This exploratory study aims to review the risks and threats of social network services(SNSs), particularly focusing upon the policing perspective. This paper seeks to acknowledge the present risk/danger of SNSs and the very significance of establishing a strategic framework to effectively prevent and/or control criminal misuse of SNSs. This research thus advocates that proactive study on security issues and criminal aspects of SNSs and preventive countermeasures can play a significant role in policing the networked society in the time of digital/internet age. Social network sites have been increasingly attracting the attention of entrepreneurs, and academic researchers as well. In this exploratory article, the researcher tried to define concepts and features of SNSs and describe a variety of issues and threats posed by SNSs. After summarizing existing security risks, the researcher also investigated both the potential threats to privacy associated with SNSs, such as ID theft and fraud, and the very danger of SNSs in case of being utilized by terrorists and/or criminals, including cyber-criminals. In this study, the researcher primarily used literature reviews and empirical methods. The researcher thus conducted extensive case studies and literature reviews on SNSs. The literature reviews herein cover theoretical discussions on characteristics, usefulness, and/or potential danger/harm of SNSs. Through the literature review, the researcher also concentrated upon being able to identify a strategic framework for law enforcement to effectively prevent criminal misuse of SNSs The limitation of this study can be lack of statistical data and attempts to examine previously un-researched area in the field of SNS and its security risks and potential criminal misuse. Thus, to supplement this exploratory study, more objective theoretical models and/or statistical approaches would be needed to provide law enforcement with sustainable policing framework and contribute to suggesting policy implications.
The purpose of this study was aimed to identify the relationship between service quality and behavior by spectators participating security exhibition. The subject for this study was spectators who participating World Security Expo 2014 held three days from March 12 to 14 in 2014. 350 samples were selected by convenience sampling for subject of this study. 320 out of 350 surveys, excluded 30 unfaithful and defected surveys, were used for data analysis. Research tool was questionnaire which was based on and recomposed by previous researches home and abroad. The collected data were treated for analysis of frequency, reliability, factor analysis, correlation, and multitiple regression analysis by using SPSS statistic package version of 18.0 Through the above research method and procedure, the results were as followings. First, the relationship between service quality and behavior after participating exhibition appeared positively. It was found that there was high relationship between service quality and behavior. Second, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, human services, and product on word of mouth. Third, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, product, and price on re-participation.
The purpose of this study was conducted to examine how human resource flexibility of security workers affects organizational performance and innovation behavior. A total of 350 copies of questionnaires were collected and collected in 340 copies of the security workers. A total of 335 questionnaires, except 5, which were unsatisfactory in the questionnaire or whose answers were missing, were analyzed for frequency, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program.The following conclusions were drawn. First, the flexibility of human resources of security workers has a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, human resource flexibility of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. Third, the organizational performance of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. In other words, both human resource flexibility and organizational performance are crucial factors for innovation behavior, and organizational performance plays an important role in innovation behavior. In conclusion, for the development of the security industry, it is necessary to manage human resource flexibility in order to develop and motivate innovation capability through education and continuous training of workers.
In the reality that the boundary between the real world and the virtual world disappears with the 4th Industrial Revolution, cyber crimes that occur beyond time and space have clear limitations in fulfilling their duties only with the police force of government organizations established under the real law system. The research method of this thesis is based on the literature research and the experience of security work. The purpose of this paper is to establish a social system where collective intelligence of each social field can participate voluntarily to respond to cyber crimes occurring beyond the time and space before the law and institutionalization. In addition, the social system in which collective intelligence in each social sector can participate voluntarily was established to define crime types in cyberspace in real time and to prevent crimes defined by the people themselves and the counter-measures had been proposed in order to form social consensus. First, it is necessary to establish a collective intelligent network-type cyberpolice volunteer system. The organization consists of professors of security and security related departments at universities nationwide, retired public officials from the National Intelligence Service, the National Police Agency, and the National Emergency Management Agency, security companies and the organizations, civilian investigators, security & guard, firefighting, police, transportation, intelligence, security, national security, and research experts. Second, private sector regulation should be established newly under the Security Business Act. Third, the safety guard of the collective intelligent cyberpolice volunteer system for the stability of the people's lives should strengthen volunteer work. Fourth, research lessons and legal countermeasures against cybercrime in advanced countries should be introduced. Fifth, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on the Utilization and Protection of Credit Information, and the Special Act on the Materials and Parts Industry should be amended. After a commercial whaling moratorium came into effect, the international trade of whale meat and related products was banned. However, There is a systematic activity through illegal remodeling ships because whales incidentally caught may be distributed in Korea and have a significant economic benefit. Although suspected illegal whaling is actively cracked down, but it is still insufficient to prevent illegal whaling and distribution. For the transparent distribution of whale meat, it is necessary to advance related technologies such as whale species identification and individual identification of forensic science institutions based on whale DNA database of the National Institute of Fisheries Science. Accordingly, the Korea Coast Guard Research Center is directly conducting research on related national R&D project. To increase the efficiency of identifying whale-related evidence at crime scene, a rapid test kit that responds specifically to whale bloodstrains is developing and evidence transport packs are manufacturing and distributing, while identification technologies are also being advanced.
The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the effect of employment and quality of employment of senior job training. The questionnaire administered to 576 senior job trainees(over 50 years old) and 28 training institute before and after job training to survey job training characteristics, training institute characteristics and trainee characteristics. The results were as follows : First, independence test(X2) revealed that occupational category, period of training, type of institution, training history, location, and trainee's education level had significant difference on employment. Second, The probability of employment was higher in new and well-equipped public institution than private or old public institution. Third, compared with the prior wage, the wage after training decreased. This result suggested that the unemployed senior can hardly be reemployed in prior level job. The result of analysis on the cases of increased wage after training revealed that the trainees who was women, had a little dependent family, a shorter unemployed period, and a higher prior wage showed higher wage than prior wage after training.

In this status of the country condition required earnestly for the development of the green industry, this researcher attempted to culture the anther of late uninucleate microspore or early binucleate microspore of the Prunus mume and other three psecies, economic trees estimated specially economic, on the place of Modified Murashige and Skoog's medium supliment with Kinetine, 2.4-D, and N.A.A for inducing haploid plants. The obtained results were as follows: 1. 2,000 anthers were cultured and there were shown that 2N callus in Prunus mume had 82 as 4.1%, 2N callus in Prunus tomentosa 15 as 0.8%, 2 N callus in Prunus salisina 75 as 4% 2. N callus had shown 40 as 2% from Prunus armeniaca var. ansu only, and the other trees showed all 2N callus. 3. Callus had appeared in every tree but 2N callus appeared was all filaments and there showed from only connective tissue N callus appeared was all from anther locule inside. 4. Then Prunus armeniaca var. ansu only was not callus of somatic anther tissue origin, but as there was callus origined from microspore which was changed in to swollen microspores or polynucleate microspores, it was certained to need haploid plant.

According to viewpoints of researchers and stakeholders, various opinions can be suggested on self-governing police system. Therefore, success of Korean self-governing police system will be defending on how to balance among conflicting values such as Empowerment, Political neutrality, Financial issues, Comprehensive competence in maintaining public safety. Before the launching of self-governing police system nation-wide, the experience of Jeju provincial police will be valuable model case. In specific, enlargement of work scope of self-governing police in Jeju province which has been introduced since last year will be a useful reference. There is more pessimism about self-governing police of Jeju province so far. However, this perspective is mostly based on the issue regarding hardwares such as manpower, equipment, law and organization. Issues regarding softwares such as organizational culture, operation system and work process need more attention to evaluate self-governing police system properly. To mark the first year after enlargement of work scope of Jeju police, this study demonstrate the overall result and implications of self-governing police of Jeju province based on documents, statistics, reports and media reports. In result, several preconditions are needed to implement the self-governing police system nation-wide successfully. 1. Strengthen the link between local government and local police 2. Establish the foundation for collaboration of state and local police 3. Enhance the aspect of citizen autonomy in local level 4. Reinforcing the capability of handling situation of state and local police 5. Invigorating the inter-organizational working group to operate self-governing police system effectively.
