차세대 에너지 관련 뉴스 빅데이터 분석 (The Next Generation of Energy News Big Data Analytics)

  • 대규모의 데이터가 생산되고 저장되는 정보화 시대에서 현재와 과거의 데이터를 바탕으로 미래를 추측하고 방향성을 알아갈 수 있는 빅데이터의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 정형되지 못한 대규모 데이터를 빅데이터 분석 도구인 R을 통해 통계를 기초로 데이터의 정보분석과 정형화하도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 R을 이용하여 뉴스에서 나타나는 차세대 에너지 관련 빅데이터를 분석한다. 뉴스 기사에서 차세대 에너지 관련 데이터를 수집하고 수집된 키워드를 이용하여 근미래의 효율적인 차세대 에너지의 등장을 예측한다. 에너지 산업의 추진에 대한 흐름과 방향성을 제시하고 의사결정을 위한 기술적 과제를 도출함으로 탄력적인 경영과 의사결정에 도움을 주며 기술적 문제의 근원을 사전에 예측하고 방지할 수 있을 것으로 보여진다.

  • 이 연구는 도서관 경영패러다임 및 기법 변화의 후속연구이다. 1980년대부터 주요 선진국은 사회변동에 따른 경영 및 행정패러다임의 변화에 주목하여 신공공경영이론을 행정개혁과 경영혁신의 사상적 원천 및 전략적 수법으로 채택하였는데. 그 이유는 무엇이며 구체적인 실천수단이 도서관의 경영개혁과 관리운영에 어떻게 적용되어 경영형태를 변용시키는 지에 대하여 분석하였다. 특히 공공도서관을 중심으로 아웃소싱, 위탁경영 및 지정관리자제도, 민간자금 활용사업을 집중적으로 논급하고 제언하였다.

경영.경제.무역학분야의 인용문헌 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Citation Document Analysis of Business Administration.Economics.Trade)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 경영, 경제, 무역학분야 연구자들의 연구영역과 연구동향을 파악하기 위하여 "경영학연구", "경제학연구", "무역학회지"를 선정하여 2005년부터 2007년까지 3개년동안 이에 게재된 540편의 원 문헌과 22,147건의 인용문헌을 분석하였다. 분석결과 단독보다는 공동연구에 의한 학술교류 커뮤니케이션 활동이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 연구자들이 이용하는 문헌의 77% 정도가 출판 된지 10년 이내 정확하게는 8.5년 정도의 문헌을 가장 많이 활용하고 있다. 반감기는 단행본은 국내 10.9년, 국외 11.1년이며, 학술지는 국내 6년, 국외 8.2년으로 국내문헌보다는 국외문헌에서 다소 길게 측정되었다.

  • As recruitment environment of hospitals has changed, employment opportunity for graduates of the hospital management majors has been reduced in larger hospitals. So, it is necessary to reestablish the status of an academic discipline to foster the professional managers of healthcare organizations. For this, curriculum contents and teaching methods might be improved. Although we need individual efforts of the society members for educational improvement, there is a need for organization and leadership of the society.

  • The purposes of this study are to evaluate the research trends of articles published in the Journal of the Korean Family Resource Management Association from 1997 to 2008, and to identify the contributions as well as the inherent limitations of these articles in the field of family resource management. For these purposes, this study analyzed 3 types of research trends: research topic, research method including data analysis, and research subject. The findings of this study are as follows. First of all, the study shows that most number of researches are conducted on management subjects, followed by management practice and management theory. Secondly, regarding the frequency of the research method, the empirical researches are the most prevalent method employed by the researches, over literature or practice researches. Thirdly, it is noted there are more quantitative researches than qualitative ones. Finally, there are a lot more researches carried out on the traditional household than those of vulnerable households.

커넥티드카 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Use Connected Cars)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to verify which factor affects the intention to use of the connected car that has recently emerged. Methods: Based on prior researches, this study derives the characteristics of connected car that affects user intention and designs research model for empirical analysis. A structured questionnaire was conducted for those who drive cars, and a total of 292 usable responses were collected and empirically analyzed using SPSS and PLS. Results: The results of this study are as follows; service quality, hedonic motivation, and social influence have a significant effect on perceived value, but system quality, information quality, user innovation, experience and facilitating condition did not. In addition, it was found that system quality, information quality, service quality, user innovation, facilitating conditions and social influence have a significant effect on satisfaction, but hedonic motivation and experience did not affect satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings of this empirical analysis have implications for effectively recognizing the value of connected cars based on the technology of information systems to users and establishing sustainable growth strategies for connected car producers and suppliers.

중국 기업 근로자들의 고용불안정이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 갈등의 매개효과 (The Impact of Employment Insecurity on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Chinese Enterprises Workers: The Focusing on Mediation Effect of Organization Conflict)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of employment insecurity on organizational commitment and turnover intention, and mediating roles of conflict in Chinese enterprise workers. We examined the theoretical background and conducted an empirical study. The statistical analysis results revealed the following. First, employment insecurity has significant negative effects on organizational commitment and positive effects on turnover intention. Second, employment insecurity has significant positive effects on task and relationship conflicts. Third, task and relationship conflicts have positive significant effects on turnover intention. Fourth, intragroup conflicts (task and relationship conflicts) have partial mediating effects between employment insecurity and organizational commitment, and turnover intention, but task conflicts have no mediating effects between employment insecurity and organizational commitment. On the basis of the research findings, this paper discusses the theoretical and empirical implications of the research, and provides directions for future research.
