This study synthesized the literature to identify parental psychosocial impact and related factors on newborn bloodspot screening (NBS) process. A scoping review, using the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley (2005), was conducted. A literature search was performed of electronic databases (PubMed, CINAHL, RISS, KISS, DBpia) from 2000 to 2023. In total 749 published articles were identified, and 32 articles were included for the final analysis. Almost studies were descriptive studies using survey or interviews and only one intervention study to reduce negative psychosocial impacts was identified. Parents were experiencing negative psychosocial impacts, particularly related to how positive results were initially communicated and had difficulties accessing timely and reliable information. Findings identified that knowledge, quality and satisfaction of education and communication, information sources and providers as related factors of parental psychosocial impacts. Prenatal and postpartum repeated education, providing timely and reliable information, effective communication between health care providers and parents were key to mitigate negative psychosocial impacts. Nurses can play important roles to improve quality on NBS.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction by examining the positive psychological capital, job crafting, and nursing work environment of clinical nurses, and to provide foundational data necessary to devise strategies for enhancing job satisfaction. Data were collected online from 208 clinical nurses working in three comprehensive hospitals located in J city from March 15 to March 30, 2023. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. The influencing factors on subjects' job satisfaction were marital status, education level, salary satisfaction, workload, clinical experience, positive psychological capital, job crafting, and nursing work environment. A hierarchical regression analysis following the order of general characteristics, positive psychological capital, nursing work environment, and job crafting identified nursing work environment (𝛽=.37, p<.001), job crafting (𝛽=.35, p<.001), positive psychological capital (𝛽=.33, p<.001), education level (𝛽=.09, p=.014) and salary satisfaction (𝛽=.09, p=.015) as the influencing factors of job satisfaction, in which the explanatory power for the final model was 78%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to develop and verify the effectiveness of programs to improve the positive psychological capital and job crafting of clinical nurses.
As provider-centered medical environment has changed into consumer-centered, this study intends to improve the efficiency of management by motivation to administrative staffs and improvement in job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction among administrative staffs in a metropolitan university hospitals. Survey of 305 people in total were used in the data analysis. AMOS 21 Ver. was used to perform Structural model(SEM) equation. First, the validation results showed the follow results $X^2=206.776$, df=77, Q=2.685, P<.001, GFI=.915, TLI=.927, CFI=.946, RMSEA=.074, which supported this research's significance. Second, compensation and working conditions positively affected motivation. Third, motivation positively influenced job satisfaction. Fourth, communication positively influenced job satisfaction. Fifth, after adjusting the mediating effect, in the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction, it was proved that motivation was a complete mediator. Incase of the relationship between the working conditions and job satisfaction, motivation acted as a partial mediator. Fair and reasonable compensation and employment stability, benefits and other working conditions, better internal and external communication between the organization are to increase job satisfaction. To do this, an administrator needs to have attention and will, and a variety of education and training programs need to be developed. The purpose of this study is to provide basic grounds for future policies related to increasing administrative staffs' job satisfaction.
This study was done to identify the factors affecting the problem-solving ability of nursing students who have received online psychiatric nursing practice. The subjects of the study were 280 fourth-grade nursing students. The data were subjected to descriptive statistics, 𝑥2-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, the mean of each variable was learning satisfaction 4.03±.70, self-efficacy in learning 5.69±.82, transfer motivation 5.52±.86, and problem-solving ability was 3.65±.41. Learning satisfaction and problem-solving ability (r=.387, p<.001), self-efficacy in learning and problem-solving ability (r=.576, p<.001), transfer motivation and problem-solving ability (r=.536, p <.001) showed a significant correlation. Factors affecting problem-solving ability were gender (𝛽=.11), grade point average (𝛽=.12), motivation of personal major choice (𝛽=-.12), satisfaction of major (𝛽=.13), self-efficacy in learning (𝛽=.36) and transfer motivation (𝛽=.16), and the explanatory power of variables was 41.4%. Based on the results of this study, a follow-up study is required to identify the causal relationship between variables related to problem-solving ability.
This study aimed to investigate the influence of learning flow, career decision-making self-efficacy, and major satisfaction on career preparation behaviors among nursing students. Data were collected by questionnaire from 15th September 2022 to 14th October 2022, from 208 nursing students at universities in provinces the G and J. And the data answered to the questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise Regression Analysis. As a result of this study, career preparation behaviors was analysed based on learning flow (r=.515, p<.001), career decision-making self-efficacy (r=.681, p<.001) and major satisfaction (r=.621, p<.001). The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the influential factors on career preparation behaviour were career decision-making self-efficacy (𝛽=.446, p<.001), major satisfaction (𝛽=.285, p<.001), third grade (𝛽=.157, p=.001), learning flow (𝛽=.133, p=.018), and second grade (𝛽=.106, p=.038), and the explanatory power of the career preparation behavior was 57.0%. Therefore, there is a need to provide customised education through a career programme that takes into account the career path chosen by nursing students.
Entrepreneurship has been emphasized in social and national importance. However, survival rate of domestic startups is relatively low. Therefore, it is urgent to come up with a plan to increase the survival rate by improving the satisfaction level of early start-ups. In this study, we investigated the effect of start-up motivation, start-up competence, and start-up support policies of early start-up companies on start-up satisfaction and the moderating effect of social support. Startup motivation were divided into economic motivation and self-actualization motivation in detail. Start-up competence was divided into experience competency and marketing competency in detail. The start-up support policy was divided into start-up fund support and start-up consulting support. An empirical analysis was conducted by receiving online and offline questionnaires from 250 managers of early start-up companies within 7 years of founding. As a result, economic motivation, self-actualization motivation, experience competency, marketing competency, and start-up fund support had a significant positive (+) effect on start-up satisfaction. However, start-up consulting support did not have a significant effect. In addition, the size of the influence on startup Satisfaction was in the order of self-actualization motivation, experience competency, marketing competency, startup fund support, and economic motivation. The moderating effect of social support was found in economic motivation, self-actualization motivation, and experience competency. However, the moderating effect of marketing competency, start-up fund support, and start-up consulting support was not tested. Through the research results, the academic implications that self-actualization motivation and experience competency are key factors in enhancing start-up satisfaction were suggested. In addition, practical implications were suggested that it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education programs and entrepreneurship consulting support systems that can maximize the self-realization and experience capabilities of early entrepreneurs.

Non-face-to-face lectures have become a necessity rather than an option since COVID-19, and in order to improve the quality of university education, it is necessary to explore the properties of non-face-to-face lectures and make active efforts to improve them. This study, focusing on this, aims to provide basic data necessary for decision-making for non-face-to-face lecture design by analyzing the relative importance and execution satisfaction of non-face-to-face lecture attributes for professors and students. Based on previous research, a questionnaire was constructed by deriving 4 factors from 1st layer and 17 from 2nd layer attributes of non-face-to-face lectures. A total of 180 valid samples were used for analysis, including 60 professors and 120 students. The importance of the non-face-to-face lecture properties was calculated by obtaining the weights for each stratified element through AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) analysis, and performance satisfaction was calculated through statistical analysis based on the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the AHP analysis, both the professor group and the student group had the same priority for the first tier factors, but there was a difference in the priorities between the second tier factors, so it seems necessary to discuss this. As a result of the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, the professor group selected the level of interaction as an area to focus on, and it was confirmed that research and investment in teaching methods for smooth interaction are necessary. The student group was able to confirm that it is urgent to improve and invest in the current situation so that the system can be operated stably by selecting the system stability. This study uses AHP analysis for professors and students groups to derive relative importance and priority, and calculates the IPA matrix using IPA analysis to establish the basis for decision-making on future face-to-face and non-face-to-face lecture design and revision. It is meaningful that it was presented.
In recent years, success of information system projects to possess competitive advantage in business has become very important for stakeholders. Stakeholders who are interested in the success of information system projects typically consist of users who need the system, developers who build it, and project managers who are responsible for project success. However, recently, there has been increasing in the number of business analysts engaged in bridging relationships among these stakeholders in information system projects. So far, there have been many researches on the competence of users, developers or project managers. But, the research on the competencies of business analysts has not been done much. So, in this study, what competencies are needed for business analysts who are engaged in information system projects are researched, and the level and difference of stakeholders' expectations and satisfaction with them are identified, using IPA techniques. The results of this study are expected to contribute greatly to providing basic information on the development of competency models or training programs needed for recruitment, evaluation and training of business analysts who are or will be engaged in information system projects.

This study aims to observe the impacts of entrepreneurship and market orientation of Seoul's business incubator (BI) CEO's on business performance, as well as investigate the moderating effects of BI supporting services. The main objectives of this study are as follows: first, to observe how the entrepreneurship of CEO's affects business performance; second, to observe how CEO's market orientation as a cultural factor attributes to business performance; third, to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between entrepreneurship and business performance, and finally to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between market orientation and business performance. Business incubators in Seoul registered with the Business Incubator Association were surveyed both online and offline to receive 127 responses out of 320 circulations. By filtering out insincere reponses, 117 were used for statistical analysis. Our results assert that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services does indeed strengthen the relation between initiative and financial performance. Also, it is interesting to note that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services supports the relation between risk sensitivity and financial performance. While risk sensitivity on its own shows no positive effect on business performance, a suitable utilization level of BI supporting services is likely to strengthen the connection. In addition, the utilization level of both physical and non-physical supporting services shows a moderating effect between initiative and non-financial performance. Based on the results above, risk-taking business incubator CEOs with initiative are likely to yield better financial performance in terms of increasing sales, if provided with various physical supporting services such as sufficient educational facilities including communal spaces and conference rooms.

Recently, as the one way of open Innovation management, Not a company's sole activity, but technology development and infrastructure buildup between companies for the synergistic effect of technological innovation, and technology transfer commercialization is needed. For a successful technology commercialization, it needs many experts like technology transfer agents, A technology transfer agent can be qualified with finishing its registration education course over 40 hours on the basis of the article 14 of law on the Promotion of Technology Transfer and the article 21 of the enforcement. After the 2010 revision of notice, the incorporated company, the Korea Technology Transfer agents has conducted the registration education. Until now, educations were conducted twice in January 2011 and November 2011. Accordingly, this study is necessary to improve the education service's quality and seek remedy through the in-depth evaluation of the present basic education service's quality. The results are as in the following. First, the service quality affect the satisfaction of the education service's quality positively. It is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the education service satisfaction positively. Second, the education service satisfaction affects the attitude positively after completing the course. Third, service quality affects the attitude after completing the education course, Also it is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the attitude after education completion. It is expected that this research may be used as the basic information for establishing education improvements and be helpful in establishing the technology transfer agents' registration education strategy. Through a continuous research, it is also expected that technology transfer markets are accelerated and qualified technology transfer agents are trained.
