to those in high albite.

Ultra-wide-angle wireless endoscopes are demonstrated in this paper. The endoscope is composed of an ultra-wide-angle camera module and wireless transmission module. A lens unit with the ultra-wide FOV of 162 degrees is designed and manufactured. The lens, image sensor, and camera processor unit are packaged together in a $3{\times}3{\times}9-cm3$ case. The wireless transmission modules are implemented based on UWB- and WiFi-based platform, respectively. The UWB-based module can transmit HD video to a computer in resolution of $2048{\times}1536$ (QXGA) and the frame rate of 15 fps in MJPEG compression mode. The maximum data transfer rate reaches 41.2 Mbps. The FOV and the resolution of the endoscope is comparable to a medical-grade endoscope. The FOV and resolution is ~3X and 16X higher than that of a commercial high-performance WiFi endoscope, respectively. The WiFi-based module streams out video to a smart device with th maximum date transfer rate of 1.5 Mbps at the resolution of $640{\times}480$ (VGA) and the frame rate of 30 fps in MJPEG compression mode. The implemented components show the feasibility of cheap medical-grade wireless electronic endoscopes, which can be effectively used in u-healthcare, emergency treatment, home-healthcare, remote diagnosis, etc.

Jigangkooksa's Monument at Beopchonsa is a monument representing the Goryeo Era, registered as the National Treasure No. 59. Haerin was a descent of a small regional clan, who overcame a number of challenges to become the leader of the nation at the age of 75. The tower and monument built after his death are among the finest works of the Goryeo Era. The Yongwha-world of the Jigangkooksa's Monument is the expression of a new utopia, which cannot be found in numerous Buddhist arts including Buddhist holy picture's art or other Codex. After passing through the pillar of cloud where 4 heavenly birds play, the new world of vault unfolds. Below are the 13 mountains which stand for 13th Heaven. In the center stands Tusita, the sky. On the top of Tusita is a Nagapuspa. The Nagapuspa in general has wooden pillars of treasure dragon patterns with dragonhead-shaped flowers on top. On the bottom, indrajala hang down. The Yongwha-world of the Jigangkooksa's Monument is carved with patterns related to Maitreya entering Nirvana. Jigangkooksa was active in the Moonjong Kingdom, the most prosperous times of the Goryeo Era, and led the publication of the Buddhism's Collection of Sacred Writings, the holiest work of the Goryeo people. At the time, people have offered on his tower a picture of him as the owner of Yongwha-world, with the utmost respect. This was the ideal utopia perceived by the people of Goryeo.

This study focuses on the analysis of the changes of transport policies before and after the German Unification. It shows also the efficient strategies of transport in the process of Korean Reunification by the analysis of trials and errors in German case. This study is composed of four parts : First. Korean Peninsula is compared with Germany in terms of economical, social and infrastructure situation before and after the Unification. Secondly, Germany had very important task that is to connect West-Germany with West-Berlin located in the middle of East-Germany. Two nations had long and complicated discussions for this connection and this can show us many lessons in the consideration of the connection of Gyoungui-Line. Especially, it shows problems in the management of this connectors such as the misuse of connectors as escape routes and the conflict in the calculation of toll between two nations. Thirdly, the transport plans after the Unification in Germany are analyzed and this can provide some lessons in the long term planning : German Federal Transport Plan 1992, Transport Projects for the German Unification and other institutional supports. Finally, five strategies and five important projects are proposed for the Korean Reunification in the consideration of many lessons from German Unification.

Prior studies on Nam-myoung characteristics used to focus on practical confucianism of "Kyeong Eui (Respect and righteousness)" ideology. However, in the strict sense, what are the elements that can define Nam-myoung as a historical figure and as he has been in his time and after his death? Is it his philosophy established and derived from respect and righteousness? For this, I have a quite different view. All of literatures about Nam-myoung from his and his posterity time consistently most highly valued the idea of "Entering the government service and live in seclusion" advocated by Nam-myoung who consistently refused to be assigned any post from the government. This study aims to look into his idea by examining his personality and to find out the basis of his idea implied through the examination. He discussed the practices of "Entering the government service and live in seclusion" of other historical and present figures of his time through critical examination on them. For setting the reference for determining the reasonability for their practice of such idea, Nam-myoung pointed out "foresight" for understanding "Gimi (shade)" of which "Gi" is the diverging point of good and evil. He understood if one puts aside self-interest and observes the law of nature, one would be a good and lucky man but if one includes self-interest in the law of nature one would be a wicked man. His view on anyone entering government service when the time is against the person to obtain the post or when the person is unable to fill the post satisfactorily, was that they are 'people with self-interest' and therefore their practice of entering the government service and living in seclusion is wrong.
