The aim of this study was to learn what directions need to be reflected when establishing the next-term trial plans by analyzing the current trial plans being implemented in Korea regarding job training and employment support for immigrant women by marriage. For this purpose, the job training suggested in the Healthy Family Basic Plan and Multicultural Family Policy Basic Plan as well as in the Basic Economic Activity Stimulation Plans for Out-of-employment Women were analyzed. Based on this, job training was reconstructed into four categories: 1) education and training program; 2) human resource development; 3) employment support; and 4) delivery system. For the analysis, the policy analysis methods reported by N. Gilbert and P.Terrile were used. The results showed that the current trial plans exhibited immaturity in the Tomorrow Learning Card and Successful Employment Package as well as in the specialization process, lack of a human resource development system, and the absence of governance. Several proposals should consider these when making the next-term trial plans.
This study introduces the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) and explores the characteristics of CLASS for observing classroom. The CLASS is a standardized observation instrument that was largely developed for use in the USA. The CLASS attempts to provide a conceptual framework for categorizing classroom interactions and consists of three broad domains of quality (emotional supports, classroom organization, instructional supports). We simulated this method to the elementary school classes. The professional-teacher makes the best use of student's initiation behaviors, and the novice teacher focused on the leading the contents of subject. The novice teacher tyr to make more positive climate and to present more frequent feedback to students than professional teacher's classroom. The professional teacher would like to reveal the student's opinions, questions and subtle emotional state. The CLASS can be used to collect data on a wide range of specific aspects of the teaching and learning process at any given time.

A person who intends to become a maritime pilot shall have sea experience as a master, pass the apprentice pilot test and pilot test, and obtain a license from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries. In Korea, the government limits the number of pilot licenses, considering the demand for pilotage. An inherent problem exist in the apprentice pilot test system as it conducts a relative evaluation based on test scores without an absolute evaluation standard. The purpose of this study is to identify problems of the current pilot test system and to suggest ways to improve the pilot certification system. In this study, the history of amendments of the pilot certification system in the Pilotage Act was investigated, and implications were derived by examining international standards for pilot certification, and a survey was conducted on 77 incumbent pilots. Consequently, a plan to improve the domestic apprentice pilot test and a step-by-step implementation plan for pilot certification system improvement were presented. The results of this study are expected to be utilized not only for the development of the government policy on pilot certification and for related academic basic data.
Thanks to current development of many search engines and web technologies, a new semantic searching technology appears, featuring giving a relevant meaning to the keyword beyond the previous keyword search service. On the wave of advance of various search engines, the enhancement of OASIS offered by KIOM is needed as well. To do this, KIOM examined demographic and sociological analysis on their position, status, and career, the convenience of OASIS, and the value of papers offered in OASIS from members who have ever used it. Furthermore, the importance of each area involved in oriental medicine is also examined in terms of a new direction for OASIS improvement. Based on the result of the user survey, it turned out that not only an automatic search system that can find meaning of chinese character-centered key words but also a Authority-system which can distinguish homonym beyond simple keyword search system should be introduced quickly. Also, we reached the conclusion that it is necessary to interconnect a citation index information on references with laboratory information of the agencies concerned and interconnect major web sites around the world by using Open API. OASIS is the only domestic web site for offering papers that cover oriental medicine. Therefore, if requirements about the site in oriental medical circles are analyzed sufficiently and the problems of its information search system are improved, OASIS is expected to play a critical role in the development of oriental medicine.
A shooting game is all game genres that hit targets through shooting. It include a lot of genres from a flying shot of game room to a personal shooting action game. In this point, a shooting game was regarded it as the origin of all game and it was developed from the early days of game. At present we can meet it in an electronic game room or personal computer, and mobile phone etc.. The popularity of shooting game caused to take aim by simple system, interface, and speedy play. Also it was enticed everyone to enjoy it easily. A shooting games is worked from old like ways until recently and a process of playing game is intuitive than another game. Therefore it popular with a PC player as well as persons of all levels. Beginners can train this game easily through direction such as control way of object, advent way of enemy aircraft and scroll way of background. But as an usability of working and controlling game, beginners of game development can pass over a shooting sense that shout and hit basically. And after design, they will feel that cannot convey realistic effect and thrill etc.. At a result, hitting sense happens to graphic elements and sound. Therefore a measure of effect on these elements is started from analysis of good shooting game. This study was to focus on the advance effect of hitting sense in shooting game through analysis centered for 'the Beetlewing' and '1945 Plus'.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mediating variables on the relationship between job stress and stress response. A survey was conducted to 243 clinical dental hygienists from January 15, 2013 to March 20, 2013 and the data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The subjects who worked in poor working environment, had high level of role conflict and overload and aggressive nature showed high stress responsivity (p<0.01). The variable that showed mediation effect on the relationship between job stress and physical discomfort, depression was shown to be personality type (p<0.05). Also, the variable that showed mediation effect on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention was social support (p<0.05). According to the results, personality type and social support were shown to be important parameters when it came to the relationship between job stress and stress response. Therefore, in order to reduce negative outcomes caused by stress, it is suggested to provide an educational opportunity on self-control management while increasing social support from the organizational and structural level. Especially, it is asked to expand the system that provides encouragement and recognition to feel the sense of achievement in the course of their duty execution.
The study was descriptive survey research for establishment of patient safety culture in small and medium-sized hospitals as providing baseline data of educational program regarding safe medication and prevention of near miss on medication, checking influencing factors of nurses near miss experience on medication in small and medium-sized hospital. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS/WIN 20.0 program to obtain mean, frequency, x2-test, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, logistic regression. The influencing factors of near miss experience on medication was working department and patient safety culture among general characteristic. The nurses who were working in general ward had lesser chance to experience near miss rather than nurses working in special department (Odds ratio:2.23, 95%, Confidence Interval: 1.07~4.67, p=.032). The 1 point higher in patient safety culture, the lesser chance to experience in near miss (Odds ratio: 2.24, 95% Confidence Interval: 1.02~4.95, p=.045). To sum up the result of this study, nurses working in special department had higher chance to experience near miss rather than nurses working in general wards. The higher patient safety culture awareness was the lower near miss was experienced. Thus, miss surveillance system for improvement of nurses' patient safety culture awareness should be developed. Moreover, educational program for medication considering nurses' career and department' character should be requested with simulation training considering and theory education.

As the foodservice industry is labor intensive, the efficient management of human resources is an essential element for improving operational efficiency. This study was designed to investigate the performance level of human resource management in self-operated school foodservices and to examine the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment, and productivity. Whether these factors rated differently by employment and job types was also examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 dieticians and 240 cooks in Seongnam and Yongin. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, the t-test and multiple regression analysis were tested using Minitab. Human resource management practices rated highly in the dimension of employee training (3.51), followed by working environment (3.39), and turnover management (3.37). In contrast, reward management (1.73) and working condition (1.56) received the lowest score. Organizational commitment scored 3.65 points, and showed that dedication (3.82) was the highest score; however, self-esteem (3.50) was the lowest score. For human resource management, there were significant differences between employment types as full time workers (3.85) rated management more highly than part-time worker (3.43). Overall productivity was fairly high, especially in high school foodservices. Only the performance appraisal had an influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=0.292, P<0.05). Productivity was positively correlated with human resource management (r=0.432, P<0.001) and organizational commitment (r=0.36, P<0.01). In conclusion, school foodservices need to establish objective performance standards, and increase employee morale by enhancing reward systems and working conditions. In particular, irregular employees require training with job performance standards and given a proper reward program, depending on their performance, to improve organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the operation status of high school integrated science newly introduced in the 2015 revised national curriculum and first applied in 2018, to examine teachers' perception on the new educational policy, and then based on this, extract implications for settling down the policy. A survey was administered to science teachers who participated in the in-service teacher training on integrated science, and the responses of 384 high school science teachers were analyzed. According to the results of the survey, integrated science was allotted six units to each school, and two or more teachers divided achievement standards and were responsible for them in many cases. Science teachers pointed to the increase of student-oriented activities as the biggest change due to the application of integrated science and also showed a positive attitude towards increasing the proportion of performance-based assessment, diversifying evaluation methods, increasing teacher consultations, and enhancing the holistic understanding of natural phenomenon, etc. In particular, teachers with 15 years or more of teaching experience were significantly positive about the increase of student-oriented activities, diverse assessment methods, and opportunities of teacher consultations. For teachers with a sub-major in science, teaching about non-majored contents was the most difficult and it was also difficult to determine the appropriate level of contents to teach. Teachers who majored common science, however, rarely complained about teaching non-majored content. In the case of two teachers in charge of integrated science, there was a statistically significant demand for subject matter knowledge as training content, and for mixed education incorporating theory and practice and customized training as a training method. In the case of one teacher responsible for the subject, there was a relatively lower demand. From these results, some implications for the successful implementation of integrated science were discussed.
Recently, Korean universities have experienced steady decline in enrollments in MIS majors, which raises a serious concern to both academia and business leaders as well. With roles of MIS in corporate worlds are expanding and demands for newer breeds of MIS graduates ever growing, this trend, also observed in the US, poses a puzzling yet interesting research agenda. To come to grips with the problem and to suggest a robust curricula model for the future, this paper approaches the problem from various angles. The model first examines perceptions on MIS of Korean students; it then delineates existing curricula models to identify core MIS courses. The compilation is then juxtaposed by MIS course information from major US and Korean colleges, leading to categorizing major MIS subfields. The paper then tries to identify as-is and desired status of MIS curriculum, based on inquiry results from both academia and IS practitioners. Together with career tracks concretely described in this paper, the model would serve to fill the perception gaps in and to meet the future goals for MIS education in Korea.
