경기도는 경기도형 복지축산 실현과 ICT 기반 스마트 축산 구축으로 변화의 시작을 만들어 경기도형 탄소중립, 지속가능한 미래축산을 통해 도약의 기회를 마련한다는 계획이다. 경기도는 이를 위해 가축행복농장을 확대하고 안전한 사료를 공급하는 한편 축산 ICT 융복합을 확산하고 재난으로부터 안전한 가축 사육기반을 조성한다는 복안이다. 사람·환경·가축이 상생하는 경기 축산 실현을 목표로 하고 있는 경기도의 축산정책을 살펴보고 오리관련 정책을 톺아본다.

민선5기 경기도정은 경기북부 개발로 초점이 모아지고 있으며 그 중심에는 경기도 제2청이 자리 잡고 있다. 도민의 편의를 위한 '365일 24시간 도민안방' 운영을 비롯해 주한미군 반환공여구역 개발, 우수대학유치, 산업단지 조성, SOC 확충 등의 정책을 통해 경기도가 통일시대 한반도 중심이며 미래 통일한국을 이끌어 갈 주체로서의 중요 축으로 발전할 계획을 실천해 나가고 있는 경기도 2청사를 한국건설안전기술협회 한경보 회장이 방문해 방기성 행정2부지사로부터 경기 북부 발전 전략 등에 대한 대담을 나누었다.

경기도 안산시에 위치한 경기테크노파크(원장 배성열)는 '산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법' 에 의거해 현재 광역지방자치단체별로 설립된 전국 16개테크노파크중 하나다. 1998년 개원이후 유망벤처기업의 발굴육성을 비롯,교육 훈련,정보교류, 연구개발 등 중소기업을 위한 지원활동을 펼쳐왔으며 산업자원부 ,경기도, 안산시의 재정.행정지원을 바탕으로 한양대학교를 비롯한 인근 6개 대학을 연결해 경기도 중소기업을 위한 연구지원활동을 하고있다. 현재 59개 중소벤처기업이 입주해 있고 연구개발, 시제품 생산, 품질인증, 위탁생산, 마케팅, 경영컨설팅 등을 지원받고 있다. 경기지역의 명실상부한 첨단지식산업 육성의 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 경기테크노파크를 찾아가본다.

최근 일어나고 있는 대.내외적인 경기요인을 보면 올해도 인쇄업 경기의 시작은 착잡하다. 올해 국내 경기전망에 대한 경제전문가들의 의견이 분분하고 인쇄경기 상황도 지난해 하반기부터 체감경기가 급속히 하락하면서 오리무중의 양상을 보이고 있기 때문이다. 연초부터 경기회복을 기대하기는 어려운 실정이다.

10여년 전 80여 농가에 이르던 오리농가는 현재 12농가로 줄었지만 경기도는 오리산업에 있어서 오랜 역사를 자랑하고 있다. 특히 수도권 지역이 오리소비의 대부분을 차지한다는 점에서 오리산업의 중심지라고도 볼 수 있다. 별도의 예산을 들여 오리사육제한 농가를 추가하는 등 경기도는 조류인플루엔자(AI) 철통 방역을 위해 고군분투하고 있다. 경기도의 오리방역 정책을 책임지고 있는 안길호 경기도청 동물방역위생과 조류질병관리팀장을 만나 경기도의 오리 방역정책에 대해 자세히 들어봤다.

Electrical Construction industry uses Construction industry's statistical data for business outlook. Because there are not electrical construction business view's statistical data. It has own unique characteristic which is different from construction industry. So it must have a electrical construction Business Index. This study was focused on developing the business index of electrical construction business. Electrical construction business index consists of electrical construction composite Index(ECI) and the electrical construction business survey index(EBSI). This study experimentally analyzes the business views of electrical construction industry in 2/4 quarter of 2014. The leading Index of ECI indicates -0.4% compared with 1/4 quarter of 2014, coincidence index also shows that electrical construction industry's business cycle is in an economic downturn. EBSI is 83.5 in 2/4 quarter of 2014, down from 95.2 in 1/4 quarter of 2014. It means that electrical construction company has a pessimistic prediction. As a result we know that the Business Index of Electrical Construction Business shows similar results. It is expected to make contribution for electrical contractors to establish management strategies and prepare responses to economic changes by providing information about economic trends of electrical construction business and forecasting future economy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Gyeonggi provincial governments in smart city policy. In order to satisfy the purpose of the study, we closely identified how may local governments(si. gun) have been taking participated in smart city project of the central government, and its characteristics. Then we know the detailed strategies that Gyeonggi provincial governments should do. Gyeonggi-do provincial governments enacted smart city-related ordinances in 2020 and participated in the Smart City Local Council. In the future, Gyeonggi privincial government will propose amendments to the law, review participation in the central government smart city policy project, the "integrated platform construction project of the metropolitan government model", and propel Gyeonggi-do's own smart city policy based on the blind spots of the policy.

In this paper, by applying IoT technology to the Ultimate game, which is one of the games using Flyingdisc, the process of the game is traced based on the players and the flyingdisc, and a comprehensive relationship analysis between players is performed on the results of the game. A WiFi module with built-in GPS is attached in the players and flyingdisc. The player's ID, latitude/longitude values received from GPS and time are stored in the database in realtime during the game. Process informations of the game is also stored in the database at the same time using mobile Ultimate game App. Based on this informations after the game is over, we developed a system that can perform comprehensive analysis of the game contents. By using the informations stored in the database, the player-based game process and the flyingdisc-based scoring process are visualized in the virtual playground. Various game result informations for players are graphically analyzed using Python.

In order to practically activate women's policies, it is necessary above all to develop programs for women's empowerment and to activate women's centers, which serve as a base for promoting women's welfare. To this end, the problems of the Women's Center were considered, and the history, function, and operation aspects of the Gyeonggi Women's Center were analyzed. Looking at the results of the analysis, first, the Gyeonggi Women's Center uses its current functions to spread the awareness of gender equality, and in order to promote women's social activities and welfare, it is necessary to integrate functions and form a network from a paradigm perspective. Second, in order for the Gyeonggi Women's Center to take the lead in the role of an integrated community center, it is necessary to explore the vitalization of city and county networks. Third, the development and support of internal and external resources is necessary to establish women's governance, and the Gyeonggi Women's Center needs to be responsible for the coordinator's role. Fourth, Gyeonggi Women's Center should strive to resolve regional imbalances through close communication with the Gyeonggi Women's Center Council. Based on the results of this analysis, a plan for the Gyeonggi Women's Center was suggested.

국내에서 열리는 조정 경기에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 경기 기록의 체계적인 측정과 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조정 경기 기록을 측정하고, 경기 정보와 측정 기록을 확인하고 관리할 수 있는 조정 경기 기록 측정 및 관리 모바일 애플리케이션을 구현하고자 한다. 경기장 내 구간 별로 애플리케이션을 사용해 각 심판이 조정 경기 기록을 측정하고, 측정된 기록 정보를 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 데이터베이스는 데이터 이식이 쉬우며 가상화 서버에 적합한 MariaDB를 사용한다. 경기 운영 본부와 심판은 웹이나 애플리케이션을 통해 데이터베이스에 저장된 경기 정보 확인이 가능하다. 또한 경기장의 각 구간에서의 경기 상황과 경기 기록을 공유하여 국내 조정 경기의 원활한 운영과 기록 관리에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
