The construction market is diversely changing because social environmental factors are rapidly transforming. Therefore, Construction projects are becoming complex and diverse. Furthermore, the risk being inherent in construction projects are increasing, and now people are considering about the risk management of construction projects in successfully handling the risk factor. In this paper, we proposes a sensor node positioning algorithm that utilizes the geo-spatial elements and considers the factors to represent the propagation loss generated by the various obstacles in the urban wireless environments. First, we measures the propagation loss about the radio frequencies in major road of the urban, and defines the correlation between the measured loss and the environment information for the road and its surrounding get from Urban GIS. Secondly, through the utilization of the loss-environment correlation, we describes the detailed instruction for requiring the radio coverage decision and deploy system implementation for the wireless sensor node in urban. By the consideration of interference factor by the building and the linear structure of road, we can evaluate the path loss below 5dB RMS error. And, we proposes the way to revise the sensor node deployment based on the corelation and the measured path loss.

The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of leadership types on achievement goals and athletic burnouts by high school bowlers. The subjects were surveyed by 172 high school bowlers. The data analysis of this study was performed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent t-test, 1-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of leadership behavior, male students had higher leadership behavior type(authoritative, democratic, social support, positive feedback) and achievement goal orientation(ego orientation) than female students. athletic burnout was higher for female students and higher grades.social support behavior and training instruction behavior had a static effect on achievement goal. Third, authoritative behavior had a static effect on athletic burnout. However, the raining instruction behavior had a negative effect on athletic burnout.

As the urban development economy is stagnating due to the reduction of the budget for Social Overhead Capital (SOC) and the stabilization policy of the real estate market, there is a steady increase in the interest of domestic construction companies to enter the overseas market. However, domestic construction companies are showing a decline in overseas urban development market as compared with advanced foreign companies having excellent financial management and overseas project management ability. Therefore, it is necessary for domestic companies to select an urban development model that meets the environment and the level of the country of entry, and to establish an advance strategy to manage the risks of overseas business. For this purpose, the factors of entry into the overseas urban development market through the existing research, literature analysis, and FGI were derived, and survey strategy and IPA analysis were conducted to develop strategies for entering the overseas urban development market. As a result, we have established a strategy for private companies to enter the overseas urban development market.

Our study was conducted to examine differences in incubation behavior among breeding sites and the relationship between factor affecting environmental change and incubation behavior of the Black-faced Spoonbill (Platalea minor). We set up the remote sensor cameras at three breeding sites (Mae-do, Namdongji, Guji-do) to observe incubation behavior in Gyeonggi Bay, South Korea from 2015 to 2018. We analyzed effects of breeding year, day of incubation started, day of incubation, the time of incubation exchanges and sex on incubation bout length. Mean incubation bout length of females (Mae-do: $7.19{\pm}0.23$ hours, Namdongji: $6.08{\pm}0.23$ hours, Guji-do: $7.96{\pm}0.30$ hours) was longer than males (Mae-do: $6.14{\pm}0.21$ hours, Namdongji: $5.45{\pm}0.28$ hours, Guji-do: $7.38{\pm}0.29$ hours). Mean incubation bout length was longer in Guji-do than other study sites. Incubation bout length tended to increase with the clutch initiation date. Males incubated their eggs at day time while female did at night time, these tendencies were observed more clearly in Guji-do. The proportion of time spent incubating of females was higher than males. Males' proportion increased as incubation progressed and increased rate in Guji-do was higher than other study sites. Our results showed that incubation rhythm of the Black-faced Spoonbill differed among breeding sites and varied with the environmental cycle.

The study aimed to verity the relationship of between health concern, leisure sports passion, and psychological happiness on screen golf participants. The subject of study who adults were recruited from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses. The results were as follows: (1) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(harmonious passion); (2) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(obsessive passion); (3) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (4) leisure sports passion(harmonious passion) of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (5) leisure sports passion(obsessive passion) of screen golf participants had no influence on psychological happiness. The result is meaningful in that modern people who value health have sought ways to lead a healthy life by raising their athletic passion through the fun of simulation golf.

The study aimed to effect of leisure support and leisure constraints on life satisfaction for extreme sports participants. A total of 368 adults from Seoul, In-chon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheng-do were recruited. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows: (1) leisure support of extreme sport participants has no influence on leisure constraints; (2) leisure support of extreme sport participants had no influence on life satisfaction; (3) leisure constrain of extreme sports had a positive influence on life satisfaction. The article revealed which sport activity as like leisure activity had influence on life satisfaction, and leisure support of participants were related with life satisfaction. Therefore, we continue need to induce to join a extreme sport as it publicize a good benefits for extreme sport.

The study aimed to effect of leisure support and leisure constraints on life satisfaction for extreme sports participants. A total of 179 adults from Seoul, In-chon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheng-do were recruited. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows: (1) leisure attitude of leisure activity participants had a positive influence on leisure satisfaction; (2) leisure attitude of leisure activity participants had no influence on psychology happiness; (3) leisure satisfaction of leisure activity participants had no influence on psychology happiness. Leisure satisfaction has no mediating effect between leisure attitude and psychological well-being. However, leisure attitude has a positive influence on leisure satisfaction, so we need to develop infrastructure which it continue participate in leisure activity.

This study was to find out the actual state of sports activities in the COVID-19 era and ways of improving of sports activities of 697 people ranging from 10s to 60s in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. First, as a results, it was found that 61.4% of the current COVID-19 are playing sports. Second, participants in sports are found to enjoy contactless sports such as YouTube training contents, and video PT the most. Third, the COVID-19 situation has been identified as the most influential factor in sports activities. Fourth, the opinion that it would be best to prepare a countermeasure plan for infectious diseases such as COVID-19 as an alternative to revitalize sports activities in the future was the most common. Last, It was reported that institutional and technical efforts were needed to improve sports activities.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between growth mindset and occupational engagement. A total of 203 data were collected through an online survey targeting university students. For data analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis were used via SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 software. As a result of the study, growth mindset had a direct effect on occupational engagement (𝛽=.254, p<.01) and the mediating effect of growth mindset on occupational engagement through career adaptability was also statistically significant. (𝛽=.137, p<.01). This study suggests that it is important to promote occupational engagement for students' correct career guidance, and to this end a practical strategy for cultivating a growth mindset and career adaptability is needed.
