This study is to verify and analyze the influencing factors of successful aging with social support, self-efficacy and subjective health status on middle-aged women from an aesthetic point of view. The survey was performed to the women between the ages of 50 and 64 in Seoul and Kyunggi province, Korea. 321 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. Multiple regression was used to identify significant predictors of successful aging. The most influencing factor for successful aging was social support, the second was self-efficacy, the third was subjective health status. This regression model explained 56.7% of the variance in successful aging. The result shows it can be an important consideration in intervention and program of successful aging for middle-aged women. Our investigation of this study may provide the basic data for the knowledge system of aesthetic theory including the arena of physical, psychological and social health.

Using Spradley's ethnographic method, the study was designed to describe and understand the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians. Three in-depth interviews and one observation were conducted with each of the sixteen participants who have practiced for longer than 5 years in libraries and were selected by theoretical sampling. Eight factors emerged from the data: education in universities, social changes, work, human relationships, users, the library organizational climate, social perception, and striving to enhance the professional. 'Overcoming a lack of understanding about the profession' was the cultural theme for describing and integrating the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians.

This study examined the relationships between self-esteem, and the awareness of biomedical ethics and the quality of life and death attitude, as well as the factors influencing the death attitude among 130 nursing students in college. The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with the SPSS Win 14.0 Program. Significant positive correlations were observed between the self-esteem and death attitude, between the awareness of biomedical ethics and the death attitude. The predictors for the death attitude were self-esteem (${\beta}=.25$) and awareness of biomedical ethics (${\beta}=.11$). The model explained 21.2% (F=10.4, p<.001) of the variance. The findings indicated that more study will be needed to explore the factors influencing the death attitude and to develop education programs for reinforcing a positive death attitude among college nursing students.

This study examined the relationships among stress, childhood traumatic experience, ego-resilience, and life satisfaction of university students to explore the moderating effects of ego-resilience on those variables. The survey participants were 459 university students in Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression, and moderated multiple regression by SPSS. The results were as follows. Stress, childhood traumatic experience and ego resilience had correlations with the life satisfaction. Ego resilience and stress were significant effective variables on the life satisfaction. Moderated multiple regression analysis also showed that a positive future orientation, which is a sub factor of ego-resilience, influenced the stress level. Based on these findings, it is important to lower the stress levels to increase the students' life satisfaction level. To do so, a strategy to enhance the positive future orientation is recommended.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pre-service early childhood teachers' personality on their children's rights perception. The subjects of this study were 253 early childhood education majors in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The statistical analysis of this study was analyzed using the SPSS V.22.0 program. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, the result of the current study reveals that personality and perception of children's rights are correlated. Also, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between personality and perception of children's rights. Second, it was found that the 'social relationship' sub-factor in personality affected the pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's rights. Therefore, it is necessary to promote personal development in order to enhance pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's rights.

This study is to confirm the core factors of innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship affecting the performance of technology management and business management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through the consideration about the complex natures of technological innovation affecting by multidimensional factors, this study designs the research model that innovative capabilities, the performances of technology and business management are arranged in accordance with the innovation process; input-output-outcome. To meet this research purpose, the hypothesis are set up based on the previous research studies and the research samples are selected from members of the Innovative Business (INNO-BIZ) Association, located in Seoul and Geyonggi province. As a result of regression analysis to the responses gathered from 360 firms, the performance of business management is influenced positively by the technology superiority, market growth and business profitability which are the dominant factors of performance of technology management. In addition, three sub-variables of innovative capabilities such as R&D, strategic planning and learning capability, have positive effects on both the managerial performances. Innovativeness and progressiveness of technological entrepreneurship affect both the performances positively. Moreover, the co-relation between technological entrepreneurship of an innovation leader and innovative capabilities of organizational members are identified. Lastly, technological entrepreneurship has the mediating effect on the path of leading innovative capabilities to the managerial performances. In conclusion, the research results imply that technological innovation-type firms should periodically evaluate the performance of technology management which are the output of technological innovations and the reinvestment for ultimate business success. And improving and developing innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship is required to continuously and consistently investing and supporting resources on technological innovations at the firm-and government-level. It is considered that these are the crucial methods for securing the technologically competitive advantage of SMEs with less resources and narrow innovation range.

This study was conducted with the purpose of deriving a revitalization plan by analyzing the factors influencing the characteristics and perception of self-employment and self-employment selection of young people. To this end, discussions on self-employment and the size of workers were reviewed, and the characteristics, determinants, and difficulties of self-employment youth were analyzed based on data from a survey of youth in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The support plan proposed through the analysis should first strengthen the program so that the government, local governments, and schools can all gain experience in the practice of developing ideas, producing, and selling based on aptitude and competency to solve youth employment problems. Next, compared to support for technology-based start-ups, there are no suitable programs in the fields of knowledge, manufacturing, and distribution, and there is almost no support for freelancers in which the majority of young people are engaged. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify support projects so that the diversity of young people can be expressed in self-employment. Finally, it was found that entrepreneurship had an important influence on self-employment. However, Korean teenagers do not know what entrepreneurship is and have no experience in education, so they should focus on cultivating entrepreneurship in the regular curriculum and establishing a cultural foundation to foster young leaders with creative ideas and execution.

As global growth has gradually declined, the Customer to Customer (C2C) market has expanded. And the growth potential of the C2C market is getting higher than in the past. Therefore, in this study, we examined what factors affect the price of used products within the C2C market. In order to examine the factors, we used data provided by Kaggle, which is a data science platform, and Mercari, Japan's largest C2C community marketplace platform. In research methods, the characteristics of the products were selected such as product categories, product status, shipping costs, product brands, and the data were analyzed using a linear mixing model to predict the price of C2C used goods. As a result, the variable that most affected the price was the shipping cost. When the seller paid for the shipping cost, the price would drop more than if the buyer had to pay. This study has been shown that the shipping costs is also an important factor in the used market, which can provide practical implications for customers of real transactions.

In this study, I collected materials through the survey whose object is 573 students of technical high schools and 512 students of academic high schools in Seoul and Kyunggi areas, for examining dangerous factors and protective factors which influence on school resilience in technical high schools. The studying results are as followed. First, as the result of analyzing correlation between school resilience and dangerous factor, the higher dangerous factor was, the lower school resilience was. Second, as the result verifying the effects of dangerous factor on school resilience, discrimination of teacher, delinquency bond and anti-sociality made an effect on students in technical high schools and discrimination of teacher, delinquency bond and depression made an effect on students in academic high schools. Third, as the result analyzing correlation between school resilience and protective factor, the higher protective factor was, the higher school resilience was. Forth, as the result verifying the effects of protective factor on school resilience, support of teacher, democratic atmosphere of school, sense of responsibility, family cohesion, self-worth, rational supporting attitude made an effort on students in technical high schools and support of teacher, democratic atmosphere of school, sense of responsibility and family cohesion made an effect on students in academic high schools. Fifth, as the result analyzing the difference between dangerous factor and protective factor according to grade of school and standard of school resilience, there was an interaction in variables of anti-sociality, depression, delinquency bond and self-worth.

The metaverse applies various technological means such as digital twin modeling, 3D rendering, and holographic imaging, which can provide an immersive tourism service experience. However, since the development of the metaverse is still in its infancy, there is relatively little research on digital tourism from the perspective of the metaverse. This research empirically studies the factors that promote the participation behavior of users on the metaverse platform for digital cultural tourism. Our results show that users' internal motivations for learning and entertainment and the functions provided by metaverse, which are sensory stimulation and social interaction lead to the intention to participate in cultural tourism on metaverse with the mediating effects of immersion experience and perceived pleasure.
